HOW PHILOSOPHY BECAME «A LITERATURE GENRE»

abstract 1261702047 issue 126 pp. 663 – 673 28.02.2017 ru 923
In the article we have observed the main theoretical and methodological issues of European philosophy streams in the second half of XX century, which refused the image of philosophy as exact science, based on logic conceptual tool. We have shown the connection of poststructuralist formations and structuralist scheme in creating «discourse typology», a new discipline which implies philosophy to be considered as one of literature genres. Structuralists’ search starts from the description of invariable, static structures that help to create separate pieces of fiction. The latter are observed as isolated situations in which these atomic structures are used. Such attitude, as revealed in the article, results in two deductions. The first considers literature having no specific features compared to other types of discourse, i.e. it does not exist as such. (Ts.Todorov) The second deduction implies that being aware of the logical creation of any meaning reader’s hermeneutics is seen as unnecessary. These deductions resulted in a new scientific discipline «discourse typology», developed by structuralists. This stream was continued by poststructuralists, i.e. strategy to «poetize philosophy» is justified by the expansion of the object for science cognition in the direction of not verifiable and not rationalized, requiring separate methods of study as well as description language. Consequently, philosophical discourse becomes that very descriptive language that helps to overcome «logocentrism» of traditional thinking. Further in the article we consider the main «logomachy» strategies developed by J.Derrida, i.e. «deconstruction», «structure decentration», «critics of transcendental significatum», «critics of structural properties of the construction»

HERMENEUTICITY OF PHILOSOPHY

abstract 1311707074 issue 131 pp. 904 – 913 29.09.2017 ru 967
The article reveals the thought of hermeneuticity of philosophy by its nature and methods of exposition. Philosophy is not technical, but personal. The study of personal philosophy is impossible without studying the life journey of the philosopher, considering the constitution of his soul and mind. Philosophy always contains a hidden sense that needs to be deployed. It proves the necessity of transition in teaching philosophy to the position of hermeneutics. Insight of philosophy should be sought in education. Only in a condition of insight does man find the direction of his life, reach the fullness of his being. The skill of philosophizing is available only to those who can talk with questions. Sense is born in a "live" dialogue. Asking about the known for the purpose of discovering the unknown sides of the object is the difference between philosophical thinking. Philosophical problematic is diverse and contradictory, and therefore, the existential purpose of philosophy, in the opinion of the authors, is self-interrogation. And philosophical questions do not always require an answer. Philosophical questions do not disappear anywhere; questions are more important than answers. Questions serve as symbols of constant movement and changeability. Uniformity and sameness is not inherent in philosophy. Philosophy is personal, original and impulsive, does not allow invariant judgments. Philosophy should be studied only using a philosophical method

GENERAL SEMANTICS OF A. KORZYBSKI AS A TEACHING METHOD OF "AWARE OF ABSTRACTION"

abstract 1091505032 issue 109 pp. 541 – 559 29.05.2015 ru 1219
The article is devoted to the well-known American logician and teacher A. Korzybski, the activity of which was aimed at enhancing the human psyche in the direction of non-identification and non-elementalizm. He called the proposed section of the science of General semantics, and later he created Institute of General semantics in the United States. Scientists believe that human consciousness is limited by the capability of the nervous system and by the use of language. Korzybski supposed his pedagogical purpose to teach people to improve the awareness of abstraction, the ability to see the structure, not only empirical fact. To distinguish between the structures of abstraction it introduces the concept of «map» - a diagram model, any ideological system, all that is formulated people. Korzybski denies the law of identity, which is a global challenge to the laws of thinking: «Whatever you say the thing is, it isn’t». He uses this idea not as a universal code, but as a teaching method for people able to find the way to think under conditions of uncertainty and probability. It is so called «modus operandi» for changing people’s way of thinking. In his work, Science and Sanity, he presents his technique; develop an understanding of his «non-aristotelian» system, which includes the incertainty, nonlocality, nonlinearity, the dependence of the environment. In this regard, it offers every statement be considered as a probability. So every statement must be considered as a probabilistic statement. A. Korzybsky and some modern scientists see the permanent uncertainty not like a problem but a tremendous opportunity for creation and research. In «non-aristotelian» Korzybsky’s theory we have to see the opportunity as the first reality and personal activity as the best language

FORMATION OF THE SUBJECTIVE (VIRTUAL) MODELS OF PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL REALITY BY HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS AND GIVING THEM UNDUE ONTOLOGICAL STATUS (HYPOSTATIZATIONS)

abstract 1131509001 issue 113 pp. 1 – 32 30.11.2015 ru 1005
On the one hand, man is a physical object and a person. Therefore, we interact with the reality, on one hand, directly as a physical object, but on the other hand as a person, i.e. indirectly through our psyche. On the basis of information from the senses, the consciousness of a person creates a subjective model of reality. A man mistakes his subjective model of reality for reality itself, i.e. unnecessarily assigns an ontological status, by the hypostatizations. In fact, as the reality a man perceives not reality itself, but only its subjective model of that reality. As a result, as a physical object, a person lives in the physical world, and as a person he lives in his subjective model of physical and social reality created on the basis of information coming to his senses directly and from the media. This work considers the process of formation of subjective 3D models reality based of large numbers of 2D images, a distinction is made in the content of terms: "Seeing" and "Sensing"; it also analyzes the transformation of objective facts into subjective perceptions of consciousness and back. As a result of hypostatizations of subjective models of reality, we may observe the same effects as in virtual reality (a reality effect; the effect of the presence; the effect of depersonalization; the effect of virtualization goals, values, and motivations). So, there is every reason to consider different subjective models of reality generated by different forms of consciousness, the virtual models. We study various consequences of these statements
