THE PRINCIPLES AND THE PROSPECTS OF CORRECT CONTENT INTERPRETING OF SUBJECTIVE (VIRTUAL) MODELS OF THE PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL REALITY GENERATED BY HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS

abstract 1151601003 issue 115 pp. 22 – 75 27.01.2016 ru 838
It has been proved that theoretical scientific models created as a result of the learning process, reflect not the reality of "what it really is" and only the reality "what it is" in the process of interaction with tools of empirical knowledge, i.e. the organs of perception of a certain organism that supports a corresponding form of consciousness, experimental instruments and information-measuring systems of a certain functional level. Examples and consequences of the major mistakes that have been historically made by scientists for the substantial interpretation of theoretical scientific models: this error is unwarranted giving the model the ontological status ("hypostatizations") and its associated error model giving the status of universality. The history of the emergence and development of science was viewed as a process of sequential application of natural scientific method to the study of objects of knowledge, previously studied in the framework of philosophy. We have formulated a promising idea of solving problems of philosophy of natural science methods. In the framework of implementation of this idea, we have proposed a natural-scientific formulation and solution of the basic question of philosophy. This new scientific concept of "Relatively objective and Relatively subjective" and discusses the relationship of the content of these concepts from forms of consciousness. The article gives a natural-scientific definition of consciousness and offers periodic multi-criteria classification of forms of consciousness, including 49 forms of consciousness: the 7 types of 7 consciousness and cognition methods. It examines the dialectics of the changing ideological paradigms from antiquity to the present day and a place of scientific paradigms in the process. It also describes the law of denial-denial in the change of ideological paradigms and on the basis; it explores the hypothesis about the main features of the future ideological paradigm, formed in the present. We have formulated the correct principles of interpreting scientific models of natural-scientific method – scientific method of induction and the principles of open consciousness, i.e. the principles, opening the way for the formation of new, improved and more adequate models of reality than the existing ones which were considered the only true models

THE PRINCIPAL SCIENTIFIC AND GENERAL TENDENCIES OF COEVOLUTIONS IN DEVELOPING SYSTEMS

abstract 1071503025 issue 107 pp. 364 – 373 31.03.2015 ru 1074
In the article we consider some main tendencies which are characteristic for development of modern natural sciences and for ontology and the theory of knowledge’s process. Features of synergetic as interdisciplinary scientific direction, the concept of a universal evolutionism, value of information in nature development are discussed. Methodological basis of the process of integration of scientific knowledge is the interdisciplinary direction of the research which important component is the synergetic. It plays an important role in the concept of coevolution realization which considers mutual relation of the person and the nature, the micro- and the mega-world. The article demonstrates that having revealed the laws of functioning of complexly evolutionizing, nonlinear systems, synergetic thus posed the fundamental questions of both epistemological and ideological and value nature. Conceptual shifts occurring in cognition open up the new sides in the interpretation of not just order and disorder but also the categories they generate. The author points out on the features of synergy, which using the linearity аnd nonlinearity in the theory expresses the aspects of material unity of the world, linked to the general properties of self-development of complex systems. The universe is seen as a dissipative system with periodically removable elements (elementary dissipative systems)

THE NATURAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE ORIGIN OF CULTURE

abstract 1091505037 issue 109 pp. 608 – 623 29.05.2015 ru 907
The article revises the classical nature/culture opposition from the point of new discoveries and studies of "cultural traditions" that were found in nature in different species (bees, ants, birds, monkeys, etc.). Special attention is given to the socially mediated mechanisms of inheritance and learning, considered particular cognitive foundations of cultural traditions. A number of studies have shown that the main feature of culture that exists in the human community is its cumulative nature. Cumulativeness is characterized by the ability to social development that is based on the consideration, accumulation and improvement of the achievements of previous generations and on distributed actions resulting from the increasing complexity of knowledge and social activities. Considering examples of the origin and development of means of communication, creation of new tools and "technology" of their usage, scientists show that small cumulative effects are presented in nature. In this regard, the work moderates categorical statements, according to which "cultural traditions" in nature have only accumulative and no cumulative characteristics. The article shows the necessary individual cognitive prerequisites for the origin of such cumulative culture. It is also argued that for an explanation of that origin the study of the social grounds of the communication are required, furthermore, there is necessity to take into account the various manifestations of "social intelligence" that is significant for formation of inter-subjective knowledge and "social memory". It is presupposed that the cumulative nature of the evolution is essential not only for sociocultural but also for other genetic and non-genetic inheritance systems

THE LEGISLATION OF FUNCTIONING OF CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS ON THE EXAMPLE OF LIBRARIES OF UKRAINE (1991- 2007)

abstract 1211607044 issue 121 pp. 786 – 800 30.09.2016 ru 773
Only the rational, normally functioning legislation is able to afford free exchange of information, respectively and normal functioning of cultural institutions, and creation of effective social technologies and effective functioning of democratic society, as such. It only emphasizes its special social importance both for the country in general, and for each hotel citizen as cultural values cause internal stability of society, being its spiritual basis, its toposy. And the library science which is determined as - an industry of information, cultural, educational activities of society that includes education and development of libraries, forming and handling of library stocks, the organization of library, information and library and bibliographic servicing of users of libraries, preparation of library personnel, scientific and methodical ensuring development of libraries has special value in this aspect. The emphasized attention to a library science and people who work in organizations of libraries can be seen in the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About establishment of All-Ukrainian day of libraries" from 5/14/1998 No. 71/98 and which is directed as it is told in the Decree on increase of a role of the book in social and political and historical and cultural life of the population of Ukraine, and also on the problem resolution of development of a library science. Thus, it is possible to conclude that in Ukraine there are developments the legislation, both for needs of the most library science, and for implementation of free exchange of information within the country and beyond its limits. That, in turn, can be a basis as for creation, application and effective use of social technologies, and for further development of the cultural sphere of society

THE IDENTITY OF PHILOSOPHY AND RELIGION AS THE SUPREME DESTINATION OF THEIR BECOMING

abstract 1151601035 issue 115 pp. 534 – 582 27.01.2016 ru 600
The article solves a problem of correlation of different forms of cognition such as philosophy and religion in the ontological process, which is refers as a dialectical unity of the becoming of being and thinking. The definition of the logical form of the individual stages of cognition appears possible only in case that they are the special forms of determination of the universal form of being, which for them is a universal content. The special definition of the universal form of being through certain forms of cognition is a logical necessity ontological process. Its subdividing into three stages is mediated by exact historical incarnation of three logical forms, which in the sphere of cognition correspond: art/myth; religion/science; philosophy. On the basis of the identity of the content of philosophy and religion, which is the universal form of being, it is argued that their identity is at the last stage of the becoming of culture is the result of realization of this form in the idea of concrete identity. Its concrete manifestation in all aspects of being and thinking completes itself an ontological process, turning it into the system, which is infinitely determined by the logical form. The idea of concrete identity, which is the ideal purpose and actual result of a becoming of being, leaving nothing in it abstract and indeterminate, fully expresses itself in ideal by the form, the universal notion. Since in the notion of the subject and object, thinking and being, the spirit and the nature they completely coincide, then the universal notion is a concrete manifestation of the universal subject – the absolute person, eternally united in all their attributes. The concept of the idea of concrete identity, arising not only in philosophy, but also in religion – in an image of the absolute person, by means of their associations at the highest stage of development, reaches the limit point of its definition

THE GENESIS OF THE "LEARNED IGNORANCE" DOCTRINE AND IT'S COGNITIVE VALUE

abstract 1231609014 issue 123 pp. 229 – 245 30.11.2016 ru 712
A clarification and interpretation of the philosophical meaning of the "learned ignorance" doctrine, viewed from an aspect of a history of philosophy, involves a necessity to educe a genetic and essential relationship between the "learned ignorance" principle and the apophatic tradition of thought. The article describes the genesis of the "docta ignorantia" principle: it appeared in a context of theology as a method for attaining of the knowledge of God. It is this concept that often forces researchers to restrict the epistemic potential of the "learned ignorance" principle, leaving it in limits of negative theology and mystics. However after investigating the difference between the philosophical and the religious understanding of theology the authors of the article interpret the paradigm of the "learned ignorance" to be a fundamental philosophic principle of thought and cognition. Nowadays it is widely accepted, that the paradigm of the "learned ignorance" in it's classical form originates from the apophatic tradition. The article points out, that the representative examples of apophaticism, which could be found in the christian theology, on the one hand, were based on a solid philosophic tradition (predominantly platonic and neoplatonic), and on the other hand, did not complete a spread in a world philosophic thought of a definite (apophatic) tradition, which had an intimate connection with the paradigm of the "learned ignorance", postulating as it's main intention a seemingly paradoxical comprehension of the Absolute, supposed to be absolutely incomprehensible. The results of the scientific research in a field, thus defined, are presented briefly in this article
