The article is devoted to the actual problem of progressive and regressive tendencies of Russian education. Education is considered as a socio-cultural system of three levels. Discloses the concept of value of Russian education. The first level of the value of education is its state value. The second level of the value of education is called social values. The third level of the value of education is a personal value. Between the value of education and social values, there is a direct link. The term «higher education» in Russian culture has several meanings. In the first approach, higher education is the learning outcomes of the individual. This approach is called «formal». In the second approach, higher education is a process and the result of an educational and spiritual development of the individual. This approach is called the «cultural». The educational component of the education system is extremely important. However, in the modern Russian education the importance of the educational component is reduced. Such a trend could lead to a loss of traditional forms of culture. The current crisis was caused by the Russian education loss of moral values, traditions, ideas and norms in the educational system. Therefore, the modernization of the Russian education is necessary in view of the importance of his spiritual component

The article considers measuring scales as a tool for creating formal models of real objects and a tool for increasing the degree of formalization of these models to a level sufficient to implement them on computers.
It also describes the different types of measuring scales, allowing to create models of varying degrees of formalization; lists the types of transformation valid during the processing of empirical data obtained with scales of different types; develops the task of metriza-tion of the scales, i.e. conversion to the most formalized mind; it proposes 7 ways of metrization of all the types of scales, providing a joint comparable quantitative processing of heterogeneous factors measured in different units of measure due to the conversion of all scales to one universal unit of measurement in which the measurement number of information is selected. All of these methods of metrization have been implemented in the system-cognitive analysis and in the Eidos intellectual system

Development of plants in mixed or combined sowings is based on the symbiotic association in the basis of which we have decreased sexual process and its mechanism of genetic exchange among endosymbionts and stimulating of genetic exchange and expansion of the diversity of species among exosymbionts. The exception is the symbiosis of orchids and fungi - activators of orchids mycorrhiza with developed micellar system easily passing on saprophytic option. Coevolution of plant organisms with fungi indicates the specifics symbiogenic conjugate evolution, showing an example of the evolution of a small community with different contact with the external environment. The phenomenon of symbiogenesis has a long history and was manifested in a variety of different types of organisms. Today, some dependence of existence of one species from other organisms is observed at approximately 75% of higher plants and 90% of the animals in varying degrees of symbiogenic dependence from other species and taxa. Originality of symbiogenesis was analyzed by Academician A.A. Takhtadzhyan (1973) during its consideration of origin of eukaryotic cells as process of "assembly" of a complex system. Different approaches to determining the biological essence of symbiosis are known in the history of study of this phenomenon. On the whole phenomenon of symbiosis belongs to the category mutual relations of organisms of different phylogenetic groups
