The article presents the results of the researches on the
study of the different systems of basic treatment of soil
under sunflower’s density, aggregate composition, supplies
of productive moisture on regular black soil of the
Krasnodar region
Small businesses play a special role in the
development of the state economy: the national
budget from taxes, increasing the welfare of the
population, the question of employment, the
formation of competitive environment, cost
containment and improving the quality of goods and
services. In this regard, become topical issues related
to the creation of favorable conditions for the
functioning and development of management tools
and mechanisms of development of organizations of
this segment of the economy. This work aims to
identify the key problems of functioning of small
business organizations through the assessment of the
development of this segment in the economy of the
Krasnodar region. For the evaluation of small
business development in the Krasnodar region we
used basic unit of economic analysis aimed at
determining the major trends of change in number of
organizations average number of employees,
revenues, as well as a number of relative indicators in
the whole segment and by major activities. It was
determined that the number of small businesses in the
Krasnodar region for three years practically did not
change, whereas a decrease in the number of workers
employed in this segment, revenue has a small
tendency to increase. In the structure of the segment
is dominated by micro-enterprises, 47% operate in
the trade sector. Indicators of development of small
business organizations meet the classification criteria
in terms of revenue for microenterprises and their
share in total number of companies this segment is
1%. The results of the study say the lack of a clear
strategy from small businesses, due to unavailability
of tools for its development, expressed the high value
of the resource and, as a consequence, ignoring this question when organizing the activities of enterprises.
Therefore, the question becomes more urgent the
development of tools of business modeling and
strategic planning adapted to the requirements of this
segment
In the article we have reflected a relationship between
the parameters of the research activities of scientific
and pedagogical collectives and the characteristics of
the educational environment in higher education. It is
known that the research activities of scientific and
pedagogical workers and teams - an integral part
functioning of the higher education institution (and
improving its efficiency is one of the most important
problems). The authors proved that parameters
reflecting research activity of scientific and
pedagogical higher education of institution employees
characterize the aspects of the educational
environment as its latitude, intensity, social activity,
coherence, mobility, stability, reliability and
efficiency. It is caused by the fact that the research
activities of scientific and pedagogical workers - a
multifaceted social and cultural phenomenon. The idea
of the diagnosis of the educational environment of a higher educational institution and its structural units,
based on an assessment of scientometric indicators
(criteria for research productivity), can be completely
suitable for international and Russian requirements:
the well-known Shanghai procedure shifts the
emphasis on the evaluation of various aspects of the
research activities in higher education; serious
attention to assessing the research activity focuses and
Russian technique diagnostic efficiency of higher
education institutions. This is logical and soundly: if
the educational environment of a higher educational
institution is not a center of science, then it cannot
have effectively and competitive graduates, because

in the educational process. Based on previously
developed models of research activities in scientific
and pedagogical collectives, as well as on generally
accepted models of educational environments, the
authors have proposed a method for the diagnosis of
the educational environment, based on an assessment
of scientometric indicators - parameters reflecting the
impact of the research activities of scientific and
pedagogical workers. Obtained results may be the
theoretical basis for further scientific understanding of
the problem of increasing the productivity of research
activities in higher education, as well as problems -
increasing the competitiveness of educational
environments. The practical significance of the results
of this study - the possibility of their use in the system
of socio-pedagogical monitoring - monitoring of
productivity the research activities and effectiveness of
educational environments. Methods of investigation:
modeling, methods of the theory of sets and relations,
methods of probability theory and mathematical
statistics, methods of the theory of limits, methods of
linear algebra and analytic geometry, multi-parameter
analysis of the systems and methods of quality control
(latent variables theory). Methodological bases of
research: a systematic, metasystem, qualimetric,

Tomato is one of the most popular vegetables in Kuban. Every year, the area under this crop in the region occupies more than 11 thousand ha. Currently the State Register of Breeding Achievements approved for use in Krasnodar region, includes more than 90 tomato varieties and hybrids, however, the need for new, more productive varieties is not reduced. The important task of breeding is development of varieties and F1 hybrids with stable realization of the potential, with high level of yield ability, resistance to adverse environmental factors. In the southern regions of Russia for tomatoes, especially during flowering and fruit ripening, the most unfavorable abiotic environmental factors are excessive heat (air temperature 35 - 45 ° C or higher) and high solar radiation. Adverse temperature conditions often act as a deterrent in obtaining high yields, due to the flowers and fruits drop. The article presents the results of breeding activities of the last ten years (2007 - 2016) on development of new tomato varieties and F1 hybrids for different purposes As a result of studies there were developed four tomato varieties and one F1 hybrid that meet the requirements of production and are adapted to abiotic conditions of cultivation in open field in Kuban
In recent years, many pigs of specialized breeds,
characterized by increased meat qualities, have been
brought to Russia from Canada and a number of
European countries. The article presents the results of
the assessment of slaughter and meat qualities of pigs
of different genotypes. Danish pig meat was used as
research objects: purebred landrace (CHL), benthic
hybrid Landrasx yorkshire (LxY), three-breed hybrid
landrace hyorkshire x dyurok (LxXxD), removed from
control fattening, and developed prototypes of delicacy
products. The commission evaluation of meat and
broth showed that the boiled meat from the three breed
animals received the highest score, and the quality of
the broth significantly exceeded the samples of
purebred landrace and two-breed animals. As a result
of the tasting evaluation of the Voronezh ham, it was
established that the samples of meat from threebreeded
pigs, in comparison with the samples from
purebred meat, show the most pronounced flavor,
aroma and soft consistency

We have illustrated multiple factor analysis of the
dynamic friction coefficient of the friction units in
tribosystem and tribounits under laboratory conditions.
As the tribosystem we had a model band-block brake
with regime parameters of the control handle tension
of the brake and brake work. By using the method of
the mathematical planning of the extreme experiments,
we have obtained functional dependence of the
dynamic friction coefficient of the variable parameters
in the form of a second-order polynomial, which
adequately describe the processes under study. As
tribounit at the micro- and nanoscale there was the
reference change of the dynamic friction coefficient of
the pair "Retinax FC-24A – Steel 35HNL" as a
function of surface temperature, the values of which
correspond to certain laws, based on the rise and fall of
the characteristics of the dynamic friction coefficient.
We have made the evaluation of the dynamic friction
coefficient on the principle of the superposition with
the multiple factor analysis of the following
parameters: the process of forced cooling and heating;
the processes of the polarization and depolarization in
the contact patch of the micropoints of friction pairs;
the type of the contacts of the micropoints depending
on the work function of the electrons and ions from
materials; the formation of primary and secondary
structures on the surfaces of frictional contact; the
destruction and restoration of the pellicles on surfaces,
etc. We have analyzed the results of the studies of
changes of the dynamic friction coefficient on the
macro-, micro- and nanoscale and we have found the
basic factors affecting its value
The federal program on essential drugs provision
(EDP) is one of the most significant and socially
important state projects; it is directed to the reduction
of morbidity and mortality together with the
improvement of life quality of the society and its
social climate. In accordance with the federal law “On
social state assistance” from 17.07.1999 №178- FL,
the essence of the program is that medical recipes are
dispensed for preferential medicines to be received by
federal program participants. The medical-economic
control (MEC) of the drugs designation and provision
of federal benefit recipients is performed basing on the
automated registries examination of released drugs.
The number of passed and failed examination recipes
is determined according to the registers processing
results. A certain percentage of the accepted for
payment prescriptions is a subject for MEC. For the
purpose of the recipes selection for testing, the paper
proposes the mathematical models of criteria
application and MEC-planning. The game model of
organization and MEC performance in health care
organizations is build basing on the theory of games.
The considered play model suggests that the health
services quality examination need to be adjusted and
some strategies are to be improved. The solution on
the planning of checked recipes number allows to
perform the inspection of all the health care
organizations, involved in EDP program
