The problem of industrial poultry farming is the emergence of a growing birds’ arthritis. Inflamed joints are usually seen in poultry and accompanied by the inability to take food and water. The most characteristic of this problem in broiler chickens, young chickens of egg cross, i.e. birds of a short period of use. This is the reason for their rejection of the herd. Culling chickens are 10%, which furthermore reduces the total amount of livestock and leads to a reduction in the cost-effectiveness of growing birds. The analysis of our data gives a reason to believe that the main reason for culling poultry is acute inflammation of the joints or arthri-tis. According to the authors to ensure optimal rearing program, which should include the prevention of premature retirement of birds not only due to infectious diseases, but also the prevention of metabolic disorders and the exclusion of factors that could cause disruption of immunological reactivity. Currently, this program needs to be improved, which is particularly important in relation to vaccine pre-vention

The article describes disadvantages of existing onecriterion methodologies: only the monetary effect of outsourced process is considered, the analysis of all possible positive and negative consequences of outsourcing is not taken into account. It outlines the main difficulties of multi-criteria approaches for decision making about outsourcing, related to the fact that the improvement of one important criterion of the enterprise's activity can lead to the deterioration of another criterion. It outlines the fact that there is no single algorithm for making decisions about production outsourcing. On the example of an industrial enterprise for the production of energy spare parts it was shown that, despite the positive economic effect, the use of outsourcing in an industrial enterprise may not be appropriate. It analyzes calculation of LLC "Turbomash-service" according to which the costs for insourcing and outsourcing of production for the most expensive and labor-intensive items were calculated. It focuses on three main features that need to be considered during outsourcing, namely: 1) Quality of products before and after outsourcing; 2) The level of critical knowledge protection; 3) Organization, communication and coordination of processes. It is shown that, along with the economic effect, the mentioned parameters are no less important for making decision about outsourcing. A detailed analysis of these parameters is carried out. The existing multicriteria decision-making methodology was improved, the Saati method was proposed for ranking the criteria taking into account their importance, as well as a pairwise comparison of the parameters. It explains the necessity of applying the proposed decision-making method for outsourcing at an industrial enterprise

This article is devoted to the study of peculiarities of legal regulation of the employment of athletes. Sport has become an important part of the vital activity of the entire human society long ago, and, problems of legal regulation of the employment of athletes attached great importance both in Russia and abroad. In addition to international acts, the Constitution of the RF and the Labour code, labour relations and other directly related to them between athletes and their employers are governed by many various acts, regulations – federal laws, regulations, treaties, agreements, statutes of sport organizations, sport regulations. Therefore in practice exist a lot of problems and may will be more in the application of labour laws and other normative legal acts on labour rights and guarantees of professional athletes and coaches. We must take into account not only all sources but also, primarily, the specificity of the scope of their regulatory relationships. The authors consider that the normative legal basis, as well as the ratio of labour and special sports legislation studied explicitly is not sufficient and require further research, that indicates the relevance of the topic. The authors not only analyzed modern legislation, researched statistics, scientific literature on the topic, but also revealed the gaps and problems in the regulation and suggested measures for the improvement and further development of the Russian labour legislation in the sphere of sport. Special attention is given to the term "sudden death of an athlete," and so, the procedure of compulsory insurance of professional athletes must be resolved. It is proposed to introduce the terms " sport season", "sports" Athlete Passport, complement and greatly extend guarantees and compensations to athletes and coaches of pay, working hours, termination of employment, labour and social protection
