The authors analyze the question of the legal
problems of protection of the rights of members of
housing co-operative. The article shows the history
of the development of this institution in the Russian
Federation and its status. Of interest is the historical
analysis of the legal institution, as well as the issue of
protecting the rights of members of housing cooperatives
throughout the history of their existence in
our country. The author concludes that there is a need
to improve existing legislation on housing cooperatives.
In particular, the authors propose
amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian
Federation and other federal laws governing these
legal relationships. The article provides the change of
certain provisions of existing legislation that would
allow better quality approach to the protection of the
rights of members of housing co-operatives, as well
as their regulation in general. As well, the authors
indicated some legal problems that occur in practice
arising from members of housing co-operative in
their defense. The analysis of the legal practice of
various courts of the Russian Federation has been
carried out. Following consideration of the practical
problems has been offered for both theoretical and
practical ways to address them in order to prevent
violations of the rights of members of housing cooperatives
in the future
The article deals with main aspects of accounting
in animal breeding. The organization is based on
the principles of accounting automatization such
as personnel optimization, increase of accounting
efficiency and specification, which provide the
formation of complete and accurate information.
Animal breeding is one of the most important
branches of agriculture which strongly affects on

appropriate decisions in management. Automated
detailed costs accounting in the main production
(animal breeding) is necessary for the owner and
the managers to compare actual costs with goods

The flowsheet purification of exhaust gases in the
Novocherkassk SDPP after the electrostatic
precipitator on I-th stage of purification set group
cyclone, on the II-nd stage of purification - baghouse.
To determine the particle size distribution of fly ash,
we selected ash from the transport network to the
group cyclone, and the in a group cyclone, and in a
baghouse. With the help of the microscope "Biomed-
3" we produced pictures of ash particles with different
magnification. Granulometric composition of three
selected ash samples were determined according to the
mass content of particles of different grain size,
expressed in percent relative to the weight of dry ash
sample taken for analysis. For size fractions from 10
mm to 0.5 mm sieve method is applied without rinsing
with water, for size fractions less than 0.5 mm sieve

The work considers the problem of modeling the
motion of particles in a unified field theory to 6D, in
theory, supergravity in the 112D and metric galaxies.
We have investigated a centrally symmetric metric in
the 112-dimensional Riemannian space, which
depends on the radial coordinate, time, and 110 angles.
We present a system of equations describing the
angular movement on a hypersphere of any dimension
N. It is shown that the motion on the hypersphere
depends on the 2 (N-1) of singular points. We have
installed general nature of relativistic motion on a
hypersphere when it is displayed on the plane and in
three-dimensional space. It is shown that the motion
determined by the reflection from the singular points
that of motion on the plane in some cases leads to
thickening of the trajectories in the neighborhood of
sides of the rectangle. The 6D investigated metric
describing the case of motion with two centers of
symmetry. It is shown that in such a metric exists a
class of exact solutions, logarithmically dependent on
the gravity centers of origin. It is found that in this
system there is a motion with condensation paths
around the sides of the rectangle, due to scattering of
test particles gravity sources. We set the general nature
of angular motion on a hypersphere and radial
movements in 6D in the metric of a logarithmic
potential. It is proved that similar solutions with
logarithmic potential exist in galaxies metric in the
metric of Einstein's theory of gravity. The article also
describes the connection of the solutions to the
nonlinear electrodynamics, and with a theory of quark
interactions and Yang-Mills theory
In this work, we investigate the problem of collisions of
particles linked to the singularities of the gravitational
field in the Ricci flow. A system of non-linear parabolic
equations describing the evolution of the axially
symmetric metrics proposed. We consider the metric
having axial symmetry and comprising two singularities
simulating particles of finite mass. There was
numerically investigated the change of the metric in the
collision of particles. Two formulations of the problem
have been considered, one of which scatter particles after
the collision, and the other as a result of the merger of
two particles, a new stable static system, which can be
interpreted as a new particle. The initial and boundary
conditions using the exact solution of the static problem,
so the collision persist particularly metrics caused by the
presence of particles. In numerical experiments
determined that the collision of the particles in the Ricci
flow leads to the formation of gravitational waves,
similar in structure to the waves, registered in the LIGO
experiment. Consequently, we can assume that the
observed gravity waves caused mainly by transients
associated with the change in the metric system. A
model describing the emission of gravitational waves in
the collision of particles in the Ricci flow proposed. The
influence of the parameters of the problem - the speed
and mass of the particles, on the amplitude and intensity
of the emission of gravitational waves was numerically
simulated
In the article, we can analyze the participation of
Kalmik trade unions in ensuring workers’ labor
protection and safety engineering in 1970-ies. The
sources of the article base are the documents of
National archive of the Kalmyk Republic. The analysis
of the large documental material showed that in
1970ies the trade unions began to study deeper the
question of making better the conditions of work, more
often raised the questions of labor protection at the
meetings of workers committees, drew the community
to this work. Kalmik trade unions organizations paid
serious attention to safety engineering and industry
sanitation, achieved such condition that the workers
were completely provided with overalls, means of
individual protection, they demanded absolute
mechanization of hard processes, fought for high
culture of manufacture. In spite of trade-union
organizations of the republic did definite work about
putting in order in cause of fulfillment of labor laws,
the situation did not change
The present article is devoted to the institute of the
Parliament control in Russian Federation, its role and
importance in the structure of functions of the Parliament
of Russia. The authors of the article analyze the
different approaches to the notion of the Parliament
control in the theory of constitutional law, in federal
and regional legislation. The author’s definition of the
Parliament control is formulated. The focus on the
necessity of the clear setting of the present term in the
present legislation of the Russian Federation is made.
In the article there were reflected the ways of the Parliament
control, there were given their characteristics.
