PREPARATION OF GRAPHENE MATERIAL WITH BENZIMIDAZOLE FRAGMENTS

abstract 1341710056 issue 134 pp. 711 – 719 29.12.2017 ru 1267
The new benzimidazole-functionalized graphene material based on graphene oxide (GO) and 3,3',4,4'- tetraaminodiphenyl oxide (TADPO) was obtained under one-step hydrothermal synthesis conditions. According to IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, as a result of the reaction, benzimidazole (BI) rings are formed, and the mass content of nitrogen is 12.3%. The new graphene material is characterized by excellent electrochemical efficiency in a threeelectrode supercapacitor. As a result of the redox activity of BI cycles the specific capacitance reaches 286 F/g at the scan rate of 2 mV/s, which is substantially higher than the reduced graphene oxide (RGO) sample obtained under similar conditions without using TADPO (159 F/g at 2 mV/s)

PREPARATION OF LUMPY VEGETABLE WASTE IN PRODUCTION OF MODIFIED BUILDING MATERIAL

abstract 1251701008 issue 125 pp. 141 – 150 31.01.2017 ru 650
Rational and efficient use of natural resources is an important element of sustainable development. Waste is a significant loss of material and energy resources. Recycling and disposal of waste can be a cause of pollution, harmful substances and infections on people. Index of waste production is closely linked to the level of economic activity in the country and sums up the structures of production and consumption that are formed in the society. Reduction of capacity size of waste production is a measure of promotion of the economy sector to less material-intensive structures of production and consumption. Phytogenic wastes are mostly formed in the timber industry, and also are pollutant source of environment. Continuing production and accumulation of waste is a serious environmental problem. The main reason for these circumstances involves insufficiency of power in added-value wood processing, that increase the problem of integrated utilization of low-grade wood, small wood and demolition wood. As a result, the main competitive products in the timber complex of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are industrial wood and roundwood. Solution to these topical issues of optimum use of the resulting waste in the Krasnoyarsk Territory needs to be solved with the help of mathematical modeling of process optimization of recycling lumpy plant waste. Rational use of lump plant waste is one of the most serious and, unfortunately, unresolved problem

PREREQUISITES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MODELS AND METHODS OF MULTICRITERIA EVALUATION AND SELECTION TECHNOLOGIES OF CULTIVATION AGRICULTURAL CROPS

abstract 1131509119 issue 113 pp. 1683 – 1696 30.11.2015 ru 892
Grain is the strategic importance and is the basis for food security. The gross national product share of grain and its products is about 10-15%. It always stands out from other types of raw materials, as used to produce the most massive daily foods. When selecting cultivation technology agricultural crop agronomist has at its disposal a database of more than a hundred times-personal of alternative technologies for each crop. Prior to the decision-maker (DMP) is the task of specific criteria to select the most suitable for the owners, climatic zone of technology cultivating culture. These circumstances explain the relevance of in-depth research of economic and mathematical models and methods of analysis and evaluation of the economic efficiency of technologies of cultivation agricultural crops. The possibility of developing a set of mathematical models and methods for multi-criteria analysis and assessment key technologies of cultivation of agricultural crops

PREREQUISITES FOR THE SECULARIZING REFORMS IN THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE

abstract 1181604098 issue 118 pp. 1501 – 1512 29.04.2016 ru 17537
The article examines the process of secularization of Church property in the history of the world. Special attention is paid to the assumptions of the preparation of secularizing reforms in the Russian state since the policy of Joann III. We address the relationship between Church and state in the field of Church lands and ecclesiastical jurisdiction authorized in Stoglav in 1551, and in the judgment of the Council estates in 1581 and 1584. The article studies the reasons, under which it became necessary, in conditions of the emerging absolutism, to limit the Church's estates; the ecclesiastical jurisdiction in this connection, there was issued the national Code – “Sobornoye ulozheniye” of 1649. The study discusses the limitation of economic and administrative privileges of the Church in accordance with the Council code of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich. The article focuses on the administrative and financial functions of the Monastic Order. We have also made a distinction, and there are differences in the powers between the Monastic Orders 1649 and between recreated Monastic Order in 1701. The article discusses the mission of the Church reform of Peter I the Great and the results of this reform, which prepared the legislative framework for the secularizing reforms of Catherine II the Great

PRESENTATION OF MANDATORY POLICY OF ACCESS CONTROL VIA THE HARRISONRUSSO-WILLIAM’S MODEL

abstract 1071503111 issue 107 pp. 1705 – 1721 31.03.2015 ru 881
The accepted model of the access control is realized with the monitor of safety in the protected automated information system. Models of safety are considered, as a rule, as a system which is a single whole and has the uniform monitor of safety. Nevertheless, the architecture of the real automated information systems and processes of their functioning can be characterized by distribution. The distributed automated information system consists more than of one local segment representing isolated set of subjects and objects of access. In the distributed system local segments can be realized both on the basis of discretionary, and on the basis of mandatory models of safety (i.e. to be diverse). One of directions of a safety in this case is realization of the general monitor of the safety providing the uniform (coordinated) policy of access control. For safe interaction of patchwork systems it’s necessary to bring them to a single model. Hence, while the integration of information systems the problem of their interaction becomes persistent. Thus in the systems processing the information of a various level of confidentiality, it is necessary to realize mandatory access control. In given clause the mandatory policy of the safety presented by classical model of Bell-LaPadula, is described by the elements of classical model of Harrison-Russo-William. Using the mechanisms of change of a matrix access the opportunity of assignment and change of confidentiality marks is described and the observance of safe practices within the limits of mandatory access control is analyzed. The safety of application of the given approach has been proved. The perspective direction of research has been defined

PREVENTION OF VIOLATIONS OF METABOLISM IN FRESH COWS

abstract 1361802030 issue 136 pp. 189 – 200 28.02.2018 ru 481
The main diseases of lactating cows occur in the first two months of lactation, i.e. during the production peak of productivity. They are caused by the changes in metabolism during the transition period, which are not supported by adequate changes in the organization of feeding, or rather sufficient to ensure cows with nutrients, which causes a number of closely related diseases. To allocate any of them is not possible, as their manifestation depends on a number of reasons, and depending on situation may prevail one or the other. Among the most common diseases, there are ketosis, milk fever (paresis of maternity), dysplasia of the abomasum, acidosis, mastitis, endometritis, laminitis and leukemia. These diseases cause the greatest problems in herds with high productivity, and are caused by changes in metabolism in cows in the transition period and the inability to properly feed the animals at this time. To identify the causes of these diseases we do not need to study each of them individually - it is enough to deal with the peculiarities of metabolism. This period includes the month before calving and the first or second month of lactation, but the most important are 3 weeks before calving and 3 weeks later. In order to prevent metabolic disorders there were developed and tested feed for feeding cows before calving and immediately after calving. Their effect was studied on milk production and health status
