SHAPE AND DIMENSIONS OF PLANTING SEEDS AS A FACTOR IN THE FORMATION OF THE YIELD OF CALENDULA MEDICINAL PLANT IN THE FOOTHILLS ZONE OF GORNY ALTAI

abstract 1251701020 issue 125 pp. 285 – 295 31.01.2017 ru 747
The effect of seeds shapes and sizes to field survival, plant stand, harvesting amount and structure of calendula crude drug were under investigation. Biological feature of calendula is heterogeneous seeds formation, when the same inflorescence forms seeds of various shapes and sizes. The following seeds fractions according to their shapes and sizes were used for sowing: uncinate shaped, crescent shaped as well as unseparated, including, except uncinate and crescent seeds, ring-form and scaphoid shaped seeds. It was discovered that maximum indices of laboratory, field survival of calendula seeds and plant stand were in conjunction with uncinate shaped seeds. Maximum crude drug harvest was in conjunction with the sowing seeds of uncinate shape, varied from years from 2.11 to 2.40 t/h; minimum- at unseparated seeds sowing, varied from years from 1.83 to 2.05 t/h. Crude drug extreme efficiency was determined in 1-3 gatherings by inflorescence weight gain and its quantity increase on the same plant. According to the size of elements of crude drug harvesting structure (inflorescence quantity and mass of the same plant, the same inflorescence mass) the variant of uncinate shaped seeds sowing had advantages

SIGNIFICANCE OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ITS ELABORATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH IFRS

abstract 1201606100 issue 120 pp. 1495 – 1508 30.06.2016 ru 376
This article describes the importance of accounting (financial) reports as the main source of information about economic activities of a company. Financial indicators (necessary for inclusion in the financial statements) were given. There are financial statements’ classification, the composition of the annual financial statements, the order of presentation and publication in the article. In addition, the article excretes the features of statements’ preparation and presentation by economic entities. There are three options of its compilation: easy, normal and multiple. The comparative characteristics of statements in accordance with Russian accounting standards and IFRS are given. The article describes the process of financial statements’ transformation in accordance with IFRS. This process is divided into three main blocks: 1 the analysis of accounting information (primary documents and accounting records), preparation of trial balances; 2 compilation of adjustment postings and reclassifications of accounts of converted turnover balance to IFRS; 3 preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS. There are two main methods of statements’ reporting in accordance with IFRS (existing now): transformation of the financial reporting and conversion. Their advantages and disadvantages are determined

SIMPLEX METHOD WITH ARTIFICIAL BASIS

abstract 1121508128 issue 112 pp. 1762 – 1775 30.10.2015 ru 975
The presented article is devoted to solving problems using the simplex method with artificial basis. Simplex method with artificial basis is used when quite difficult to find initial support program of the initial problem of linear programming, written in canonical form. The presented method is used in the presence of solutions to the system of restrictions and conditions, equations, inequalities and conditions, as well as a transformation table method. The calculation of the system is carried out by introducing artificial variables Ri with the sign of which depends on the type of the optimum, to remove from the basis of these variables are introduced in the last objective function with negative coefficients M that are "mulct" for putting artificial variables. Simplex table, which is made in the process of decision, using the method of artificial basis, called extended. It differs from the conventional in that it comprises two lines of the objective function. In minimization problems - with positive M. Hence, from the original one we have already obtained the new M -problem. If in the optimal solution M-problem has no artificial variables, this decision will be the optimal solution of the original problem. But, if in the optimal solution M-tasks at least one dummy variable is different from zero, the system of constraints of this problem and have inconsistent problem is unsolvable

SIMULATING AND PREDICTING GLOBAL CLIMATIC ANOMALIES SUCH AS EL NINO AND LA NINA

abstract 1101506102 issue 110 pp. 1546 – 1578 30.06.2015 ru 1000
The paper discusses the modeling and prediction of the climate of our planet with the use of artificial intelligence AIDOS-X. We have developed a number of semantic information models, demonstrating the presence of the elements of similarity between the motion of the lunar orbit and the displacement of the instantaneous pole of the Earth. It was found that the movement of the poles of the Earth leading to the variations in the magnetic field, seismic events, as well as violations of the global atmospheric circulation and water, and particular to the emergence of episodes such as El Niño and La Niña. Through semantic information models studied some equatorial regions of the Pacific Ocean, as well as spatial patterns of temperate latitudes, revealed their relative importance for the prediction of global climatic disturbances in the tropical and temperate latitudes. The reasons of occurrence of El Niño Modoki and their relationship with the movement of elements of the lunar orbit in the long-term cycles are established. Earlier, we had made a forecast of the occurrence of El Niño episode in 2015. Based on the analysis of semantic models concluded that the expected El Niño classical type. On the basis of the prediction block AIDOS-X calculated monthly evolution scenario of global climate anomalies. In this paper, the analysis of the actual implementation forecast of El Niño since its publication in January 2015 - before June 2015. It is shown that the predicted scenario of climatic anomalies actually realized. Calculations of future climate scenarios with system «Aidos-X» recognition module indicate that further possible abnormal excess temperature indicators of surface ocean waters in regions Nino 1,2 and Nino3,4 for 2015 may be comparable with similar abnormalities in the catastrophic El Niño of 1997-1998.
