Objective: To improve the consistency and effectiveness
of strategic planning and forecasting in
modern conditions it requires development of the
existing classifications of types of planning, strategies,
forecasts and forecast methods. This study examines
the introduction to problems of spectral
analysis of the macroeconomic dynamics of key
world and Russian sugar subcomplex. The article is
devoted to forecasting the activities of integrated
manufacturing systems of sugar subcomplex in agro
industrial subcomplex. As well as to the practical
application of economic-mathematical methods
(based on spectral analysis) to control the economic
parameters of the integrated industrial systems of the
sugar subcomplex, oriented to meet the needs of the
sugar production of the population not only of individuals,
but of the regions and the country as a
whole. Discussion: Procedures to identify and study
the dynamics of periodic components of the development
of the agriculture segment agriculture are
based on methods of spectral analysis of random
processes. The article describes the performed experiments
with various kinds of non-stationary time
series of agricultural sector and food industry sugar
subcomplex. The article presents results of numerical
experiments with the spectra of time series of
sugar production, sown areas, gross harvest and
yield of sugar beet and sugar cane country. Systematic
ideas and methods underlying the spectral analysis
were shown. The article also assesses the results.
Results: The algorithm developed by the author
for the adaptive method of spectral analysis was
implemented by the author in the context of a specific
software product, namely in MS Excel format.
The results of the empirical research confirmed the
possibility of practical use of developed models in
forecasting likely scenarios for the development of
sugar sub-complex in the interests of integrated production
systems. The results are illustrated by numerous
graphs based on real data. We have also
built projection of latent structures of sugar subcomplex in the macroregions. It is revealed that each of
the macroeconomic time series can contain at least
from 2 to 9 harmonics (cycles) of different kind and
strength of impact on the trend
Poultry farming is characterized by a relatively low cost of production, so it is more cost-effective compared with other sectors of animal husbandry. However, the feed of plant and animal origin used in the poultry industry does not always correspond to the requirements of biological safety and are subject to damage by fungi producing mycotoxins, causing extensive economic damage. In this paper, we consider gravitation theory in multidimensional space. The model of the metric satisfying the basic requirements of quantum theory is proposed. It is shown that gravitational waves are described by the Liouville equation and the Schrodinger equation as well. In adverse dry weather conditions the yield of traditional crops is sharply reduced, particularly of maize, therefore it is required a drought-resistant crop with high forage characteristics. This crop is the grain sorghum. The presence of non-starch polysaccharides in sorghum grain creates the preconditions for the inclusion of enzyme preparations in the combined feed for broiler chickens. The aim of the study was to provide high productivity of the broilers fed the combined feed, containing up to 30% of grain sorghum with the additional use of the enzyme preparation "CelloLux -F". Positive results are achieved both in productivity and digestibility of the main nutrients in the combined feed with the enzyme. It is recommended to include the enzyme into combined feed for broiler chickens at the amount of 100g/t of feed. Application of enzymatic agent "CelloLux -F" as a component of combined feeds for broiler chicks favors live weight gain, feed conversion efficiency and safety of young birds. Issues associated with the use of combined units in the preparation of the soil are relevant and of scientific and practical interest. Relevance increases when it comes to the cultivation of the main crop - winter wheat. In this regard, the presented results on the effectiveness of the use of combined units in the preparation of soil for winter crops are important. They are important primarily from a practical point of view. Experimental studies were conducted in the conditions of many years of stationary experience in the FSUE "ANC" Donskoy ", Zernograd, Rostov Region and in the Krasnodar region, LLC "Step". The efficiency of the use of combined units KUM-4, APK-4, developed at SKNIIMESH, now FSUE “ANC “Donskoy” in the cultivation of winter barley and winter wheat is considered. The technological process of tillage using combined units consists of several technological operations performed simultaneously. Disk working bodies chop plant residues and destroy weeds. At the same time, a network of cracks in the underlying soil horizons is laid. Next are flat-cutting working bodies that loosen the soil already at the set depth. There is a cutting of the root system of weeds, loosening the remaining non-loosened soil layer to the required depth, the formation of a flat bottom of the “furrow”, the separation of erosion-hazardous soil particles to the bottom of the furrow. Next, a roller - a compactor - compactor enters the work, which provides regrinding of soil lumps on the surface and subcompaction of the treated layer. The last in the process chain is a mulch roller, which ensures the formation of a compacted seed bed for seeds with simultaneous mulching of the compacted soil layer. The use of combined units in the technologies of cultivation of winter barley and wheat allowed to achieve a reduction in the number of technological operations by 1,5-2,5 times, an increase in the productivity of winter wheat by 0,4 t / ha (9%), a reduction in fuel consumption by 40%, operating costs 1,4 times with the economic effect of 1500 rubles / ha and the profitability of production of 140%
