YANG-MILLS FIELD AMPLIFIER

abstract 1111507077 issue 111 pp. 1200 – 1226 30.09.2015 ru 1387
The article presents a project of the Yang-Mills amplifier. Amplifier model is a multilayer spherical shell with increasing density towards the center. In the center of the amplifier is the core of high-density material. It is shown that in such a system, the amplitude of the Yang-Mills waves rises from the periphery to the center of several orders of magnitude. The role of the Yang-Mills field in the processes occurring in the nuclei of galaxies, stars and planets is discussed. The data modeling to strengthen the Yang-Mills field in the bowels of the planet, with an atomic explosion, and in some special devices such as the voltaic pile. To describe the mechanism of amplification chromodynamics field used as accurate results in Yang-Mills theory and numerical models developed based on an average and the exact equations as well. Among the exact solutions of the special role played by the centralsymmetric metric describing the contribution of the Yang-Mills field in the speed of recession of galaxies. Among the approximate numerical models can be noted the eight-scalar model we have developed for the simulation of non-linear color oscillations and chaos in the Yang-Mills theory. Earlier models were investigated spatio-temporal oscillations of the YangMills theory in the case of three and eight colors. The results of numerical simulation show that the nonlinear interaction does not lead to a spatial mixing of colors as it might be in the case of turbulent diffusion. Depending on the system parameters there is a suppression of the amplitude of the oscillations the first three by five colors or vice versa. The kinetic energy fluctuations or shared equally between the color components, or dominated by the kinetic energy of repressed groups of colors. In the present study, we found that amplification chromodynamic field leads to a sharp increase in the amplitude of the suppressed color, which can lead to an increase in entropy, excitation of nuclear reactions and decays particles

X-RAY ULTRASOUND COMPARISON AND DYNAMIC SONOGRAPHIC CONTROL OF PNEUMONIA IN CHILDREN

abstract 1041410112 issue 104 pp. 1610 – 1624 30.12.2014 ru 1430
Comparative analysis of the informativity of ultrasonic and radiographic examination of the lungs at the initial diagnosis of inflammatory infiltrate and at case followup of its involution during treatment was performed in 154 children with pneumonia. Higher informativity of ultrasound compared with radiography was determined. All children underwent ultrasound monitoring of pneumonia since admission to the full restoration of normal ultrasound image. Assessment criteria of pneumonia involution were the size and echostructure of an airless zone. Stationary ultrasound was performed at least 3 times. Outpatient ultrasound was repeated at least 2 times within 1 month, in some cases children were observed up to 3 months with monthly dualfold study

WORLD WAR PRODUCTION AND OTHER EXPENSES AT ITS CONTENTS TO THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS

abstract 0841210070 issue 84 pp. 896 – 905 28.12.2012 ru 764
Author of the article examines the current state of the global arms industry in the world and makes it possible to identify the main trends of its development. The modern global financial crisis, which is well-known in almost all regions, led to a reduction in military spend-ing in many countries. Thus, in Western and Central Europe were introduced austerity measures, including military spending. However, the design of the military budget for 2013, the U.S. seeks to maintain the re-quired level of readiness and technical equipment of the armed forces, improvement of the financial situa-tion, housing and other types of support for the mili-tary. The article presents the ranking of countries on military expenses in 2011, and has the appropriate conclusions

WORLD MARKET OF INVESTMENTS: DYNAMICS, PROBLEMS AND TENDENCIES OF DEVELOPMENT

abstract 1231609105 issue 123 pp. 1556 – 1566 30.11.2016 ru 653
In the article the investments are the fundamental part of development of the economy of different countries as developed, and developing. The investment activity defines a basis of safe development of world economy, and also promotes determination of prospects for carrying out modernization and diversification of economy of various countries of the world. The value of foreign investments comes down to the international division of the capital, and also to searches of more favorable ways of receiving profit on economic activity abroad, than in the country of the investor. The role of foreign investments comes down to development of national economy, generally, and, in particular, recipients of these investments (the enterprises, productions, etc.). It is very favorable to a country to receive from abroad foreign investments as they develop their productions, new innovative productions appear, and also taxes come to the national budget. In this article an assessment of the world market of investments in 2015 is given. The system analysis of prospects and tendencies of development of the world market of investments in the conditions of cyclic fluctuations of world economy is carried out. The dynamics of annual streams of foreign investments into economy of Russia is considered. The consequences of sanctions of the USA and Europe entered in 2014 are reflected and their influence on investment climate of Russia is designated. The tendencies of reduction of foreign investments in the Russian economy are designated. The main problems in the production and social sphere are also revealed. Necessary terms on improvement of investment appeal of the Russian Federation are offered

WORLD FOOD CRISIS: THE REASONS AND POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES

abstract 0721108019 issue 72 pp. 217 – 227 30.10.2011 ru 1588
For the last few years in the world market, the rise in prices for the majority of kinds of agricultural produc-tion and foodstuff was observed. It was defined by a combination both long-term structural, and various short-term factors. It, first of all, increase of demand for the foodstuff, pushed by economic lifting in devel-oping countries, adverse weather conditions in a num-ber of the states – the main manufacturers of agricul-tural crops. All it has negatively affected world delive-ries of the foodstuffs and promoted a rise in prices for it. In article the current state of a world food situation is investigated, the reasons of the crisis phenomena in the given sphere, influencing the further existence of all civilization are allocated. The author has tried to predict consequences and the prospects of world food crisis allowing to the full to estimate that negative factors which expect mankind in intermediate term prospect

WORK AND MOTIVATION IN AGRARIAN SECTOR

abstract 1261702036 issue 126 pp. 504 – 518 28.02.2017 ru 503
Based on a comparative analysis of the level of productivity in the agrarian sector of Russia and the leading countries in the world economy, the main trends and factors affecting the growth of this indicator were revealed. One the main reasons for low productivity is the technical and technological backwardness. In this regard, productivity gains can be achieved by improving the employment and organizational-technological innovation. We have comprehensively illuminated the problem of labor motivation. Based on our own researches and data from agrarian scientists the ways of its strengthening were traced. Also, there was highlighted highly motivated work in the family farms, which is not just a form of entrepreneurial employment based on private ownership of the means of production and the use of familial form of labor, but also the lifestyle of the rural man. We must not forget that the main motivation to work lies not only in its pay, but also in the education of people and traditions. It highlights the role of social support of rural youth and the need for radical improvement of social infrastructure. For the selfassertion of the individual, which is especially important for young men, the person should see a sense of ownership, initiative, independence, participation in decision-making and the distribution of income. These qualities are fully manifested in the family livestock farms and other forms of small business. Work on yourself is the most reliable social protection
