WILD-GROWING VINE SHOOTS IN NAKHICHEVAN REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

In this article botanical and morphometrical characteristics of four wild-growing biotypes of Azerbaijan, growing on the Nakhichevan plain - original natural reserve of the richest vegetable gene pool of Eurasia are listed. WHY ENGINE AND TECHNOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION SLOWS DOWN

The tasks set in "The strategy of engine and technological modernization of agriculture until 2020" provide growth of labor productivity by 3–4 times. In our article, we have attempted to concretize in a zone sectional view the direction action for successful engine and technological modernization for the purpose of implementation of such strategically important point. Radical modernization of system of vehicles for complex mechanization of field husbandry based on the domestic equipment in relation to natural and technological conditions of the Krasnodar region is offered. Realization of system of transport is supposed with use of the equipment of the fourth generation, but in 2020 the equipment of the fifth generation and innovative processing methods for production of grain crops has to be realized. It is noted that the solution of such task without the state participation is impossible. The fundamental principles of improvement of system of vehicles for field husbandry and engine technologies are offered. The main of them is a new system of mobile power, new highly productive motorless grain - beetroot-, forage harvesters, new multipurpose units with the offered devices for combination of the technological operations changing labor-intensive technologies radically. We offer replacement of heavy tractors, self-propelled combines; cutting-down of the nomenclature of the equipment at the expense of multipurpose units, main application of fertilizers along with processing of the soil, drop of sealing of the soil and its dispersion. The offered technical re-equipment of branch will provide precision performance of operations, increase in labor productivity and economy of resources

This article proposes a generalized principle of relativity, similar to Galileo's principle of relativity Ein-stein, but for all kinds of real and virtual systems, not just the physical, hypothesis about his relationship with the theorem of Emmy Noether and laws of con-servation of energy, momentum and angular momen-tum in the socio-economic and psychological systems. On the basis of the information theory of time and information theory of value (E.V. Lutsenko, 1980), the conclusions about the non-uniformity of the course of time in social systems, inhomogeneity and anisotropy's of a bench economic space and violations of the laws of conservation of energy, momentum and angular momentum in social systems, and accordingly, of a failure to comply or only partial implementation for them the generalized principle of relativity have been made in the article

WEEDS EFFECT ON A MAIZE GRAIN YIELD IN A RELATION TO A PRIMARY CULTIVA-TION AND A HERBICIDE TREATMENT

This article presents the results of the research of soil cultivation practices and the herbicide treatment ef-fect on the weed content in maize grain crop grown in the stepp conditions of the Krasnodar region. It has been determined that tillering soil with the Wil-Rich disc harrow at 10-12 cm depth is less effective than fall ploughing with a top layer turning-over, chisel and disc tillering combined with summer herbicide treatment. The latter give the advantage of less weeds and higher grain yield

In the article, there are the data of a specific variety of cereal weed plants in crops of winter wheat on a black leached soil depending on the predecessor and the way of processing of a soil and its role as a source of an infection root rot. The greatest number of isolates of mushrooms – causative agents of a disease, was allocated from such weed plants as wheat grass creeping, eras galli, field (chess) brome grass; the smallest – from Lolium temulentum. WEB-SOLUTION OF TRAFFIC'S OPTIMIZATION IN SETTLEMENTS

Organization of urban movement should be viewed as a continuous process of forecasting - planning - design - building. Equipment of traffic management system on the road network has to be done with modern methods of regulation. The definition of "acceptable system of urban traffic" depends on how busy the traffic lane is. In the organization of traffic public passenger transport should be considered as a priority, as an alternative to cars, even with a discrimination against the latter. Direction optimization of traffic in the city is conducted in order to objectively-conditioned transportation needs of citizens, ensuring their comfort and the time spent on transportation. The main questions of the article are caused by the difficult traffic situation in the Krasnodar city. The algorithms alleged to solve the traffic problems based on a mathematical Dijkstra’s algorithm, allows to calculate the shortest way between the graphs. Steps of solution of the tasks based on modern technological needs of the population - using internet services. Therefore to implement a software product as claimed in the article, we use the development environment, based on the latest innovations in the field of web-based technologies

WEATHER CONDITIONS OF MAIZE VEGETATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLANTING DATES IN THE ARID ZONE OF CENTRAL CISCAUCASUSIA

There were reviewed the results of the study of the dependence of main phenological phases of development of corn hybrids of different maturity groups of the selection of Krasnodar Research Institute of Agriculture named after P.P. Lukyanenko in the arid zone of Central Ciscaucasia (Ross 199, Ross 299, Krasnodar 382 and Krasnodar 410) and the AllRussian Research Institute of Corn (Mashuk 170, Newton, RIC 345 and Eric), as well as early-middle Rossiyskaya 1 from the changes of average daily air temperature of planting dates and preplant seed treatment by the preparation "TMTD-plus", containing the growth promoter called Krezatsin in its composition. The studies were conducted in accordance with the thematic plan of scientific researches of the department of crop and forage production of Stavropol State Agrarian University. The technology of maize growing on the experimental plot corresponds to the standard technology for this area and culture. The sowing was performed in three stages. The first (early) sowing period was at t = + 7 ... +8 ° C. The second (recommended) – was at t = + 10 ... + 12 ° C. The third (later) sowing period was at t = +15 ° C. There was identified a high inverse correlation between the average daily air temperature and the duration of the intraphase periods of maize propagation. Thus, at the shifting of maize sowing dates with the second half of May on the second half of April we have optimization of heat regime in the generative period and rising of the efficiency of use of thermal resources of the region. There was marked the acceleration of development of corn seedlings when the average daily air temperatures was up to 12 ° C at the samples with the application of the disinfectant TMTD-plus

WAYS TO PROVIDE STABILITY OF RAW MATERIAL DURING STORAGE

An analysis of patented in Russia and abroad methods for providing preservation of plant products, particularly apples and pears, was carried out in the article. The patent search was made for the period from 1995 to 2015 in the databases of patent offices of the United States of America, Japan and European patent organization. The patented methods, realization of which allows increasing of storage life of agricultural products by means of using different kinds of electromagnetic radiation, regulating the content of gaseous medium in the storage, treating with chemical substances, inhibiting the microbiological processes, creating hermetic storing conditions, were systematized. The realized research allowed drawing a conclusion on the relevance of work in the field of search for new methods for providing stable quality of fruits in the process of storing, particularly with the use of electromagnetic fields of very low frequency
