THE INFLUENCE OF POLYMERIC GROWTH REGULATORS ON MORPHOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF RICE IN SALINE CONDITIONS

abstract 1181604065 issue 118 pp. 1061 – 1074 29.04.2016 ru 1020
The article studies the influence of polymeric in the form of formers and growth regulators on the growth and development of rice plants when grown in saline conditions. We controlled the effect of salinity on grows regulators and vigor, seed germination, root and shoot weight, the content of photosynthetic pigments parameters, induction curves of delayed fluorescence, the indicators of structure of harvest, grain yield. It was found, that pre-sowing seed soaking in solutions of polymer grows regulators has a stimulating effect on the growth and development of rice plants in the early stages: we significantly increased germination and emergence, dry weight of root and shoot compared to control. At different stages of ontogeny rice, the absolute content of pigments in the leaves and the relationship between the individual variants change. The absolute content of pigments in leaves and their relationship between experiences at different stages of ontogeny change. In the period of intensive vegetative growth from seedling stage the content of total chlorophyll is maximum, and by the end of the growing season it decreases. It can be assumed that the salinity of the substrate significantly reduces the productivity of photosynthesis in young plants, possibly due to imbalance of ions in the cell, the older it gets – the weaker the phenomenon is and even becomes reversed. The second maximum IR ZF increases during the growing season from germination to flowering, then decreases to the beginning of ripening in all embodiments. The same dynamics is characteristic of the magnitude of the proton gradient in the membranes of chloroplasts tylakoids. Salt protection effect of growth regulators on grain yield is significant on both backgrounds of mineral nutrition

THE INFLUENCE OF REACTION OF DISSOCIATION / RECOMBINATION OF MOLECULES OF WATER ON TRANSPORTING ELECTROLYTE 1: 1 IN THE MEMBRANE SYSTEMS IN THE DIFFUSION LAYER. PART 2. ASYMPTOTIC ANALYSIS

abstract 1221608017 issue 122 pp. 241 – 254 31.10.2016 ru 601
This article is devoted to the asymptotic analysis of boundary value problem for a system of equations of Nernst-Planck and Poisson for a singularly perturbed system of ordinary differential equations [1], based on two parameters. This boundary value problem simulates electrodiffusion of four kinds of ions at the same time in the diffusion layer in electro-membrane systems with perfectly selective membrane, taling into consideration the reaction of recombination of two ions. Meanwhile the other two ions represent ions of a binary salt. As a simple example, we consider the transport of ions sodium, chlorine, hydrogen and hydroxide, moreover, hydrogen and hydroxyl ions recombine in the diffusion layer. A more complex case is the transfer of the products of dissociation of the dihydrogen phosphate of sodium, namely, ions of sodium and dihydrogen phosphate, the latter dissociate at the interface, in turn, hydrogen ions and hydrogen phosphate. Thus, in the solution can simultaneously store three different types of ions: sodium, hydrogen, phosphate. During the transfer, hydrogen ions and ions of hydrogen phosphate recombine to produce phosphoric acid. The article has revealed the structure of the Nernst diffusion layer at currents above Harkatsa current. It is shown, that in the diffusion layer, there are two types of boundary layers: the inner (reaction) boundary layer and boundary layer at the interface solution / membrane

THE INFLUENCE OF REACTION OF DISSOCIATION / RECOMBINATION OF WATER MOLECULES ON ELECTROLYTE TRANSPORTATION 1: 1 IN MEMBRANE SYSTEMS IN THE DIFFUSION LAYER. PART 1. MATHEMATICAL MODEL

abstract 1211607122 issue 121 pp. 1929 – 1941 30.09.2016 ru 468
The influence of dissociation / recombination of water molecules is important for understanding electroconvection processes, as some authors believe that the emergence of new carriers + H and − OH , and can lead to a reduction in the space-charge and, consequently, to electroconvection disappearance. However, as shown in [5], the dissociation of water molecules, although it reduces the space charge and increases the threshold fall potential jump at which begins electroconvection, yet it persists and effectively mixes the solution. This article is devoted to mathematical modeling of electrodiffusion of four types of ions at the same time (two salt ions as well as + H and − OH ions) in the diffusion layer in electromembrane systems with perfectly selective membrane under the joint influence of violation of electrical neutrality, and the reaction of dissociation / recombination of water molecules, development of mathematical models of these processes, building efficient algorithms asymptotic and numerical analysis for different types of electrolytes. The work proposes a new mathematical model of the process of transfer of salt ions in view of the space charge and the dissociation / recombination of water in the form of a boundary value problem for a system of ordinary differential equations. This system is reduced to a form convenient for numerical solution. We have calculated the required additional boundary conditions for the electric field. Numerical and asymptotic solution of the boundary value problem and physico-chemical analysis of the influence of dissociation / recombination on the transfer of salt ions is expected to devote the next part of the work

THE INFLUENCE OF SANCTIONS ON THE SOURCES OF FUNDING OF RUSSIAN BANKS

abstract 1301706048 issue 130 pp. 695 – 711 30.06.2017 ru 275
In the years 2014-2016 under the influence of the sanctions against Russia, the arrangement of the funding base had been carried out mainly from the internal sources, which are from the funds of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the funds of organizations and the population savings. This article examines the Central Bank’s rates of lending in the period of 2014-2016; it studies the impact of the lending rates from the financial regulator on the finance result of the banks. The article contains the analysis of the funds raised by credit companies from legal entities and individuals. Due to the lack of access to the resources of the world market’s loanable funds and, as the result of it, the shortages of funding, Russian banks were forced to function using the fund deposits of individuals. Next, the article unfolds the analysis of the current environment and the prospects of borrowing on the foreign market in the conditions of sanctioning. In may 2016 Russia returned as a sovereign borrower to the international debt market. It has been noted that in the case of the situation remaining calm on the geopolitical arena, the conditions of external funding for Russian banks are going to improve. On the other hand, the prompt and optimal way out of the present conditions is seen in the development of the innovative environment, which is impossible without venture capital financing
