This article is devoted to the problem of network
attacks recognition, which is essential for providing
network security. A research of neural network
efficiency has been held. Such metaeuristic
algorithms as genetic algorithm, gray wolf
algorithm and firefly algorithm have been applied
for the neural network learning. The algorithms’
fundamentals have been described. Multilayer
perseptrone with sigmoid activation function has
been selected for the task of network attack
presence check. Various configurations of the
neural network have been tested in order to find the
optimal number of layers and neurons per layer,
which ensure the least error. Learning has been
performed by minimization of the average squared
error between the network’s output and its target
value with the help of the listed algorithms. Genetic
algorithm requires accurate parameter picking in
case of any network’s architecture alteration.
Moreover, it is not as fast as firefly and gray wolf
algorithms. Gray wolf algorithm appears to be the
most effective one. However, it loses its efficiency
if the number of layers is increased. Firefly
algorithm proves to be the most universal one.
Although it is less effective than gray wolf
algorithm, it provides the most exact output even if
the network’s structure is changed

Information about citizens is collected and accumulates various government (the Ministry of internal Affairs, Bureau of technical inventory authorities of acts of civil status, medical institutions, agencies of registration of rights to immovable property and transactions with it, the bodies of registration of legal entities, etc.) and private entities (cell companies, private educational, medical, legal organizations, etc.) at birth and receiving documents, identity when applying for a job, when applying to a medical institution, for the purchase of immovable property (apartments, cars), for the establishment of private enterprises in other cases. When making purchases in online stores, a consumer is forced to disclose their personal data. However, the owners of these shops do not always ensure the protection of personal data (including credit cards), and the absence of law creates a gap in legal regulation. High growth-rate of plantlet is the integral index of
intensity of physiological processes at rice and other
cultures. 20 typical plantlets from each of two
variants were studded (in the distilled water in
thermostat at a temperature 29° C) by:
length of embryonic root and coleoptile. Comparative
analysis of trait characterizing the growth rates of rice
varieties showed reliable advantage of Russian ones
above the Italian and Chinese. Local varieties,
regionalized until the year 2000, exceed new ones on
this trait. Highest growth rates were characterized by
medium grain samples. The white grain and red grain
varieties are excelled other groups on the height of
plantlet. Analysis rates of height of plantlets in the
distinguished groups showed the necessity of
prosecution of improvement of the above enumerated
signs at the varieties of late term of ripening, long
grain, with Waxy gene, colored grain. We recommend
to sow this type of varieties on fields with good
leveling, because of low speed of growth
The article discusses the necessity to consider industry
characteristics in assessing the financial status and
solvency of economic entities. The functioning of the
agricultural sector organizations is characterized by a
number of features including the high risks, seasonal
production, uneven cash flows from operating
activities, low profitability of the business and low
capital turnover ratio. Under these conditions, the
credit rating of the agricultural producers, based on an
analysis of their financial situation, is essential to
determine the risks associated with the impossibility to
return the principal sum and interest. Each bank
develops its own methodology for an evaluation of
the credit risks of the borrowers, taking into account
the credit policy and customer features. The study has
shown that the analysis of the borrower's financial
situation through a variety of factors underlies the
assessment of the creditworthiness. The article also
discusses the credit rating methodologies of the federal
and regional commercial banks. Their similarities and
differences are highlighted both by a set of the applied
indicators and by the recommended threshold limits.
The conclusion is that the current methodologies
insufficiently take the industry characteristics of
borrowers into account that increases the risks of loan
default. Applying an individual approach to the
evaluation of their financial status and taking the
industry characteristics activities and the development
effectiveness into account are recommended at
crediting of the agricultural producers
