One of the main tasks is the improvement of the
education system, the quality of which depends on the
level of economic development of the country. In
Russia, for more than 10 years there has been a
continuously reformed educational system. This is
due to Russia's accession (in 2003) to the group of
countries – participants of the Bologna Declaration,
involving the convergence and harmonization of
education systems in European countries with the aim
of creating a unified educational space. The article
describes the main positions that are subject to a
quality assessment of education from foreign
universities; we have also revealed the reasons for the
low world rating of Russian universities. At present,
the education system of the country should facilitate
accelerated development of the economy of the state
in the first place. This work reveals the shortcomings
of the main reforms related to the implementation of
CSE in secondary educational institutions, the
bureaucratization of the higher education system that
resulted in time reduction of contact of the work of
students with teachers, and as a result – deterioration
of quality of preparation of graduates. We have also
revealed the causes of the current situation and the
main directions that will contribute to the
development of the education system in Russia. These
areas are the development of: a strategic plan for the
development of higher education; a training system
worthy contingent of higher education institutions; an
effective system of preparation of students and
evaluation of the quality of their knowledge and labor
potential; a system of training for scientificpedagogical
personnel and improving their
qualification; assessment criteria of effectiveness and
ability of educational institutions to provide quality
knowledge
The given school for young scientists has become a
platform for the exchange of scientific knowledge
between young and experienced scientists,
practitioners, representatives of power structures.
Including before its participants were representatives
of CEMI RAS, Moscow state University, St.
Petersburg state University, Financial University under
the Government of the Russian Federation, Public
chamber of the Russian Federation, foreign
universities (University of new Brunswick (Canada);
well-known scientists from leading universities of the
South of Russia. The main organizers of this school
were the Krasnodar branch of Financial University
under the Government of the Russian Federation, the
Krasnodar regional public charitable Foundation of
"Scientific and educational initiatives of Kuban"
The creation of early maturing hybrids of corn with a high content of oil in grain is very important in modern agricultural production. Selection of such hybrids and lines is carried out by the FGBNU of the NZP named after P.P. Lukyanenko for many years. These articles presents the results of promising early maturing hybrids of maize and compare them for yield and oil content in grain from hybrid corn zoned Krasnodar 194 MV for the last two years in the competitive variety trial. The content of oil in the grain is given to both hybrids and their parent lines
The article presents modern methods of biotechnology used in dairy cattle breeding to increase the highly productive herd on the example of one of the farms of the Krasnodar region. The embryo transplantation method is described in detail, and a complete scheme of embryo flushing and transfer is presented. Requirements for donors and recipients, as well as for hormonal stimulation of superovulation, high-quality embryos are described. In the example of a three-year use of embryo transplantation in Agroholding Kuban company, the results are given on the number of dairy breeds of black-and-white Holstein cows, milk yield, and the quality indicator of milk. This investigation established that during fodder processing into feed mixture the quantity of protein decreases, especially in the defrostation and grinding processes. A coefficient of protein reservoir was suggested. The usage of this coefficient allows preventing protein deficiency in animals and rising efficiency of fur farming
