The article deals with the importance of agricultural products in meeting the needs of the population. Recent years its volume has grown considerably from abroad. However, the size of agricultural production declined sharply due to the economic sanctions from the EU, the USA and other countries against Russia. The article explains a number of areas of the import of foreign agricultural products domestically. In the first place, we have to progressively develop the production of crops and the livestock. In the food market due to the intensification of the work of many of the subjects of agricultural production we can see many other agricultural products, which have gradually reduced the level of dependence on imports. All this was stated in the article with the specific examples of increasing agricultural production in many regions of the country
It is known that not every finite group can be
realized over the field of rational numbers as a
Galois group of some binomial. In this connection,
a more general question arises: suppose that there
is given a finite transitive subgroup G of the
symmetric group S on n symbols; Can this group G
be realized as a Galois group of some trinomial of
degree n over the field of rational numbers? In this
paper we prove that every transitive subgroup of
the group S can be realized in the form of the
Galois group of a certain trinomial of the degree n,
for the values n = 2, 3, 4. For n = 5 , 6 we give
examples that realize concrete Galois groups. In the
case n = 7, all the transitive subgroups of the group
S are realized, except possibly one group of the
isomorphic dihedral group D. Further calculations
will be directed to the realization of specific Galois
groups for n = 8, 9 ..., however, the number of
transitive subgroups of the group S for n = 8, 9 ...
grows very fast, so the larger the value of n, the
more difficult it is to realize not just everything but
the specific subgroup of the group S in the form of
a trinomial over Q
In the article we bring to light the delusions of the theory of the crises analysis as effectless at the creation of modern systems of the state anti-recessionary regulation. The principal problem is the variability definition of the term of crisis and the vagueness of the date of its start and the ending. The knowledge propagation in the field of the circular economy development is focused in Russia on the N. D. Kondratiev’s works in this area, repressed in the Stalin times. The attention is drawn to the fact that N. D. Kondratyev emphasized that, first, his cyclicity «lacks the preciseness and, of course, admits the exceptions, and secondly, it does not contain the author's explanation of the reasons, and, thirdly, the author saw that the upward waves were accompanied by the major social upheavals and the socials upheavals (revolutions, wars) in comparison of the periods of the downside waves. These circumstances are not taken into the consideration when creating «Kondratiev waves» in the excess long-term (up to 2060 year). The analysis of the development of the scope of anti-recessionary regulation in the operating regulatory legal base of the Russian Federation is performed. The author found that in the Russian legislation there are differs «the large-scale financial and economic crisis», «the crisis phenomena», «the systemic political and socio-economic crisis», «the government crisis», «the budget crisis» and many other types of the crises in the modern Russian economy

In the Southern Federal University on the genetic basis
of sunflower inbred line 3629, a collection of plastid
mutants with varying degrees of chlorophyll
deficiency was created by inducing Nnitrosomethylurea.
Chlorophyll content was associated
with their photosynthetic activity. It was found that the
lower the chlorophylls content in mutant plastids, the
lower the sugar concentration in plant tissues. For
example, during the entire period of plant growth for
whites (1.0-3.0 % chlorophylls a+b from control) var-
10, var-17 and yellows (6.0-9.5 % chlorophylls a+b
from control) var-29, var-33 leaf areas of variegated
mutants depending on the development phase and the
content of green pigments are characterized by a low
(2-7 fold) sugar content. Yellow-green (75.5%
chlorophylls a + b from control) leaves of en:chlorina-
7 contain a higher level of carbohydrates, although it is
1.5-2 fold lower than at line 3629. Monosaccharides
are products of hydrolytic reactions catalyzed by β-
glycosidases. It was shown, that the activity level of β-
galactosidase and β-glucosidase exceeded the
corresponding indicators of the control at 1.5-2 and 2-7
fold, respectively. Similarly to enzymes from the
water-soluble fraction, membrane-bound β-
glycosidases also showed increased activity in the
leaves of the investigated mutants, compared to the
control green plants of 3629. Consequently, the
activity of β-glycosidases increases dramatically in
leaf tissues with deficiency of photosynthetic. Thus,
chlorophyll mutations can lead to a change in the
expression of nuclear genes, resulting in a significant
increase in the activity of β-glycosidases in the mutant organelles themselves

were a common practice for these places of detention,
provided by a number of legal acts: the decree of 1834
"On determining the period of stay the vagrants in
convict labor gangs of civil authorities in
Novorossiysk region", 22 October 1836: "On the age
of criminals, awarded, instead of referring to the
settlement, to return in the military service", the
regulation on 15 August 1845 “On the correctional
convict labor gangs of civil authorities, decrees April
17, 1863 "On some changes in the present system of
criminal and correction penalties", October 19,
1863"On temporary measures to cleanse of convict
labor gangs of civil authorities from the accumulated
therein prisoners, "13 May 1866 "On the reduction of
the time of detention of arrestees in convict labor gang
of civil authorities". Also it was continued the
refinement of operating regulations for reduction of
the period of incarceration in 1880. So, MPM in
January 11 sent to the governor an explanation â„–302
"On the procedure of reduction of the time of detention
for arrestees of correctional departments." It contained
a clarification and explanation of the application of the
provisions of the May 13, 1866.In May 15, 1880 to
Tauride governor was sent another circular "On
abolition of deportation to Siberia without the content
in correctional departmentsof certain categories of
prisoners." The main condition in most cases peaked
good behavior and hard work of the prisoner. The
decision was made by the head of the department and
submitted to the trustees committees for final decision.

This article presents an empirical research of gender identity of men and women reflected in autobiographical texts. Personality is viewed by the author through the interaction in different existential spaces. This interaction happens under the influence of significant people. Self-attitude and attitudes towards the surrounding world are reflected in a person’s autobiographical memories. Autobiography is considered in the given article as one of the mechanisms of establishing personal identity. Gender identity is seen through contents of memories of attitudes towards parents, towards members of the opposite sex and towards other characters in the person’s autobiography. Such areas of gender identity as attitudes towards parents and their image in memories, as well as attitudes towards members of the opposite sex and self-attitude as being the member of the definite sex, are dealt with. The article describes and analyzes the text evaluation criteria, which are related to gender identity, such as character frequency in the text of autobiography, comprehensiveness and complexity of character description, character role in the described events, and type of the author’s attitudes towards other characters. Based on the interpretation of the results, the structural and content properties of autobiographical texts of men and women are specified; the peculiarities of the respondents’ attitudes towards the members of different sexes are analyzed; the possible mechanisms of establishing gender identity of men and women are described. The author has found the row of peculiarities reflecting the mechanisms of a person’s gender identity
The article sets out the authors ' opinion on the content of guidelines describing the opinions of Russian and foreign scientists in favor of the justification of criminal liability and punishment of legal persons, either against itself or, conversely, offering a compromise in the application of legal persons. Characteristic in this respect the authors of the article on the position of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, submitted in 2011, the year the project enters into the criminal law Institute criminal legal action against businesses and provides theoretical justification for the project. Based on the position of experts in their field - investigators of the investigative Committee, we have identified the most known and well-established principles of the theory of criminal law disciplines. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the authors generated novel in the criminal law, which from the point of view of the authors, will have great application prospects in the Russian criminal practice. An additional argument supporting the need for improvement of criminal legislation in Russia are advanced legal state of the world, analysis of the criminal law which, which was also investigated by the authors
