The article considers the issues of economic security of the country and argues that the priorities of economic security of the state vary depending on the historical period of development of the state, and under the influence of changes in the world. In modern terms they are monetary, energy and food security. The article is devoted to the issue of food security as an integral and essential part of national security, because the share of imports in total food variously estimated at from 30 to 50 %. Ensuring food security contributes to sustainable social climate in society. Russia, having all the main types of resources - land, water, energy, raw materials and labour, is not yet able to make full use of their populations wholesome food through own production. Needs completed large-scale imports even for those that it can produce sufficient not only for domestic consumption but also for export to the world market. Food security regions and the country serves as a basic indicator of human activity, and security is a priority of the state agrarian policy of the state.. The article proves that food security as an important element of national security involves ensuring the normal operation of such a complex biological system, as a people, mostly at the expense of domestic food production with the accounting standards recommended by the Institute of nutrition of the Academy of medical Sciences. The article is exploratory in nature, reflected in the fact that it dealt with issues of food security of the region and the country. The article is devoted to solving actual tasks associated with the role of agriculture in the Kuban in ensuring food security in the region and the country. Foreign investments are one of the integral parts in the structure of international capital flows. There are various forms of foreign capital. In the analysis of these forms general principles to the classification of investments that involve, and sometimes reglamentary, their separation on targets, deadlines, investments, forms of ownership of resources investment, risks and other characteristics can be used. Investment activity may be represented in the form of investments, regardless of their source of income and outflow in the country of investment, different forms to obtain economic benefits (profit) and the achievement of other macro - and micro - goals of the government. Analysis of the data of The Rosstat and Bank of Russia indicates that in the Russian Federation there is a significant decline in the inflow and outflow of foreign investment and the export of capital, as before, exceeds import, which characterizes the investment climate unfavorable to investment of foreign capital in the Russian economy. This phenomenon is due to the anti-Russian sanctions aimed at reducing Russia's influence in the international relationships and reduce its capacity. International investment cooperation does not meet potential opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to not only search for new forms and methods of mutual investments but also search the creation of modern infrastructure investment complex in the field of foreign economic cooperation and strategic partnership. The attraction of foreign investments into the Russian economy requires significant organizational efforts from the Russian federal and regional authorities, and private companies, financial institutions. Recently, much attention is paid to research the role of cell-cell interactions by gap junctions in the process of malignant transformation and mechanisms of antitumor resistance. Meanwhile, the greatest interest is astrocytic tumors. Depending on the degree of malignancy, astrocytomas are divided into: pilocytic astrocytoma (Grade I), subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (Grade I), pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (Grade II), diffuse astrocytoma (Grade II), anaplastic astrocytoma (Grade III), glioblastoma (Grade IV ) gliomatosis cerebri (Grade IV). Information of literature devoted to astrocytic tumors (gliomas) - the most common brain tumor in large part obtained in studies in cell cultures and different contradictions. Along with data on the reduction of glial tumors cells communicability through GJ, there is evidence of an opposite character - a functionally active GJ in gliomas and inhibition of tumor growth by reducing intercellular communicability by GJ. However, up to now there have been no studies of the effect and function of hemichannels in cancer cells, which would provide detailed information on: 1) the characteristic of presence and relative abundance of hemichannels in cancer cells; 2) evaluation of absorption / release of hemichannels mediated molecules in tumor cells than in non-tumor cells; 3) functional consequences of activation and blocking of hemichannels in tumor cells and 4) the prognostic value of the expression / activation of hemichannels in human malignancies
