The article covers the study of the influence of sodium hypochlorite different concentrations on the quail organism in various schemes of its application
The article brings to light a research dedicated to the
influence of a new probiotic fodder additive “Promomix” and its tradable counterpart “Probiolact” on a quail organism
This study has investigated the relationship between culture media, technique of concentrating and freeze drying conditions for the cells of Lactobacillus aci-dophilus. The study has demonstrated that milk whey tomato juice-enriched medium has the high-growth properties. This medium allows ensuring high freeze drying survival of Lactobacillus acidophilus
The article represents the results of the experiments on biological activity of humits of different sorts. The object of research was humic preparation called Vermistar, which was obtained by vermiculturing, on the basis of brown coal. Humics are group of high-molecular substances which have high physiological activity. Humic substances stimulate all biochemical processes on all the stages of plant growth. They change the permeability of the cell membranes, increase activity of ferments, amount of chlorophyll and productivity of photosynthesis. Also humits are not toxic; they don’t have carcinogen and mutagenic effects, so we have a chance of getting environmentally friendly products. The experiment results show high biological activity of humic preparations. Usage of humic stimulates germination, the accumulation of vegetative mass, weight gain. The frequency of shoot has been increased by 17-32%. Height of shoots, roots and vegetative mass has also been increased
The research work was conducted at the Research Laboratory
of Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biophysics
Department of Kuban State Agrarian University. The
main purpose of this study was to select the most productive
type of fungus of a genus of Trichoderma and
optimal nutrient medium on basis of a waste of reprocessing
of soy for acquire of protein enzyme feed supplement.
For selection of a fungus of a genus
Trichoderma used 3 types: Trichoderma viride,
Trichoderma lignorum, and Trichoderma harsianum.
We used 3 types of nutrient media as a carrier for
micromycete, which were based on soy okara and the
additional sources of reprocessing of raw plant material
– husk of a sunflower, husk of wheat (bran) and
husk of rice. The results demonstrated the benefits of
using the nutrient medium based on soy okara forms
and husk of a sunflower fungus to enhance
Trichoderma lignorum production
The new feed additives for animals based on milk
whey, enriched with sprouting wheat, barley, maize
grains and lactic-acid bacterium have been presented
in this article. This study explores the possibility of
combining the prebiotics ability of milk whey and
sprouting grains with feed probiotic attributes of microbe
to enhance gut health of animals and digestibility
of the feed. Twelve variants of products were tested
in the study using the microbial and physical-chemical
approaches. All the assays showed high count of microorganism
and high content of reducing sugar. The
results of investigation indicate that selected feed additive
show high quality. An additional point is that it
contains useful organic acids (lactic, acetic and propionic
acids) and 2,1×109
colony-forming unit of probiotics
microorganism that hold the concentration for 4
months. There are not yeast, must, coliform bacteria
and Staphylococcus aureus in the developed functional
feed product. It contributes to the normalization of the
microflora of the gastrointestinal tract of animal, suppression
of conditionally pathogenic and putrefactive
microflora. The elaborated feed component will help
to provide combined feed companies with accessible
high-quality raw material
This article is devoted to studying the influence of
conditions of keeping and feedings on broilers of Hubbard
RedBro cross, and the quality of the received
products in case of application of floor and cellular
content in the conditions of a farm. It was found that
when receiving a feed of its own production with the
use of feed ingredients grown in farms without pesticides,
recorded a statistically significant reduction in
the potentially dangerous health animal substances. As
compared with a factory forage therein reduced pesticide
content by 14 times, mercury and arsenic is 24
times, 5 times cadmium, lead 10 times. Results of
studying of economic indicators of cultivation of
broilers of cross Hubbard RedBro and also chemical
composition and quality of carcasses demonstrated that
the essential difference between a floor and cellular
condition of keeping is not established, however use of
a diet on the basis of what forages promoted statistically
reliable decrease in concentration of toxic metals in
muscles of a bird of experienced groups. As a result it
was found that use of the researched compound feed in
diets of broilers raised indicators of biosafety and provided
ecologically safe (“organic”) meat products of
poultry farming
The work was done in the research laboratory of the
department of Biotechnology, Biochemistry and
Biophysics of Kuban State Agrarian University, the
aim of which was to select the most appropriate
nutrient medium for maximum growth of lactic acid
microorganism growth. The object of the study was its
own microflora of gastrointestinal tract of quails ‒
Lactobacillus agilis, Lactobacillus intermedius and
Lactobacillus salivarius. As a nutrient substrate there
were used 4 of the nutrient media: the medium for
lactic acid bacteria (city Uglich), the melasse-autolysis
medium, the glucose-peptone medium and the MRS.
During the cultivation of the microflora of the variable
parameters were the time and temperature of
cultivation. During the cultivation of microflora the
time and the temperature of growing were the variable
parameters. In the process of growing there was
carried out the analysis of dynamics of consumption of
reducing substances and titers of microorganisms. According to the results of growing of microbial
cultures there was revealed the active consumption of
carbon substrate in used variants of nutrient media,
and it was found that there was observed the maximum
of cells to 24 h of cultivation. On the basis of carried
out results of cultivation on different media and at
different parameters there was determined that the
most titer of cells was reached to 24 h at the
temperature 38,0 °С on the melasse-autolysis medium.
So, the melasse-autolysis medium can be
recommended in production conditions as the cheaper
substrate at the further development of biological
preparations for poultry breeding
The work was carried out in the scientific-research
laboratory of the chair of Biotechnology, Biochemistry
and Biophysics of Kuban SAU, the aim of which is the
search of optimal conditions of obtaining the
hydrolyzates of lactic acid bacteria by thermoacid and
enzymatic ways. The pure cultures of microflora of
gastrointestinal tract of quails − Lactobacillus agilis,
Lactobacillus intermedius and Lactobacillus salivarius
were the object of researches. Under conducting the
thermal acid hydrolysis there were used the same
correlations of bacterial mass and water as well as
procedures of clearing of hydrolyzates. The variable
conditions were рН, temperature and time of hydrolysis.
When carrying out the enzymatic hydrolysis in this
study there was used the enzyme from the group of
muramidase lysozyme. The amount of enzymes and
time of carried out hydrolysis were the variable
conditions under obtaining the enzymatic
hydrolyzates. In the process of researches there were
studied: qualitative content of total protein, peptides
with М.м. < 1500, protein and peptides with M.m. >
1500, aminoacids and as well as GMDP
(glucosaminilmuramilpentapeptide). On the basis of
carried out experiments there was stated that according
to all components of biologically active substances the
thermal acid way is more effective than enzymatic. The maximum accumulation of BAA in hydrolyzates
by different ways was revealed at destruction of cells
Lb. intermedius. Content of GMDP in thermal acid
hydrolyzate was higher than in enzymatic on
0,028 g/100 ml (51,8 %)
The aim of the following research is the studying of the efficacy in probiotic drug Probiolact (0.5% and 1.0%) usage, being in combination with Milkshake supplement. The given complex mixture is meant for medicative-phylactic purposes focused on the reduction of young ones death rate owing to gastro – intestinal diseases when neo-natal period. It is specified that the above-mentioned mixture affects the livestock indices. Thus, the average growth of baseline for the period of 30 days experimenting has been 7.4 kg, whereas in 2 tested groups it accounted for 10.3 kg and 11.6 kg, consequently. Therefore, the best possible daily phylactic doze of Probiolact (1%) and Milkshake mixture demonstrates the positive effect on the pro-cess of bifido- and lactoflora formation in calves’ intestinal tract due to normal flora cells quantity increase. With that, intestinal tract contamination level of disease-producing flora gets lower, and the natural resistance of cell-mediated immunity grows. Thus, two major problems of factory farming (i.e. the reduction of young death rate and surplus guarantee) can be solved with giving calves the mixture to drink, along with the first portions of colostrum, and during the following 30 days
