THE METHOD OF ENGINEERING CALCULATION OF DRIVE DEVICES FOR FORAGES PREPARATION

The article presents results of the study of devices for preparation of feed based on the relative helical drums. In addition, we have created a method of calculation of the drive, including motor power. We have given a calculation sheet for relative helical drums of types of 5.1 and 3.1, as well as typical schemes of devices for preparation of feed (feed-making machines) composed of hollow equilateral triangular of hollow tetrahedrons pyramids and hollow octahedra. The created method of calculation of the drive was tested in the calculation of power consumption of feed-making machines based on spiral reels of 5.1 type mounted using hollow tetrahedrons and spiral reels of 3.1 type, assembled from hollow octahedra. It is shown that in the calculation of the actuator, we should not only take into account the mass loading of feed components, the relative weight of the screw drum assembled with wheels, for a symmetrical load location, but also a lot of download components of feeds, arranged in a spiral relative the drum asymmetrically to the axis of rotation. Thus, summing up the power of the electric motor, required for relative rotation of the screw drum symmetrically loaded and also under asymmetric load we define the motor power for the device for preparation of feed, or feed-making machine

THE METHODS AND THE RESULTS OF THE TESTING OF AN ASYNCHRONOUS GENERATOR WITH SIX PHASE ZONES

The article contain the peculiarities of testing asynchronous generator with sixzone winding on the basis of the asynchronous motor series 4A100S4 and analysis of obtained characteristics. Circuit parameters of the stator winding can significantly affect the characteristics of the asynchronous generator. Asynchronous generator was tested with a stator winding connected star, autotransformer and sectional winding. Use chastising windings opens the possibility of applying various circuits of capacitors and the load to asynchronous generators, which in turn affect the efficiency and stabilizing properties of the electric machine. Asynchronous generators to test with sectional winding by confirmation of theoretical calculations for determine the most optimal scheme under connect capacitors and load, testing the stator winding. The volume of testing for asynchronous generators standard is not defined, so we proposed testing method, taking into account the design features of the stator winding. Asynchronous generators were tested with the help of special equipment with the use of analyzer of energy power quality. Article contains characteristics of idling, short circuit and others, considered the heat mode. On the basis of the results we have determined the parameters of the circuit, the efficiency and power factor of induction generator

THE METHODS OF ASSESSING THE QUALITY AND IDENTIFICATION OF LIPIDCONTAINING PLANT RAW MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS OF ITS PROCESSING WITH THE USE OF THE PULSE METHOD OF NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE

The article provides an overview of Express-methods of quality evaluation and identification of lipidcontaining plant raw materials (oil seeds) and its processed products (oil cakes, oilseed meals, vegetable oils, lecithins) using pulse method of nuclear magnetic resonance. Development of express methods of quality evaluation and identification of lipid-containing plant raw materials and products of its processing is a priority, as these methods are environmentally safe and also allow us to regulate technological conditions of refining processes, are characterized by low error of determination, i.e., high precision, and, in some cases, it is only possible to use because of its non-destructive effects on the analyzed sample. Currently, we can distinguish the following main directions of quality evaluation and identification of lipid-containing plant raw materials and products of its processing on the basis of the pulse method of nuclear magnetic resonance: assessment of quality and identification of oilseeds (sunflower, canola, flax, soybeans); evaluation of quality of products of processing of oil raw materials (cake and meal); the quality evaluation and identification of vegetable oils; assessment of the quality of the lecithins obtained from vegetable oils. The methods of quality evaluation and identification of lipid-containing plant raw materials and its products are patented and have several advantages: short time (5 minutes) spent on the implementation of the single analysis; eliminates the use of toxic chemicals; does not require special training of laboratory personnel; non-destructive character, which is especially important for oilseeds from the point of view of breeding work. On the basis of the conducted survey we can conclude that the pulse method of nuclear magnetic resonance has found wide application for assessment of quality and identification of lipidcontaining plant raw materials and products of its processing, through rapid capabilities, high accuracy and ease of analysis

The purpose of research – the development of models and methods of multiparametrical diagnostic the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives of educational institutions. The problematics of research is improving the quality and productivity (the efficiency) of research activities in educational institutions. The problem of research is the question of how to objectively and comprehensively (in a complex) diagnose the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives? The urgency of solving specified problem is caused by the need to ensuring a close relationship between research, methodological and educational activities in educational institutions. We have also to consider the increasing role of clusters in the Russian economy, cooperation and integration levels (steps) a system of continuous education, etc. The authors identified the parameters reflecting significance of research activities of the scientific and the pedagogical collectives for the scientific and educational community (social megaenvironmental). When allocating indicators the authors took into account that science - the social and cultural phenomenon and the social institution, and the most important aspect of the significance of the research activity - in the innovative development of various spheres of human activity.
