the external signal (Gate Control), analog-digital
converter and fixed voltage reference module are
described. The algorithms of the control of the water
temperature in the tank and the control of the filling
the tank with the hot water from the solar collector
are described. The methods of the transmitting information
to the operator are shown. The advantages of
the microcontroller control are described
In the article, based on the generalization of long-term
operation of archives of Kuban state University, we
present current regulations and practice of work with
archival documents, pressing questions of transition to
paperless acquisition, storage and use of documentary
resources of the organization. The author conducted a
detailed analysis of the functioning of the archives of
the University taking into account the specifics of the
focus of the organization, defined the main tasks of the
archive. The role of the archive is considered in the
context of source of historical and cultural heritage of
society. We highlighted problems of control and
storage of archival documents, due to the steady
growth of documentary information. Due to the rapid
development of electronic document management
today, the approach to the management of archival
documents is formed based on electronic technologies.
Based on the analysis and the identified problems, the
article presented constructive proposals for the
introduction of an electronic document archive
organization if the interaction with the EDMS and
other systems. To speed up the process of working
with paper media, we might use the technology of
digitization. It is obvious that now, without
implementation of modern information technologies it
is impossible to organize effective accounting, storage
and use of archival documents
The article describes the current state of the transition
to paperless exchange of documented information. The
general trend of application of information
technologies in the field of document management is
linked to the concepts of "electronic government" and
"information society". The article gives an overview of
the legal and regulatory framework the concept of
"electronic government" in Russia. We present the
dynamics of modern forms of communication and
creating unified information space to ensure efficient,
effective interaction of society and the state, including
the transition to work with documents in electronic
form, on education and science. The author has
conducted a detailed analysis of the functioning of the
module of "Interaction" between the Ministry of
education and science and its subordinate
organizations; we have also identified technological
features of exchange document information. Based on
the analysis, we give the evaluation of the
implementation of the module of "Interaction"; we
emphasize the urgency and high efficiency of
information exchange, as well as comfort for users
We propose an advanced technological production of port wine from the perspective grape varieties.
The positive effect of microwave exposure in order to intensify the process of making port wine is presented. The estimation of the organoleptic
characteristics of the product is shown
The article deals with the basic regulations which allow us to estimate the influence of the velocity variation of wind upon the rotation speed of the windwheel. The method of experimental determination of the inertia of the wind power plant was described. The formulas for the determination were also described
In the article, the analysis of the influence of the troubles of the suspension elements on the break dynamics of the car, equipped with the regulator of the break powers is represented. It is offered to control the remaining inflexibility of the tail springs when diagnosing the brake system
This article studies technologies of cold pressing in flax seeds of low-linolenic and ordinary sorts. We studied how conditions of flux seeds pressing influence acid and peroxide values of oil as well as fraction of total mass in oilcake. The results of experiment have been mathematically processed
Based on a mathematical model of the functioning of the universal soil-processing instrument, the problem of optimization of its kinematic parameters was solved. We have also measured the influence of the mechanical properties of soils on the quality of the formed planting spot
In the article we present the results of the researches of influence of low temperatures on the qualitative characteristics of pectin substances of cherry fruit and berries currant. Comparing the information before and after freezing shows that qualitative indicators are decreasing, but only slightly
Analytical survey has revealed that technologies of
flaxseed oil processing used nowadays are able to
produce technical flaxseed oil if the output is high and
food flaxseed oil if the output is low. The objective of
this work is to reason the most effective method to
increase the output of food flaxseed oil while keeping
its quality high. In this article a comparison has been
made between single cold pressing of flaxseeds
without preliminary preparation with microwave
processing, as well as traditional (conductive) heating
with traditional heating under vacuum. The object of
the research is samples of flaxseeds (high quality
variety VNIIMK-620 which contains 56.28% of
linolenic acid in its fatty acid composition. It has been
established, that the use of preliminary microwave
processing enables to increase the output of oil
compared to a single cold pressing without any
processing, whereby the mass content of oil in oil cake
can be reduced by 2.2%. At the same time the
indicators of acid number and peroxide value are
increased by 0,05 mg KOH/g and 0.37 mmol of
active oxygen/kg correspondingly. Preliminary
traditional heating of seeds before cold pressing
enables to increase the output of oil, though not
considerably, compared with preliminary microwave
processing. At the same time the changes in acid
number and peroxide value are similar to cold pressing
with microwave processing. The use of vacuum when heating seeds in a traditional way does not influence
the output of flaxseed oil but enables to decrease acid
number and peroxide value to the level which is
characteristic for the oil in original seeds. Thus, it is
reasonable to use preliminary microwave processing
under vacuum before cold pressing with the view to
produce food flaxseed oil of high quality in terms of
oxidative deterioration and the increase of its output
