This article analyzes the best practices of choosing the optimal policy for replacement of vehicle fleet. The problem of replacement equipment was revealed. For each of these methods we gave objective function, constraints. We have found the best method of optimal plan of replacing the vehicle fleet in the company, allowing us to obtain accurate, economically viable new equipment purchase plan during a certain period. We have selected a number of important factors that influence the choice of payment method replacement policy and built PivotTable methods and factors. The selected as part of the research methodology will significantly reduce the labor and time, which will lead to an increase in productivity of the enterprise as a whole. The article gives a practical justification for the need to address the problem of choosing the optimal policy of replacing the vehicle fleet

abstract 1341710092 issue 134 pp. 1135 – 1151 29.12.2017 ru 348
For different industries, there was a need of creation new equipment and mechanisms with enhanced characteristics. Special requirements are imposed to energetic and mass-dimensional indices of systems of electric drives as one of the main components of such devices. Mass-dimensional and energetic indices due to constructional features and the used management system will allow improving the use of special or controlled asynchronous cascade systems of an electric actuator of axial construction. One of the main difficulties is simulation and design of special systems of the electric drive. In the article, we offer a new approach to determination of magnetic model parameters of the stator of a component of a controlled asynchronous cascade electric actuator of axial construction

THE MAIN STAGES OF PREPARATION OF BACHELORS AND MASTERS FINAL QUALIFIED WORKS AT THE DEPARTMENT OF BASEMENTS AND FOUNDATIONS OF KUBAN STATE AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY

abstract 1061502021 issue 106 pp. 324 – 336 28.02.2015 ru 896
In the article on example of the Department of basements and foundations of Kuban State Agrarian University (KubSAU), we have discussed issues of preparation of final qualifying works for bachelors and masters in “Construction” specialty. The final qualifying work (the diploma project) is performed by bachelor at the final stage of study. Final stage (diploma designing) provides individual work of undergraduate students on solving tasks under the guidance of experienced teachers and leading construction industry professionals invited to lead to the degree designing. The general organization of bachelors’ diploma projects entrusted to the Deanery of Faculty of Civil Engineering and graduate departments. Topics of diploma projects are defined by graduating department after passing the Bachelor pre-degree practice. The article gives examples of the diploma projects in the Department of basements and foundations, as well as it shows the composition of the department that prepare bachelors, the procedure for appointing the heads and consultants. Separately, the article describes the organization of the preparation of master’s dissertations for post-graduate students who study at the Department of basements and foundations. Education of masters is conducted on two master programs: "Maintenance and reconstruction of buildings and structures", "Theory and Design of Buildings and Structures". For performing master's dissertation research a supervisor has to be selected from among the doctors and candidates of sciences. The article presents the main directions of masters’ dissertations, their exemplary topics, as well as performs stages, terms and procedure of public protection

THE MECHANISM OF INTERACTION OF EXTERNAL ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS ON THE PROCESSES THAT STIMULATE THE ACTIVITY OF BIOLOGICAL OBJECTS

abstract 1081504053 issue 108 pp. 702 – 724 30.04.2015 ru 775
For explaining the regulatory mechanisms of biological the methods of classical biology, chemistry and physics are clearly inadequate, since the structure and function of these mechanisms are determined by the motion of the electron clouds in conjugated molecules. This "movement" can lead eventually to a complex organization called life only if they are subject to certain static laws and, therefore, may eventually be known in all the complexity of their relationships. Biological objects, resulting in the evolution of the environment, are like a part of that environment. Information stored in the seed, based in its deployment on energy and material resources of the environment. Moreover, in the process of development body derives more information from the environment. Nature has the extreme complexity and diversity. Examples include a huge variety of organisms, the complexity of atomic processes, the structure of the solar system and the stellar galaxies. There are four types of different interactions with the help of which we describe all physical phenomena. Today, it seems to us that all the various manifestations of the nature of elementary particles are reduced to the action between them of these four kinds of forces. The most famous of these are the gravitational Zion and electromagnetic forces, which are directly manifested in the world around us. Gravity allows us to stay on the Earth and allows planets to stay in their orbits. Electromagnetic interactions of electrons inside atoms and molecules cause all known chemical and physical properties of ordinary solids, liquids and gases and, in addition, are the basis of all of the processes occurring in living organisms. Research in the field of magneto proved that the biological systems are selectively susceptible to the action of electromagnetic fields as a function of their intensity, exposure time and frequency

THE METHOD FOR CONTROLLING POTATO TUBERS HIDDEN DAMAGES

abstract 1201606077 issue 120 pp. 1166 – 1187 30.06.2016 ru 522
While mechanical harvesting of potatoes, about 20-40% of the tubers get damages. Dynamic loads, injuries of the tubers, causing internal damage – which is browning of the flesh of the tuber, which occurs in the process of its storage. At the same time, ways to express control of damage to potato tubers will allow both reducing damage during harvest, and promptly sending damaged potatoes for recycling before the results of mechanical stress for the tubers during harvesting. The definition of internal damage to the potatoes is possible because of the analysis of the different elasticity of the tissues of damaged and undamaged tubers. The value of overpressure of the device is chosen such way that during deformation of tubers there mainly has been compression of the damaged tissues of the tuber, with the least turgor. The degree of damage of samples of tubers is determined by the ratio of the volume of damaged tissues of tubers to the total volume of the sample. We have given the mechanical properties of tissues of tubers, fruits and root vegetables, their structure, dimensional characteristics, it can be assumed that the use of this method of determining internal damage possible for apples, carrots, beets and harvest of other crops. Use of damage control will enable timely identification of hidden damage and make it possible to eliminate their causes, which lead to increase loss products

THE METHOD OF CALCULATION OF FILTERS FOR STATIC CONVERTERS OF ELECTRIC POWER

abstract 1331709064 issue 133 pp. 851 – 861 30.11.2017 ru 331
One of the important issues in the design of static converters of electric power, i.e. rectifiers and inverters, is to calculate the parameters of the output and the input filters. Output filters are designed to improve the quality of output voltage of inverters, and input filters are created to reduce ripple of the input voltage of the converter that occur when commuting power semiconductor devices, and smoothing fluctuations of the current consumed from the power supply. The complexity of analytical description of the harmonic composition of the output and the input of the voltage rectifiers and inverters makes it difficult to develop some accurate methods for calculating the parameters of their filters. At the same time, considering the discreteness of the number of possible parameters of real elements of the filter, the practical value of such techniques with a high analysis accuracy of the harmonic components is negligible. In this article, we suggest the technique of the simplified calculation of output and input filters for passive LC filters rectifiers and inverters. At the same time, the practice of mathematical modeling and design of transducers has shown that the calculations of the filter parameters for rectifiers and inverters are not significantly different from each other. Therefore, the analytical expressions for calculation of the filter parameters of rectifier used ripple coefficient, and if necessary the calculation of the filters of the inverter, instead of the pulse number in the formula can be substituted with the value of the harmonic; in addition, we have also taken into account the value of the load power factor
