On the example of middle-aged and mature
valuable forest stands we have brought an
assessment of forestry and economic efficiency
of various options of silvicultural actions for the
reconstruction of invaluable young growths (17
objects with a total area of 102,6 hectares) which
was carried out in 1947-1959 and to formation of
plantings from subgrowth and young growth of
the coniferous breeds kept when carrying out
gradual and continuous cabins in 1962-1996 and
also from forest cultures (8 objects of 44,9
hectares) for conditions of the coniferous and
broad-leaved woods of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The results of the researches showed that the best
indicators of forestry and economic efficiency of
actions of care of the woods by reconstruction are
observed in pine plantings at a continuous way:
the grown-up wood reserves on a root (346-522
m3/hectare in 55 years) exceed stocks of modal
forest stands on 109-288 m3/hectare with
economic efficiency within 10625-50659
rub/hectare. Slightly less efficient - larch and
spruce plantings at a corridor way of
reconstruction. Similar indicators of actions for
formation of plantings from subgrowth represent
positive results as well: forestry efficiency made
from 31 to 208 m3/hectare, economic - within
10584-26846 rub/hectare. Based on the
researches we made conclusions, offers and
recommendations for practical use in forestry of
the Republic of Tatarstan
The article presents long-term studies of afforestation on
the Taman Peninsula. The directions of improving the
ecology of the peninsula are considered by increasing
the total biomass of the biogeocenosis of the given
region by creating forest plantations, increase of forest
cover and involvement of non-generating land in the
economic circulation. Practical agro-forest-meliorative
aspects of development of a specific category of nonproducing
lands are presented. The basic agrotechnical
methods are recommended at creation of forest
plantations. The analysis of the state of forest plantations
on the unique site of the Taman Peninsula is given - it is
a tract of Sad Yakhno
The article presents the material of forecasting for grape
yield of next year and establishing the optimal loading if
cutting of bushes. The material includes 14 varieties of
grapes, 11 of them are technical and 3 are table ones. For
each year of stable high yield of grapes, it is necessary to
pre-set the optimum length of fruit cutting of shoots and
optimum load on the bush healthy eyes. To do this for
each variety on the eve of trimming bushes we perform
optimum productivity analysis of wintering buds of fruit
along the length of shoots, i.e. we implement forecasting
of grape yield for next year. We have a plan of forecasting
for yields of vineyards by microscopy of wintering
buds on one-year shoots of fruit ripened grapes in order
to establish the potential of embryonic establishment of
inflorescences in the central holes of buds. Based on the
analysis of buds, the indices were calculated for wintering
fruiting buds and their degree of damage during the
growing season. It was revealed, that the majority of
grape varieties under study shows high tab embryonic
inflorescences in central buds in overwintering buds for
next year yield. Higher rates at a rate of fruiting buds
were wintering in the varieties: Moldova (section 27). -
1.66; Bianca (section 6). - 1.83; Kunlean (section 15). -
1.71; Merlot (section 14). - 1.64; Saperavi (section 56). -
1.76. The lowest rates of fructification - the varieties
Muscat Hamburg (section 21) and Augustine (section
11) and were respectively 1.20 and 1.24. As a planned
productivity, we offered the optimal loading model of
cutting bushes buds. As a result of productivity analyzes
of buds along the length of the fruit shoots in 2016 we
recommended to carry out pruning of fruit annual shoots
3-4 buds of the form of AZOS-1 and the form of cordon
- 5-6 buds

The right balance of essential amino acids and protein is the main condition for the optimization of weight gain, feed conversion and high profits. In VGC "Megamix" the quality of different types of raw full-fat soy, wheat, corn, meat and bone meal and fish was assessed on the content of amino acids on the IR analyzer of FOSSNIR Systems company. Amino acid content in the feed does not always match the average standards of reference. So in the reference data content of methionine, threonine and phenylalanine in wheat, indicated 0.23%, 0.43% and 0.64% respectively, and studied in the laboratory of VGC "Megamix", respectively, 0.24%, 0.45% and 0 73%, that is 0.01%, 0.02% and 0.09% higher of tabular values. The lysine content of the wheat to be investigated in a laboratory and provided in the averaged data was on the same level. Thus, the calculation of the recipes should be carried out taking into account not tabulated values but the actual, which will reduce the so-called "safety stock" to get food of consistent quality and reduce the cost of the cost of animal feed, which in turn affects the economic efficiency of livestock production
The researches were carried out with the support of the Federal state budget establishment "The development assistance fund of small forms enterprises in scientific-technical sphere" (Fund for the innovation promotion), contract number 0019671. The fodder additive «Nutovit» in growing chickens feeding application enriched mixed fodder for farm poultry with protein and especially with the amino acid such as lysine. Scientific-economic experiment was carried out at the poultry-farm enterprise of the Volgograd region in 2015-2016. 4 growing chicken groups with 54 heads in each group were selected for the experiment. The growing chickens were selected according to the cross, age, living body weight, health status. The difference in experimental poultries feeding was that in the experimental groups the sunflower oil cake in the feed mixture was replaced by fodder additive "Nutovit". It was established, that the essential amino acids availability and the saturation of fodder additives with vitamins influence positively on: young chickens live weight and average daily growth, the live weight to 120-days age in the second experimental group amounted to 1657 g, and average daily growth was to 12.46 g, which is higher compared to the control group by 4.48 % at 100% poultry livability; blood morphological and biochemical composition: formed elements of blood, namely erythrocytes, in the experimental groups young chickens blood were more in 0.02 to 0.05×1012/l compared with the control one. The researches established that blood leukocytes reduction in growing chickens of the experimental group was little, in 0.04, 0.09, 0.08 ×109 l. Calcium content in growing chickens blood in the control group was 2.6 mmol/L. The experimental group surpassed the control on 0.14-0.21 mmol/L. The phosphorus content in chickens blood in the experimental groups exceeded the control one by 0.08-0.24 mmol/l. In addition, the feeding cost reduction was established due to the fodder additive "Nutovit" use

Basic aim of institute’s breeding is to keep, renew and
increase selection and genetic resources of Nicotiana
tabacum. Final stages of this work are competitive and
state sort testing procedures. Their results are base for
zoning new sorts. In the article, the results on testing 8
new tobacco sorts of Trapezond and Ostrolist sort type
are presented. Testing on experimental field situated in
Severskii district of the Krasnodar region lasted for
five years. For this purpose, phenological observations,
biometric and technological properties measuring,
plant productivity and dried tobacco quality
assessments and other operations were carried. As the
result, Trapezond 25, Ostrolist 360 and Sheptalskii 63
sorts may be recommended for zoning and utilizing in
industry. Trapezond 25 and Sheptalskii 63 are sorts
with high productivity, high quality of dried tobacco
and good curing properties. Ostrolist 360 when earlymiddle
maturing keeps high productivity and quality of
cured tobacco. Other sorts: Trapezond 115, Ostrolist
311, Ostrolist 149, Ostrolist 90, Krupnolistniy 22 can
be initial material for further selection
