development banking innovation through business
process re-engineering in commercial bank.
Application of the methodological approaches to the
study of sustainable development of banking activity
extends the boundaries of banking innovations. On the
basis of business process reengineering, the strategic
assets and liabilities management were proposed and
we tested their optimal structure. Increase of sales of
innovative field of credit, deposit and stock products
with high customer value for clients leads to increasing
economic value of added price of the banking Institute
Small business is an important segment of the
economy of the state. However, today, there remains
a number of problems in the effective functioning of
small business organizations, including the lack of
adequate tools for information processing, necessary
to justify their development strategy. The article
presents a solution to the task of developing
functional requirements for an application that
automates the process of forming a business model of
small business organizations. The set of developed
requirements is represented by a set of diagrams "Use
Case Diagram", built using the unified modeling
language UML. It is shown, that the business model
is the main source of data for calculating the
efficiency indicators of business ideas, capital
investments, incomes and expenses. As a basic
approach to the development of the business model,
the template proposed by A. Osterwalder was chosen,
which was supplemented with the "Competitors
analysis" block. Thus, the improved business model
template will include the following processes:
"Project Value Proposal", "Design Consumer
Segments", "Design Sales Channels", "Design
Customer Relationship Technologies", "Design
Processes", "Design Resources", "Design partners",
"Analyze suppliers". Among the blocks of the
business model template, the key one ("Distribution
channels") is provided, which includes the calculation
of revenues and expenditures, performance indicators
for each sales channel, and their consolidated
representation in the overall business model

An effective mechanism of technological renewal is urgently needed, which will allow enterprises of this field of activity to modernize fixed assets, update production technologies, win new markets and increase competitive advantages. The purpose of this article is to provide an objective assessment of the current state of Russian garment enterprises and to develop priority measures for the development of the industry. The article identifies the current problems that prevent light industry enterprises from maintaining high competitiveness. The data on volumes of sales of garments in Russia are analyzed. The appraisal of the Russian textile market is provided, due to domestic production and the volume of textile imports. The dynamics of changes in the indices of domestic production of textile and clothing products is considered. The results of the research made it possible to formulate strategic directions for protecting the domestic sewing market, which helped to identify possible ways of increasing competitive advantages and increasing the efficiency of production and operation of Russian garment enterprises

The article examines and summarizes the approaches to the study of innovation activities of small and medium-sized businesses. It gives substantiation of the innovative activity of small and medium-sized businesses, along with big business. The article has revealed an interconnection between the volume of agricultural production and its efficiency in general, as well as between the volume and efficiency of milk production in particular. The authors have also marked reasons of agricultural integration both abroad and in Russia, highlighted the main factors that influence integration processes in diary subcomplex and criteria of their effectiveness assessment. The authors have studied the influence of specialization and concentration level of milk on the economic efficiency of production and sale of raw milk; confirmed the existence of direct dependence between the level of production concentration and the volume of material incentives for operators of machine milking; fulfilled classification of integrated structures on the main criteria; they have made an economic-mathematical model of the influence of factors on the selling price of milk, based on regression analysis; justified the assertion of the distortion of the law of supply and demand in the conditions of monopolization of raw milk market, which is manifested in direct relationship between sales volumes and selling prices; found a statistically significant effect of milk quality on the price, the level of concentration of its production, dairy livestock industry specialization and volume of served livestock
Both the research of the theoretical aspects and the experience of formation and development of trade networks are now becoming increasingly important.
Network trade is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy in many countries. Economic globalization and liberalization of international trade predetermined active distribution network and rapid growth companies. The article considers the details of the processes of creation and development of trade networks in Western Europe and the USA, as well as experience in the development of multinational
companies overseas consumer markets (mainly developing countries). The basic stages of development of a network of trade are identified and the characteristics of each stage are described in details. The main index of land fertility is a content of humus in soil. Soil researches of the last 40-50 years confirm the decrease of humus in Kuban black soils, reduction of humus horizon capacity. Land relations are realized in the process of agrarian production. It is necessary to develop the main trends of organizational-economic mechanism including the elements of market and state regulation for their improvement. There was offered a mechanism of distribution of state support of agrarian producers of the Krasnodar region allowing to stimulate the arrangements on increase of agricultural land fertility. Increasing the level of humus in soil on 0,1 % there was recommended to add more 20% from it to the calculated subsidies, on 0,2% - to add 40%, on 0,3%-60% and so on. These data on measurements will allow increasing the interest of land users in preservation and increase of fertility of agricultural lands. Agricultural soil fertility reproduction can be achieved at the expense of introduction of organic fertilizers as manure. At the reduction of livestock in agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region one of the ways of compensation of soil fertility is a proper selection of agricultural crops in the crop rotation and securing of optimal structure of sowing areas. There was calculated an economic-mathematical model of linear programming allowing determining the optimal content of agricultural crops and sizes of sowing areas supplying with deficit-free balance of humus at more economic efficiency to obtain the yearly increased per hectare subsidies
