DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF AN ELECTRO-ACTIVATOR BASED ON THE DATA ON WATER QUALITY AND REQUIREMENTS FOR WORKING HERBICIDE SOLUTION

Based on this analysis, it was found that it was necessary to develop an electro-activator with adjustable parameters. Analysis of the literature showed that there are no analytical expressions relating the degree of activation solutions, conductivity, temperature and geometric parameters of an electro-activator. The article presents a block diagram of the system "Electro-activator - working solution - weeds", a mathematical model of the subsystem "Electro-activator" allows to describe the parameters of the solution at the outlet of the electro-activator and its mode of operation. An expression is derived which allows to determine the critical mode of installation and adjustment range of current management. When exceeding the rated range of the control the main energy will focus on the process of aerogenesis. We have implemented the coefficient of aerogenesis, which has a significant impact on the temperature of the solution in the chamber and an electrically. This factor must be taken into account as well as the approach mode to the critical or exceeded. The calculation for the resulting mathematical model makes it possible to design an electro-activator for a company which has different water sources and apply different plant protection products. Also, in the future, the result of the research will allow developing engineering techniques for calculations

Both domestic and foreign experience have noted that the introduction of diagnostic tools was one of the most important factors in increasing the economic efficiency of the use of equipment in industry. The purpose of diagnostics is detection and prevention of failures and failures, maintenance of operational parameters within the specified limits, forecasting of the state for the purpose of full use of the resource. Today, more than ever, the assessment of the current state of the electric power is particularly acute. With one regulatory method of testing electric motors, it was necessary to make a sufficiently in-depth analysis of technical documentation for testing or diagnosis of new modern tests or diagnostics. The relevance of the transition to non-destructive methods of motor testing is increased in order to increase their service life. DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS TO PROTECT FLOODPLAIN LAND FROM FLOODING AND WATERLOGGING

Due to the fact that in floodplain lands there is instability in the yield of agricultural crops because of flooding and waterlogging, protection of the territories is necessary. The area of the foothills of the Kuban River, where the reclaimed field is located, was chosen as the object of study. Since this territory is subjected to periodic flooding, and in order to preserve the fertility of this soil, a set of measures has been taken. Hydrometeorological and hydrogeological studies are used as the main method. The parameters of the dam and drainage system were determined, the locations of the regulatory structure and the location of the observation wells were substantiated. To assess the measures taken, soybean was grown on the field during the period of greatest rainfall. After sowing, soil samples were collected at three points and conducted research aimed at the influence of the drainage system. It has been established that the complex of measures influences the meliorative state of the field for the better. In the area near the main collector, the soil is most depressed after the processes of flooding and waterlogging, the seedlings of the soybean plants are sparse, and by the middle of the field the plants developed evenly and had almost identical morphometric indicators. Were obtained biometric indicators in different parts of the soil, which are confirmed by experiment

DEVELOPMENT OF MICROFLORA IN APPLE ROOT RHIZOSPERE WHEN FERTILIZING

The problem of environmental safety of agricultural products and agro-technical measures is very urgent now. Various agrochemicals are widely used in agricultural production: plant protection preparations, fertilizers, stimulants and plant growth regulators, etc. One possible solution of this problem may be a partial replacement of mineral fertilizers by bacterial ones. The aim of our research was to determine the effect of different fertilizers and methods of their application on the quantity of microorganisms in the apple root rhizosphere soil. The research was carried out according to conventional methods. In our experiment, we determined the number of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of the roots of apple trees, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the leaves; hydrolysable nitrogen, available phosphorus and exchangeable potassium in soil and crop yield. The highest yield was obtained by fertigation in our research. Application bacterial fertilizer to the soil ensured yield increase at the level of mineral fertilizer application. Application of fertilizers in general, in the studied application rates provided optimum level of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content in the leaves and soil. By use of fertigation and bacterial fertilizers were high and relatively stable numbers of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of the apple trees. The number of microorganisms in the rhizosphere had a positive correlation with yield and the content of nutrients in soil and in leaves

DEVELOPMENT OF MULTIPLEX SETS OF SSR MARKERS FOR GENOTYPING APRICOT VARIETIES (PRUNUS ARMENIACA L.)

Genetic studies of apricot are the actual direction in the genetics of fruit crops. In this regard, the improvement of the collection of SSR markers for the genotyping of this culture is an objectively significant task. In a study for the 16 SSR-markers previously developed on almonds (PdUnchar2, PdSLD1, PdGMGT1, PdTrTFGT1, PdUnchar2, PdSLD1, PdGMGT1, PdTrTFGT1) and Siberian apricot (A3-72, A1-63, H2-22, A3- 7-1, H2-5, A1-7, A3-9, H2-45), approbation and evaluation of the prospects of using for genotyping Prunus armeniaca L. were performed. Approbation, performed on 3 varieties of different origin, revealed markers and their combinations optimal for their use. During the study, all tested DNA markers were grouped into multiplex sets, including 4 markers. This allows carrying out genotyping simultaneously on 4 loci in the formulation of one reaction. One marker (PdUnchar2) from the studied sample included in the multiplex set did not show amplification. Five markers gave a monomorphic product. The remaining 11 SSR markers allowed us to obtain polymorphic, cultivar-specific SSR fingerprints for all the studied cultivar. These multiplex sets are proposed for use in studying the genetic polymorphism of the species Prunus armeniaca L.
