The article deals with the issue of patent search of mechanization for the main-processin you with a turnover of reservoir devices carry it out-ment, identified problems existing in the given-term technological operation. The ways of solving them and their implementation are shown. We describe two possible variants, making patent search using two search engines FIPS and FINDPATENT. We have shown the closest in design and type of patents that answer the main question which is tillage, the ways of influencing the process of improving tillage with a turnover of reservoir and definition of the design for further examination. This article has applied nature and is aimed at improving trend constructions of arable unit to improve the quality performance. We have proposed and presented a design of reversible ploughs and its body to moldboard tillage. When using a system of rational agriculture, we comply with all management practices of the application of modern energy-saving technology, the goal will be reached - increasing crop yields with less expenses

Following the absence of a definite treatment for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or the acquired immune deficiency syndromes (AIDS) since their appearance, many scientific studies with the help of mathematical models have been formulated to the extent possible to prevent and eradicate the disease. In this article we have formulated a mathematical model that explores the dynamics of the impact of the use of condom and therapeutic treatment simultaneously, as a means (tools) against the spread of HIV/AIDS in the heterosexual population. The proposed model uses a nonlinear differential equation system consisting of seven (7) differential equations in seven (7) groups of the population. The model takes into account natural birth rate of the studied population, and the proportion of infected males, which simultaneously uses condom and antiretroviral therapy. The model explores the behavioral change of proportion of infected individuals in the population following the application of control measures (condom use and antiretroviral therapy). It is proved that the effectiveness of preventive measures greatly depends on a number of parameters described. In addition, the results of numerical experiments showed that in the absence of both preventive measures, the entire population is contaminated with the infection. The interaction of the model parameters show that the population with high levels of condom use in the presence of significant adherence to antiretroviral therapy as prophylaxis significantly reduces the level of HIV/AIDS. Thus, prevention of infection is significantly improved with the increasing number of the infected population using condoms and antiretroviral therapy simultaneously

The success of the introduction of plants depends on their vitality and adaptation to new existence conditions. Different adaptability of plants depends not only on the species, but also on their individual properties. The article studies the characteristics of adaptation of the perspective ornamental shrubs - Weigela, Caprifoliaceae. We have shown the variety’s morphological features, the growth and development of varieties of Weigela that have been taken during the research in the experimental Garden Center (NСRRIH&V). There is an estimation of growth rate and its dependence on the structure of different varieties of Weigela’s crown. We have examined the features of the formation of leaves: we have defined the indicators such as the number, length and leaf area; biomass, dry weight; productivity of leaves. We have estimated Weigela leaves photosynthetic activity in the introduction’s region. We have determined the number of photosynthetic pigments in the studied cultivars of Weigela’s leaves. We have found out that Weigela’s leaves pigments’ synthesis largely depends on their natural color, quality and the vegetation phase. These studies allow us to conclude that all the studied varieties of Weigela can be characterized by a high degree of adaptation and deserve widespread in Krasnodar gardens and parks due to the high decorative flowering period
In this article technical requirements to static converters are examined. We can treat as the basic parameters: efficiency and quality of a target voltage. Weight-dimensional parameters, reliability, maintainability are basic operational parameters, as well as target capacity, size of an starting and target voltage belong to key parameters of static converters. As a rule designing of converters is a uniform constructive complex. As at designing, time of an operating time until first failure is taken into account, time of guaranteed work of the separate elements included in the static converter, are determined on the statistical data. Failure of separate elements of parts of converters are possible because of internal (time of guaranteed work) and external (short circuits, overloads) factors. In the article we have offered the ways of reduction of influence of external factors (for example, we used high-speed automatic switches or iterative static converters in which parts of a power circuit were included in parallel). Using universal static converters allows raising some parameters of efficiency simultaneously. In the article we have also considered a scheme of the iterative converter with variable structure which allows (depending on start and target conditions or requirements) forming an output capacity of the required level and quality without constructive change
The analysis of the development of the Russian market of means of plant protection was made. It was established that the companies-vendor of means of plant protection in Russia have a wide range of output products and extensive application areas. The leaders of the national market of products of plant protection among domestic and foreign manufacturers were identified. The condition of the production and the structure of the Russian market of rice in 2001-2013years were analyzed. The measures of government support provided for rice farmers by "program of state support of agricultural development and market’s regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020", were characterized. The analysis of the existing systems of protection of rice showed that the rice farmers have the potential of production to increase yields. Remedies for the seeds protection, controlling diseases (fungicides) and pests (insecticides) are used very rarely in the system of rice protection. A segmentation of the herbicide market in the Krasnodar region was made. The advantages of the new herbicide called "CITADEL 25" of the Singenta company, the world leader in the market of means of protection of plants, for increasing profitability of cultivation of rice were characterized. The reaction of clients to the price offer of the main herbicides for protection of rice was studied. By results of research the card of values of clients and their preferences was made. The experience of the “Singenta” company in use of the integrated marketing communications for change of values of producers of rice in the Russian Federation is given
