INFLUENCE OF THE PREPARATION CASLLED “VYMPEL” AND MINERAL FERTILIZERS OF NEW GENERATION ON OF SAPERAVI VARIETY

abstract 1111507026 issue 111 pp. 461 – 488 30.09.2015 ru 933
The article presents the results of the studies on the effect of the processing of grape variety Saperavi with a growth regulator called Vimpel with water soluble and foliar fertilizers of new generation - Nutrivant plus and Kelik potassium silicon, both in pure form and in a tank mixture. Processing of bushes was performed three times: after flowering, growth phase of berries (berry of a pea), the beginning of ripening berries. We used Vimpel drug and foliar fertilizers such as Nutrivant plus and Kelik potassium-silicon, both in pure form and in conjunction with Vimpel; it led to a significant increase in weight of the bunch, bush crop and planting yields. The smallest yield increase was provided by Vimpel. However, the combined use of this drug on a background of Kelik silicon- potassium foliar fertilizer and Nutrivant plus led to a greater increase in yield from the bush than when used fertilizers only. Processing of bushes by Vimpel in combination with a foliar application of Kelik potassium-silicon not only led to a significant increase in crop yields from the bush and plantations, but in two cases of the three it contributed to a significant increase of the mass concentration of sugars in the juice of berries. Using Vimpel, together with Nutrivant plus foliar application for two years out of three promoted maximize yields (23.4 and 18.4%) with a decrease in sugar content, and in one year - an increase in the harvest of 10.4%, with a significant increase in mass sugar concentration (1.92 g / 100 cm3 or 9.2%). Thus, the processing of Saperavi grapes with a growth regulator called Vimpel and water soluble foliar fertilizers of new generation - Nutrivant plus and Kelik potassium and silicon is an effective method of increasing the yield and quality of Saperavi grapes

abstract 1051501044 issue 105 pp. 738 – 748 30.01.2015 ru 934
The article is focused on questions of the legal status of new organizational forms - investment partnership and economic partnership. In this regard, the author examines the issues related to the influence of the doctrine of economic analysis of law on the Russian corporate law. The author notes that the creation of new types of entities should be based on the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Creation of certain types of legal entities by the adoption of special laws is invalid. In the United States, the prevailing doctrine is the economic analysis of law. Therefore, the creation of new types of legal entities is quite simplified and is subject to the said doctrine. In Russia, the main business and civil relations is the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, the creation of new types of legal entities must comply with its provisions. The author notes that creation of an investment partnership, as well as economic partnership, are new to the Russian law enforcement. Analysis of their legal status allows us to say that their design is unknown to the provisions of the Russian corporate law. The author notes that the legal status of these types of legal entities can not be called successful. Therefore, the author suggests subordinating any relationship involving commercial entities to the Civil Code

This article examines the story of the unexpected stay of lieutenant Vasily Golovnin in South Africa in 1808 during his famous navigation around the world. In fact, the Russian sailor had to stop in Simonstown for a short while to stock up and put his boat in shape. However, his visit on this archipelago which newly belonged to British had coincided with the moments of crisis between Russian and British empires in Europe. These events obliged Golovnin to stay in the Cape of Good Hope for thirteen months. Enjoying his freedom of movement, the young navigator will exploit this long stay to describe the daily life of South African people. During his travels across the Cape Colony, Golovnin meets with colonists and colonized, and tells about the mechanism of their cohabitation. Even if it is not so abundant, his travelogue remains the first one realized by a Russian on South Africa and will always be crucial for the future generations of Russian mariners who will follow his itinerary. From Kronstadt to Kamchatka, Golovnin described the amazing events, but there, it will exclusively focus on the part of his travelogue [3] about his long and exceptional “stay at the Cape of Good Hope”

SOIL DEGRADATION AND THE ROLE OF FOREST BELTS IN LAND MELIORATION

abstract 1091505079 issue 109 pp. 1132 – 1153 29.05.2015 ru 934
Soil degradation (erodere – eat away, lat.) - a process in which result pieces of rocks and soil are separated from of their initial location. Is then transferred and deposited in some new place. The factors of erosion are water, wind, landslides, rock particles and etc. Erosion is the process of destruction and demolition of the soil cover (or parent rocks) flows of water or wind what causes depletion of fertile top soil layer. The destruction of this layer occurs quickly, and for its restoration required the millennium. Reduction of soil fertility is one of the main problems that are associated with its pollution. Erosion is a natural process that occurs very slowly ever since as the Earth was formed (about 45-50 billion years ago). Realistically, mountains, valleys, plains and deltas on Earth's surface have been created by water and wind erosion as a result of their joint action over a long period of time. Geological erosion was acted at a slow pace for hundreds of years. With the emergence of the human occurred of invasion species which could transform their natural environment. Artificial type of erosion, which acts much faster than the natural erosion, was formed with the appearance human

THE ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMICAL EVALUATION OF FUROLAN TREATMENT IN SUNFLOWER CULTIVATION IN THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1211607092 issue 121 pp. 1504 – 1521 30.09.2016 ru 935
Sunflower is one of the most important oilseed crops, which are of great economic importance in Russia and in the world. It is very adaptive crop in terms of climatic conditions range, for that reason it is cultivated on a vast territory of the Russian Federation in various weather conditions. Sunflower oil has high nutritional and taste qualities, it is used numerously in food and is applied in various fields of food industry. The biologically active linoleic acid, phosphatides and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, which are of great nutritional value to humans, are contained in the oil. According to its calorific capacity, sunflower oil is on the first place among vegetable oils. Due to biological characteristics of sunflower, the Krasnodar region is the most favorable region of the Russian Federation for obtaining high and stable yields of this crop. However, here the drought is observed during the summer period and it affects adversely the productivity and quality of sunflower seeds. The increasing of resistance to unfavorable weather conditions is possible only based on detailed study of physiological features of productivity formation and seeds quality that is highly important task in view of the current geopolitical situation in Russia. One way of solving this issue is the appliance of the growth regulators, possessing anti-stress activity that improve the quality of sowing seeds and increase the productivity and plant resistance to stressful environmental factors. These drugs include growth regulator called Furolan, which was created in KubGTU and is certified for use in Russia. It is not toxic and is used in nano-dozes, there is no its residual quantities in the products and environment. Furolan has a positive effect on physiological and biochemical processes, improves the productivity of plants, their resistance to unfavorable growing conditions by increasing the resistance to dehydration as well as to the risk of fungal diseases
