As a result of the analysis of scientific and special
literature, and summarizing the forensic investigative
and operational practices and the views of experts
from the investigative team, the author came to the
conclusion that the activities of the head of an
investigative body and inquiry agency should include a
mechanism of control over the execution of
organizational and other activities planned for the
interaction system. Therefore, an analytical and
methodical organizational headquarters to manage the
interaction within the investigative team should be
used. The author also believes that it’s necessary to
provide the interaction between the staff of the
preliminary investigation and inquiry, as well as
officials carrying out the operational searching activity
during the whole period of the investigative team
activities. The forms of interaction should be presented
as a set of cooperative and agreed criminal procedure
and organizational and administrative actions of the
investigator, the head of the investigative team and the
inquiry agency, on the basis of operational or
operational and tactical availability in conjunction with
the methods of operational and investigative activities
and proceedings in compliance with the principles of
criminal procedure law and the Federal law "On the
OSA" for the purpose of direct execution of the
criminal procedure legislation and the solution of tasks
of the operational searching activities
This article briefly discusses the mathematical nature of the author's proposed modification of the weighted least squares, in which the amount of the data is used as the weights of observations. There are two variants of this modification. In the first one, the weighting of the observations was made by replacing one observation with a certain amount of the information in it by the corresponding number of observations for unit weight, and then we applied the standard method of least squares. In the second method, the weighting of the observations was performed for each value of the argument by replacing all observations with a certain amount of information in one observation of unit weight which had been obtained as a weighted average of them, and then we applied the standard method of least squares. We have described in detail the technique of numerical calculations of the amount of information in the observations, based on the theory of automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and implemented it with a help of software tools - intelligent system called "Eidos". The article provides an illustration of the proposed approach on a simple numerical example. In the future, we are planning to give more detailed mathematical basis of the method of weighted least squares, which is modified by using the amount of information as weights, but also to explore its properties
There was given the review of the results of the study
in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman zone of the
Krasnodar region of the influence of the treatment of
vines of Saperavi of lignohumates of the grade "В"
(“LG-B Bio”, “LG-B Best Bio”, “LG- Best L”) on the
quality of must and wine materials. The technology of
the grape cultivation on the experimental plot
corresponded to the adopted technology which is used
in the JSC "Pobeda" of Temryuk District and was
widely accepted for the keeping of fruit-bearing
plantations of the zone of uncovered viticulture.
Agrobiological works were carried out at the optimum
terms and were of high quality. Vines of the third- year
of life, embodied by the scheme in 3,0 x 1,5 m. The
forming is a one-sided Guyot with a height of the trunk
in 60 cm. On bushes there was formed the same load
shoots and clusters. There were carried out the
treatments of grape leaf surfaces by the solutions of
lignohumates twice: the 1st – before the flowering and
the 2 nd in the beginning of the formation of berries (in
20 days after the first one). The spraying was carried
out in the early morning hours. The accounting of the
grape harvest and the sampling for the determination of
the quality of must and wine materials (10 kg per each
type) was conducted in September 20, 2012. The
technological and physical-chemical analyses were
carried out in the shop of mini winemaking and in the
accredited testing laboratory of the grape processing of
the scientific center of the winemaking SCSRIHGG of
the RAAS. The preparations "LG-B Bio", "LG-B
Super Bio" and "LG-B Best A" as grape growth
regulators have the equal and stable effect
At the present stage of reforms in Russian regions
centripetal processes have amplified. The formal
centers of subjects of the Russian Federation became
the main focuses of growth and development. These
processes and conditions enhance differentiation and
dependence of periphery from regional nuclei and
centers. Keeping these conditions will intensify uneven
development in the Russian regions in the future.
Moreover major cities continue to accumulate negative
effects on economic activities: environmental
problems, social relationships, infrastructure
congestion, traffic jams, etc. This model does not
allow for sustainable polycentric development and,
according to the researchers, limiting the further
development of today's largest metropolitan area in the
range of 50-60 years. Authors have tried to pay
attention to necessity of overcoming of spatial
polarization as a necessary condition of a sustainable
development of regions. Based on the analysis of
approaches to spatial development justified the need
for a polycentric type of regional development on the
basis of formation of sustainable development dots
(ecoloci). The author proposes a concept and a
definition of ecolocus as an open ecological and socioeconomic
system, freely exchanged environmental,
financial, material, human, informational, symbolic,
and other kinds of resources with the environment,
generating positive changes towards sustainable
development and green economy
The most labor- and energy-intensive part of potato
machine production technology is harvesting which is
done mainly with harvesters. Modern potato
harvesters meet the required efficiency data in
favorable conditions. In erroneous conditions
(primarily characterized by high or low soil moisture)
the efficiency of separating the tubers from impurities
is reduced, and the loss and damage of the products
increase. This situation is due to the imperfection of
the separation device of potato harvesters. Up to 1000
tons of soil per 1 ha is separated at the separation
device in the process of harvesting. As a result, the
potato harvesters capacity on the whole is determined
by their separators output. Nowadays, rod elevators
are most widespread and used. One of the main
drawbacks is the significant increase of tubers
damage in a case of low soil moisture mainly caused
by the contact of the tubers pile with the side frames
of the harvesting machine. From the above reasoning,
one can confirm that the increase of capacity and
functioning quality of potato harvesters’ separation
devices is an urgent scientific-and-technical task of
agriculture
The article describes the characteristics of modern
management and problems of formation of national
corporate governance, adaptive requirements increase
the innovative capacity of business entities. On the
basis of generalization of foreign experience in the
development of industrial democracy we have
objectively justified the need for more active
implementation of self government in intra-control
mechanism as a key factor in the integration of the
interests of the company and its employees, to increase
their activity in innovation
Micro and nanofluidics are the new multidisciplinary
sciences. One of the tasks of which is creation and
management of flow of fluid in the thin channels size
of a few nano- or micrometer which exposed the
external electric field, where the walls are the ion
exchange membrane. Electroosmosis
(electroconvection) plays an important role in these
tasks. A large number of articless were devoted to
electroosmosis. One of the first, Dukhin S.S.,
Mishchuk N.A. and Rubinstein I. gave a theoretical
explanation of the overlimiting current by
electroosmosis. They used two-dimensional Stokes
equation to calculate the flow of the electrolyte, and
one-dimensional equations of Nernst-Planck and
Poisson to calculate the electric power. These
researches have multiple limitations because of the
computational complexity the mathematical
simulation. Thus, there is an actual problem of the
asymptotic solution of boundary value problems for
the two-dimensional systems of equations of NernstPlanck
and Poisson without these restrictions. These
researches we derived in simplified models of
electroosmosis in galvanic dynamical mode using the
decomposition method. We have created a hierarchical
system of two-dimensional mathematical models of
ion transport of salt and electroosmosis in micro- and
nanochannels formed by selective ion-exchange
membranes
This article presents the results of the chickpea effect in feeding young and adult laying hens of "Hajseks brown" cross on their productivity and nutrient digestibility of feed. Studies have been conducted on the JSC "Agro-firm Vostok" in Nikolayevsky district of the Volgograd region. Complete or partial replacement of sunflower oil cake by chickpeas as part of feed for the experimental pullet hens improves nutrient digestibility coefficients compared with the control pullet group. The balance of nitrogen was positive in all groups, the use of nitrogen taken from guinea pullets was higher than in the control group at 0, 27-0,74%. Use of chickpea in the composition of feed for laying hens increases the digestibility coefficients of nutrients: dry matter - to 1,17-3,25%, organic matter - to 1,62-3,37% crude protein - to 0,45-1, 77%, crude fiber - to 0,72-1,05%; crude fat - to 0,35-1,55%, compared with chickens, hens in the control group. The use of nitrogen from the digested was1,37-2,13% higher in the experimental groups compared to analogs of the control group. The use of calcium and phosphorus for the formation of eggs was also higher in the experimental groups
One of the important problems in the field of agriculture is
soil contamination by pesticides due to excessive and
unbalanced use of pesticides. The harmful effects of
pesticides on the environment and human health is
manifested in the contamination of water, soil, food, the
development of chronic diseases and acute poisoning,
malignant diseases, congenital malformations, infant
mortality. An alternative to the use of chemical remedies
are organic methods and techniques of cultivation of
agricultural land. One of such technologies is the laser
technology of cultivation of agricultural crops, the
application of which makes it possible to not only produce
organically clean, useful agricultural products, but also
reduce the cost of crop production and increase their
productivity. In the article, the Russian experience in the
production of organic products, to analyze the market of
organic agriculture and related infrastructure: the regulatory
framework, the existing non-profit education, the legal
framework, the system of environmental certification and
standardization of organic agricultural products, support
organic agricultural markets, as well as programs to
promote organic producers products
The article considers brief theoretical information of the wavelet transform and the methods of identification of nonlinear time-varying systems using multiresolution wavelet transform. The methods of data processing based on wavelet transformation are widely used in recent times. Wavelets have significant advantages compared to Fourier transform because wavelet transform tells you about not only the frequency spectrum of the signal, but also on what point in time came one or another harmonic. With their help, you can easily analyze intermittent signals or signals with powerful bursts. Moreover, wavelets allow us to analyze data according to scale, on one of the preset levels (small or large). The unique properties of wavelets allow constructing a basis in which the representation of the data will be expressed with just a few nonzero coefficients. This property makes wavelets a useful tool for data packaging. Small expansion coefficients may be discarded in accordance with the selected algorithm without a significant impact on the quality of the compressed data. Wavelets have found wide application in digital signal processing and data analysis. There are two classes of wavelet transforms: continuous and discrete. In the article implemented the discrete wavelet transform with the resulting output distribution on a 3D graph. The algorithm and the results of converting a time series of indicators of integrated industrial systems of the sugar subcomplex in the agro industrial subcomplex. The methods of neural network modeling for improved accuracy in predicting high-frequency oscillation are applied in the research. The method of determination of cyclic patterns based on coefficients of the wavelet transform is proposed
