REFERENT METRICAL STATUS OF SOMATIC WEAKENED CHILDREN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE IN THE CLASS GROUPS

abstract 1081504014 issue 108 pp. 190 – 201 30.04.2015 ru 1342
The article represents the analysis of problems of interpersonal relationships between somatically impaired children at the primary school age included in the category of ailing children, and their peers. On the basis of theoretical literature analysis, the author gives definitions to the following concepts: “somatically impaired children”, “ailing children”, “interpersonal relationships”. This article highlights outcomes of empiric research whose objective was to study: firstly, referentometric status of ailing children at the primary school age among their classmates. Secondly, if ailing children are “reference core” of the group, e.g., the students whose estimations and opinions are important to other peers. Third, the conditions which contribute to inclusion of a student into a reference group were revealed. The author distinguished the following factors which may influence on the referentometric status: school results, self-esteem, level of school motivation, level of general school anxiety. The author comes to the conclusion about characteristics of referentometric status of ailing children at the primary school age among their classmates. On the basis of the obtained forming experiment data, the author distinguished the conditions which contribute to occurrence of positive interpersonal relationships with ailing children in the school groups

INTENSIFICATION OF PRODUCTION YOGURT TECHNOLOGY WITH ACTIVATION OF THE LEAVEN WITH THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD OF LOW FREQUENCY

abstract 1081504003 issue 108 pp. 45 – 55 30.04.2015 ru 1341
In Russia, as well as in foreign practice, classic yogurts are more required. Depending on the value of imported dry starters, the proposed technology allowing reduction in their quantities in yogurt technology is very crucial. It will affect the cost of the finished products. In yogurt technology, the possibility of using physical techniques, with the purpose of intensifying the process of producing yogurt, is very little reflected. Pre-activation of the leaven by electromagnetic field – lower frequency before fermenting in the production of yogurt is one of the technological tricks that speed up the fermenting process and reduce the quantity of starters. The advantage of the proposed technology is its ease of implementation, not requiring additional cost of electricity and also enhanced maximum reduction of additional chemicals which are used as raw materials to create a special environment for the growth of microorganisms belonging to the leaven. In this work, the overview of the existing principles for accelerating the fermentation process of milk is given. In this work, the research results of accelerating technology of fermenting milk for yogurt are presented. Mathematical process of experimental data enables the optimization, fermentation process using leaven FD-DVS YF-L812 10Yo-Flex. The optimal temperature and duration for the maximum acceleration of the process of obtaining yogurt at a given frequency of electromagnetic field are identified. We have given organoleptic characteristics of yoghurt prepared using the activated ferment

SOLUTION OF FIELD TASKS OF AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING WITH THE HELP OF SECONDARY SOURCES OF A FIELD AND FOURIER SERIES

abstract 0931309040 issue 93 pp. 591 – 603 30.11.2013 ru 1340
For a field task, we have shown the analytical solution of the control example by means of which the condi-tions of the correct application of a method of second-ary sources of a field. The numerical decision in the form of Fourier series of the same task, but with use of the method of secondary sources is found. The method of the registration of heterogeneity of the environment which enters secondary sources the way that bring together analytical and numerical solutions is offered

PECULIARITIES OF USING OF PLANT RESIDUES FOR OBTAINING COMPOSTS

abstract 1341710003 issue 134 pp. 27 – 38 29.12.2017 ru 1340
Using of organomineral composts to preserve fertility and restore ecological functions of chernozem soils in the Krasnodar territory is necessary. Their composition depends on the properties of chernozem soils and can include various wastes of industry and agriculture. The main component of compost can be organic wastes of livestock, and plant residues and mineral additives are additional compost components. Peculiarities of the interaction of the components of the organomineralic mixture, which including manure of cattle and phosphogypsum, are considered in the work. In the interaction of organic particles of cattle manure and phosphogypsum particles, structural formations are formed where the phosphogypsum particles are enveloped by particles of cattle manure. The experience of composting this organomineral mixture with various crop residues of crops was carried out. Plant residues according to the intensity of decomposition in composts can be represented in the next row, beginning with more decomposed ones: sugar beet> winter wheat> winter barley> corn> sunflower. The composts obtained were characterized by a well-aggregated structure with a predominance of particles 1-2 mm in diameter, good aeration, low density (1.01-1.10 g / cm3), and favorable humidity (22-25%). The structural factor of composts with different plant residues ranged from 3.1 to 4.3 units. The best physical properties were compost, including plant residues of sugar beet, the worst - sunflower. The combination of an organomineral mixture with various plant residues contributed to a decrease in alkalinity of the substrate, a slowing of the mineralization of organic matter, restraint of ammonification processes, and an increase in the content of total nitrogen and phosphorus
