It is found that the greatest effect for seed treatment before sowing and foliar feeding of plants was reached at a dose of 300 ml/t or ml/ha. In connection with the development of private business in Russia today we can see the need to achieve the criteria of reliability, completeness, timeliness and clarity of accounting and analytical information. This information is the basis in the areas of management, control and analysis of financial and economic activities of organizations. The article studied the accounting classifications of financial results proposed by national scientists. There are the problems of accounts of financial results formation for the activities of the organization. The authors present the mechanism of financial results formation on the basis of the indicators of financial statements (income statement). Accounting entries of the facts of economic life on accounting income, expenses, profits and losses of the economic entity have been reflected in the article. We have paid attention to such accounts as 90 «Sales», 91 «Other income and expenses», 99 «Profit and loss», 84 «Retained earnings (loss)».
The authors proposed an improved structure of the account 84 «Retained earnings (loss)», which allows to provide information on the formation of directions distribution of profits and covering losses, as well as the structure of the account 99 «Gains and losses» systematizing accounting data so that the resulting information allows users to carry out planning, forecasting and monitoring

environment. A particular attention is paid to the
interactive coordination of the teacher and students,
which is realized by creating a chat or forum for
convenient and fast exchange of messages between
users, besides, the teacher has the possibility to
monitor the work of students not only offering control
and test tasks, but also determining the deadline for the
assignment to be fulfilled, the possibility of a repeated
access to correct errors. There is presented the

The author analyses the licensing of governor organizations activity in connection with amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation by adoption of a Federal law of 21.07.2014 N 255-FZ «On amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, some legislative acts of the Russian Federation and on declare force Certain Provisions of Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation void » and the Government Resolution adoption of the of 28.10.2014г. N 1110 «On entrepreneur activity in apartment buildings’ government licensing». The urgency of the issue of the apartment buildings licensing activity is associated with the modernization of housing and communal services and legal regulation in this area. Introduction of the governor organizations activity licensing without securing in law the concept of "governor organizations" is a significant flaw of the legislator. As a result, the author gives the concept of governor organizations based on the analysis of scientific papers and current legislation. In addition, the article analyzes the introduction of licensing control, assesses the established order of the three registers on the governor organizations activity. The presented paper examines the experience of foreign countries associated with the activities on the apartment building common property management as well, and the state control over such activity.
