Features of entrepreneurial and financial risks are characterized in the article. Existing theories of risk are analyzed in the article. The results of the study are the definition of the concept of entrepreneurial and financial risk
Business risk is an integral part of the economic activities of any organization. Currently, compulsory and one of the main criteria of normal and stable operation of the economic entity is timely risk assessment of entrepreneurial activity in order to prevent further negative consequences. Issues of economic risk analysis of business are becoming more relevant, especially in the context of the global financial crisis. This article discusses the methods of analysis of business risks on the basis of a limited range of criteria. Studies have shown the example of a particular Agriculture Organization. We consider the evaluation of the structure of the balance sheet and analysis system by W. Beaver, evaluation according to the method of calculating the financial condition of agricultural producers. On the example of the organization under study we have given an assessment of business risks with the use of a limited range of criteria. In the context of each block there are specific indicators characterizing the increase or decrease the risks of entrepreneurship. Figures for the study were analyzed for the organization, and compared to the theoretical value is sufficient. For each of the aspects of the assessment of business risks on the basis of a limited range of criteria there are valid conclusions. Based on the study, we have stated the advantages and disadvantages of the test approach to risk assessment of entrepreneurial activity of the economic entity
When developing management solutions with the
aim of joint consideration and comparison of
various factors, partial removal of uncertainty is
widely used ratings. In the theory of decisionmaking
in almost the same sense, we use the terms
"composite index" or "integrated indicator". The
article is devoted to the mathematical theory of
ratings as tools for studying socio-economic
systems. We considered, primarily, linear ratings
which is a linear function from a single (private)
indicators (factors, criteria), constructed using the
coefficients of importance (weightiness,
importance). The study discusses the factors
affecting the magnitude of the ratings. Three groups
of causes affect the value of a line ranking: the ways
of measurement of individual indicators, the choice
of the set of indicators; the values of the coefficients
of importance. We considered binary ratings when
the rating takes two values. To compare the
proposed rankings we use a new indicator of the
quality of diagnostics and prognostic power.
Significantly, in many managerial situations,
significant differences between objects are identified
using any rating. According to the fundamental
results of stability theory, the same source data
should be processed in several ways. Matching
findings, obtained using multiple methods, likely
reflect the properties of reality. The difference is the
result of a subjective selection method. When using
the results of the comparison of objects according to
several indicators (criteria ratings), including in
dynamics, very useful is the selection of the Pareto
set. We discuss the examples of the application of
the decision theory, expert evaluations and rankings
when developing complex technical systems
In the article, the identification device was developed which is able to separate the potato tubers with high maintenance of chlorophyll from the other tubers by analyzing graphic information of potato tubers in the course of sorting
The article examines the role of metadata in the use of networked information resources in the educational process. We have put the problem of creation and use of metadata for educational musical culture, as well as we have outlined the ways to develop common requirements for such sites
In the article we consider the results of the study of
climatic attractiveness of the South of Russia from the
point of view of tourism development. Formal
definition of attractiveness was reached by using a
wide spread concept of climatic indices. Any climatic
index is calculated by a set of medical and biological
characteristics. The latter are defined on the basis of
human physiology. Indices, which are used for
evaluation of attractiveness of one or another region
from the point of view of recreation and tourism, have
certain peculiarities. Very often they are calculated
using poorly formalized and arguable indications like
psychological feeling of meteorological characteristics
and even aesthetic perception. Taking into account
above mentioned experience we have suggested a new
approach for evaluation of climatic tourist indices
basing on initial (standard 3 hour discretion)
meteorological observations with maximum possible
exclusion from a calculation scheme all subjective
parameters. Our approach is based on a well-known
method of Mieczkowski [4]. The method was
developed more than 30 ears ago and is still widely
applied. Our method allows objectively evaluate nonsmoothed
index values because it takes into account
combinations of meteorological characteristics with
maximum available discretion during the day. A
method demonstrated its capability for evaluation of regional variations in tourist attractiveness. We
analyzed 40–year dynamics of attractiveness in the
region being in the focus of the study
In this article we show the results of a pilot study of frequency regulation of the synchronous motor with a double anchor winding. The rational law regulating the frequency converter and the possible ranges of the frequency regulation and the engine load are defined
The article is devoted to consideration of actual problems of contemporary economic science and practice: the definition of pricing strategy for such a product of human labor as knowledge. Not a secret, that the widely promoted by market institutions – “intellectual property”, for example, become a serious obstacle for the formation of a new technological level on the basis of the knowledge economy. The article examines the causes of this phenomenon and offers their own solution to the problem
The ability of Phomopsis to transmit from affected seeds to plants has been studied in both anamorphic and teleomorphic phases of its development in the year of sowing. The sunflower lesion with Phomopsis affects not only the germination, but also causes the plant disease
The questions of formation and management of clusters, development of cluster policy in a region are considered in the article. The conceptual model of formation of an industrial cluster is presented
