INTENSIFICATION AND EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION AS FACTORS OF EXTENDED REPRODUCTION IN DIARY PRODUCING SUBCOMPLEX OF AIC

In the present article we have shown the necessity of intensification of agricultural processes in dairy producing subcomplex of Agro–Industrial Complex, based on summarized scientific researches, and the necessity to increase the economic efficiency as key factors in security of produce independence of the country. There are presented objective backgrounds of reproduction as reflection of the fact, that created goods are constantly consumed and human needs are renewed. Hence, the production should be renewed and reproduced now and again. The characteristic of production resources is given along with their share in the production process. The relation between extended reproduction and economic growth, being a criterion of economic development is shown as well. There were characterized the ways of achievement of extended reproduction, as the extensive and the intensive. At the same time, there is an accent in expediency of intensification of production based on imbedding of scientifically and technological progress. As far as the intensive way is resource saving the extensive, on contrary, is recourse expendable. Economical efficiency of this process appears in directed and systemized increase in cattle productivity, increase of production by simultaneous decrease of costs of objectified and direct labor per one unit of produced goods. The achievement of extended reproduction in dairy producing subcomplex is not achievable without reach of high level of intensification processes in production of milk. The results of the research, concerning the connection between intensification and efficiency of production, were systemized. These results show, that the increase of level of production intensification leads to the growth of cattle productivity, labor productivity, profitability, increase of production output. After the switching to intensive way of farm development, due to limited character of resources availability, the decrease of capital costs of basic assets and inventory, direct labor per one unit of increase in output has a leading role in the increase of development in dairy producing subcomplex

CLASSIFICATION AND ESTIMATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF SYSTEMS FOR UNINTERRUPTED ELECTROSUPPLY

In the article we present generalized block diagrams of stationary and transport systems of uninterrupted electrosupply, as well as their maintenance and the basic operating modes providing uninterrupted electrosupply of crucial consumers. Classification of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply is resulted. The basic classification attributes of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply are their assignment for stationary or transport consumers of the electric power, types of used basic, reserve and emergency sources and converters of the electric power. Besides systems of uninterrupted electrosupply can be classified under circuits of connection to consumers of the electric power, their division on a sort of a current (constant, variable, high-frequency), breaks in electrosupply, to type of the switching equipment and so on. For the estimation of the efficiency of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply it is offered to use the following criteria of efficiency: Power and weight-dimension parameters, parameters of reliability, quality of the electric power and cost. Analytical expressions for calculation of parameters of the estimation of efficiency of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply are resulted. The classification of systems of uninterrupted electrosupply suggested in article and modes of their work, and also the basic criteria of an estimation of efficiency will allow raising efficiency of pre-design works on creation of systems with improved customer characteristics with use of modern element base

GEOMETRIC TURBULENCE IN GENERAL RELATIVITY

The article presents the simulation results of the metric of elementary particles, atoms, stars and galaxies in the general theory of relativity and Yang-Mills theory. We have shown metrics and field equations describing the transition to turbulence. The problems of a unified field theory with the turbulent fluctuations of the metric are considered. A transition from the Einstein equations to the diffusion equation and the Schrödinger equation in quantum mechanics is shown. Ther are examples of metrics in which the field equations are reduced to a single equation, it changes type depending on the equation of state. These examples can be seen as a transition to the geometric turbulence. It is shown that the field equations in general relativity can be reduced to a hyperbolic, elliptic or parabolic type. The equation of parabolic type describing the perturbations of the gravitational field on the scale of stars, galaxies and clusters of galaxies, which is a generalization of the theory of gravitation Newton-Poisson in case of Riemannian geometry, taking into account the curvature of space-time has been derived. It was found that the geometric turbulence leads to an exchange between regions of different scale. Under turbulent exchange material formed of two types of clusters, having positive and negative energy density that corresponds to the classical and quantum particle motion respectively. These results allow us to answer the question about the origin of the quantum theory

DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF AN ELECTRO-ACTIVATOR BASED ON THE DATA ON WATER QUALITY AND REQUIREMENTS FOR WORKING HERBICIDE SOLUTION

Based on this analysis, it was found that it was necessary to develop an electro-activator with adjustable parameters. Analysis of the literature showed that there are no analytical expressions relating the degree of activation solutions, conductivity, temperature and geometric parameters of an electro-activator. The article presents a block diagram of the system "Electro-activator - working solution - weeds", a mathematical model of the subsystem "Electro-activator" allows to describe the parameters of the solution at the outlet of the electro-activator and its mode of operation. An expression is derived which allows to determine the critical mode of installation and adjustment range of current management. When exceeding the rated range of the control the main energy will focus on the process of aerogenesis. We have implemented the coefficient of aerogenesis, which has a significant impact on the temperature of the solution in the chamber and an electrically. This factor must be taken into account as well as the approach mode to the critical or exceeded. The calculation for the resulting mathematical model makes it possible to design an electro-activator for a company which has different water sources and apply different plant protection products. Also, in the future, the result of the research will allow developing engineering techniques for calculations

ENGINEERING TECHNIQUES FOR DEFINITION OF PARAMETERS MEASURES OF AN ELECTRO-ACTIVATOR

The article presents an engineering method for defining electro-activator parameters. We have developed an engineering method for calculating an electro-activator with improved performance that can reduce the complexity of the design calculations and include a critical mode of the electro-activator at which the process leads to passivation. We have proposed an automated management scheme based on electro-activator functional and electrical schematics. One of the benefits of the resulting model of calculations of an electro-activator is to identify a possibility of automating the process of managing and stable operation. The current in the electro-activator can be adjusted depending on performance. Automatic maintenance of performance and capacity control for the benefit of the cameras is possible, giving an automatic valve with an analog controller. When the temperature rises above or current exceeds the desired value, we can face signaling and a complete shutdown of the installation. The use of temperature sensors, pH, conductivity and flow can be implemented, as well as centralized information collection and development of the control algorithm. Monitoring and maintenance of an electro-activator can be fully automated with the equipment of industrial automation. Also, on the basis of the proposed engineering method for calculating, it is possible to develop a software product. That will allow designing computer simulation when planning an electro-activator

INCREASING OF THE DEGREE OF BEE COLONIES DEVELOPMENT BY THE APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES

The equation describing the whole combination of actions with bees in hives during spring development is obtained. The formula for coefficient of degree of bee colony development during exact period is obtained. The whole combination of electrical technological actions let to increase the bee colony spring development by two times. The counting of the bee keeping labor profitability for the case of application of electrical technologies during winter and spring is carried out. Application of electrical technologies increases the profitability of honey production by two times. The competitiveness of honey bee products could be increased by the way of application of the meanings of efficient electrical technologies targeted onto increasing of honey productivity of bees, increasing of eco-purity of sanitary actions and decreasing of labor content of main technological actions. Using these calculations, you can create an automated climate control system in the hive. To do this, you must also take control laws and apply the appropriate sensors, microcontrollers and executive bodies. All of this will go to the next - higher level of profitability of beekeeping that rose-sieves produced pro-competitive products. To automate the most labor-intensive processes of beekeeping. STATUS AND PERSPECTIVES OF DEVELOPMENT OF DAIRY CATTLE IN THE ROSTOV REGION

In this article we carry out the analysis of the current state of dairy farming in the country and in the Rostov region. The article shows the number of cows and milk production in farms of all categories in the country and the region. At present, Russia is ranked 6th in the world in milk production and is the largest importer of milk and dairy products. The situation is similar in the dairy industry of the Rostov region. Nowadays Rostov region ranks 5th in the Russian Federation and 2nd place in the southern Federal district in milk production. A large portion of milk (83,4%) is produced in households. This indicates decentralization of livestock complex in the Rostov region. The demand for milk is met through own production by 83%. Currently, the region has just started a period of stabilization of the gross milk production. For the last 4 years the indicators of milk productivity of cows have been 13.0-14.5% higher than the national average. Much of this was facilitated by the measures of state support. With the support of Federal and regional authorities in this field it has been created a favorable investment climate for the development of dairy farming. In the article the main organizational and economic aspects of profitability of milk production have been shown. It identifies the main issues that hinder the intensification of dairy farming. The dairy sector of the Rostov region has good prospects. Main approaches to the solution of the problems of development of dairy cattle breeding in the Rostov region have been listed

ABOUT THE DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF MILITARY SERVICEMEN'S PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION

In this article, based on the works of Russian scientists, the directions of psychological support of military servicemen with professional orientation are described and justified. The concept of serviceman's professional orientation is given as a generalized evaluation of specialist's skills to effectively realize their creative potential in the field of professional activity, which is based on the results of their total functional responsibilities at their current and previous positions. The factors affecting the level of professional development of the military servicemen's professional orientation are identified. The authors show that the traditional structure of military pedagogical process does not meet modern requirements of military-pedagogical work arrangement, because they do not relate to the matters of solving personal problems. In the article we have shown and reasoned that when psychological and educational assistance is incorporated into the traditional structure of military pedagogical process it helps to activate the specialist's inner potential to solve his personal problems caused by the conditions and requirements of military service. Psycho-pedagogical assistance is seen as a correcting component of the military pedagogical process, the main function of which is individually to correct specialists' personality characteristics causing problems to their life, which is relevant at the present stage of the development of military servicemen professional orientation
