STRUCTURAL ADJUSTMENT OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MEDICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

abstract 1191605064 issue 119 pp. 889 – 925 31.05.2016 ru 430
On the performance of basic healthcare informatization in constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2011-2013 the use of open source software became preemptive. The heads of medical organizations were recommended to coordinate medical information systems with the new federal requirements taking into account the regional features and preserve the priority of the open source. To solve this problem for the Krasnodar Region, the article proposes measures of program infrastructure modernization of medical and administrative activity automation within medical-diagnostic processes. It specifies the medical organization infrastructure. The aims and objectives of the existing system modernization are also determined there. The federal requirements for medical organizations’ information systems are adapted to the region peculiarities. The article has a practical significance since it can be used to prepare the technical specifications for modernization and/or maintenance of medical information systems in medical organizations and to support the educational process and scientific research works in the field of research and development of medical information technologies in Universities. It is addressed to the heads of government healthcare departments of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the heads of medical organizations and to the healthcare informatization staff. It will be useful for the preparation of practical assignments for students to create the software technical documentation

STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HUMIC ACID SOILS OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1091505071 issue 109 pp. 1004 – 1013 29.05.2015 ru 1456
The structural and functional properties of humic acids of different types of poorly studied soils of the Krasnodar Region: ordinary black soil or chernozem (carbonated), meadowish chernozem and gray forest soils are investigated. We define the type of humus of the soil samples studied as fulvate-humate. Using traditional indicators of humus soil conditions the regularities of soil and ecological processes involving organic matter in soils under natural and anthropogenically factorial changes in the monitoring sites are revealed. The relationship of the optical properties of humic acids with the intensity of the processes of transformation of humic substances by increasing the depth of the soil sample is shown. By NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry in the visible spectrum differences and similarities in the structure of macromolecules of humic acids in soil samples. In terms of soil contamination with oil in a field experiment, on the monitoring site we have set a trend towards to redistribution in the ratio of functional groups of humic acid macromolecules: the proportion of aliphatic fragments increases. We have revealed an increase in the share of the mobile fraction of humic substances in terms of oil pollution. The article has the most suitable justification for these processes. The results can be used for prediction the environmental state of the soil under anthropogenic pollution

STRUCTURAL AND PHYLOGENETIC ANALYSIS OF VVMYBA1, VVMYBA2 AND VVMYBA3 GRAPEVINE GENES

abstract 1341710026 issue 134 pp. 303 – 327 29.12.2017 ru 1142
The article presents the structural and phylogenetic analysis of VIT_02s0033g00410, VIT_02s0033g00390 and VIT_02s0033g00450 genes of the grapevine genome and the closely related orthologous gene MYB114 of the Arabidopsis genome. These genes are responsible for the biosynthesis of anthocyanin in the organs of model plants and are of interest not only for practical production and breeding, but also for fundamental research. These genes were analyzed for GCcomposition of nucleotides, the presence of cisregulatory elements and promoter regions. DNA and protein sequences were aligned to look for similar elements, which allowed further analysis of the ultraconservative domains of four genes. Based on the results of search and identification of the conservative regions, a cluster tree was constructed, which made it possible to identify the separation of gene sidelines from, presumably, the main one. At the same time, the construction of consensus trees based on DNA and protein sequences revealed their absolute similarity. "The Minimal Evolution Tree" allowed calculating the approximate dates of the appearance of the mutations and the divergence times of the gene branches between each other. At the same time, the appearance of the Vitis genus and its separation from the Rosales was taken as the time first divergence point. In the end, homologous metabolic pathways were searched between grapevine and Arabidopsis, which revealed the presence of homologous proteins in the grape proteome. In this turn, it already confirms the existence of similar biosynthetic pathways and, as a consequence, interactions such as "DNA-protein" and "protein-protein"

STRUCTURAL AND SEMANTIC FEATURES OF DEMONOLOGICAL VOCABULARY IN THE TEXTS OF FANTASTIC NOVELS

abstract 1251701037 issue 125 pp. 524 – 538 31.01.2017 ru 655
The article examines the structural and semantic specificity of demonological vocabulary on the material of fantastic novels in Russian, English and Spanish linguocultures. We have analyzed different classifications of scientists devoted their work to the systematization of demonological lexis together with the complex approach of its study such as systemic-functional, functional-pragmatic, onomasiological, cognitive, psycolinguistic, ethnolinguistic methods. The given classifications are mostly based on motivation and reflect onomasiological approach of demonological lexis. The great attention is given to “objective” and “subjective” methods of nominating. It is shown the definition of “demonology” from scientific points of view – philosophic, folkloristic, literal. We have also given the definition of “demonologeme” and the term of “demonological lexis”. We give classification of monolexems, doublelexems, word complexes and derivatives nominating characters of demonic sphere, and we also set stylistic authoring features of a literary text

STRUCTURE AND CONDITIONS OF ORGANIZATIONS ACTIVITIES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1061502063 issue 106 pp. 988 – 999 28.02.2015 ru 855
Business entities of agribusiness of the Krasnodar region are in relatively favorable climatic and natural conditions for their business activities. However, as a whole, the agricultural sector can not be called absolutely marketable, profitability, with a high level of business activity, property security, etc. One of the causes of the observed trends can be the organizational and legal form of business entity and, therefore, the procedures and sources of formation of the authorized capital, the minimum size; sources of financial resources; methods of financial management; method of distribution of income (profit) and cover losses; measure of responsibility for the obligations. Another reason may be the financial performance of the agricultural organizations. So, for more than 4 years in the Krasnodar region we have been observing numerical reduction of agricultural producers. At the same time, animal husbandry, as a branch of agriculture, has been reduced every year. Against this, the amount of income from the sale of crop production is increasing every year. This article presents the main indicators of the agricultural sector of the Krasnodar region and the necessity of in-depth study of the composition and modalities of the organizations of the AIC of the Krasnodar region
