The approach to the solution of resource allocation problem in the process of activity planning for research and development organization having sufficient scientific and design capacity is considered. This approach enables to solve complex resource allocation problem in the context of designing division of work and network team building and project implementation technology, using software intended for solution of traditional linear programming tasks. Database modeling technique with account of specific characteristics of this approach is described
Results of internal environment integrated production system research with the point of view of qualitative analysis and risk evaluation were casted in the article.
In particular, model and method of calculation of integral index of production vertical line risk and improved data-flow model of effectiveness assessment of IPS with an account of risk constituent on the stage of creation of material flow are described. Reasonability of presentation of prognostic meaning
of profit in the type of indistinct triangular number was substantiated.
In the article, approaches to the management existing at the present stage are considered, their merits and disadvantages are described. General scientific and special approaches to management are singled out. The system, functional and process approaches are described in more detail. The principles of E. Deming are considered. It is pointed out that the application of the above approaches to production management is limited only by the economic sphere of activity, while there is a prospect of using these approaches in the field of labor protection. The article substantiates a selection of the process approach as the most promising in the management of the labor safety management system and health protection of a machine-building enterprise
The article considers the existing at the present stage
of management approaches, describes their advantages
and disadvantages. We have obtained scientific and
special management approaches. Of all the approaches
described in detail, we could highlight system,
integration, dynamic, structural, functional and process
approaches. It was indicated, that the use of the above
approach to production management, as a whole, and
the staff in particular - is limited to the economic
sphere of activity, meanwhile, as there is a prospect of
using these approaches in the field of labor protection.
We also substantiate the choice process approach as
the most promising in the management staff of
mechanical engineering enterprise
The current state of the industry and high level of development
of technologies dictates the requirements to
various electromechanical converters of energy and
electric drives. Constantly there are new requirements
to these types of devices and their characteristics that
lead to creation of more and more difficult devices of
the electric drive and control systems which example is
cascade systems of electric drives. This type of drives
solves part of problems of the modern industry. However,
creation of such devices requires development of
new approaches to design and creation of cascade systems
of the electric drive and its components where one
of the most complex challenges is determination of
parameters of electromagnetic system. In the article, a
new approach is given, in finding electromagnetic parameters
of components of the operated cascade asynchronous
electric drive, proceeding from the applied
types of the electric windings distributed in space. This
approach is realized at creation of the program complex,
which is part of system of automatic design
The modern level of development of the industry requires
creation of more difficult and high-precision
systems of an electric actuator allowing executing precisely
and correctly the given technological processes.
As these devices, we may consider hybrid or cascade
systems of an electric actuator. However, for creation
of such devices we require new design approaches, or
specification and improving of the existing theories and
methods of design of classical systems. The main difficulty
in calculation consists in determination of parameters
of electromagnetic system. In this article, new
approach is given in finding of electromagnetic parameters
of components of an asynchronous controlled
cascade electric actuator taking into account real geometry.
This approach was formed during creation of
the program complex, which is a part of a system of
automatic design
The article is devoted to the decision of an actual problem of consideration of an estimation of assimilation territory potential, as one of indicators of an ecological estimation of city territories.
In this article, the estimation approximating calculations of an economic estimation of assimilation of potential atmosphere as element of national wealth on the basis of available information about assimilation abilities of air pool, expenses for its clearing and damage from pollution is resulted
The results of operating conditions of harvesting forest machines by means of optimization harvesting forest process with application of the queueing theory are considered
Applied Statistics - the science of how to analyze
the statistical data. As an independent scientificpractical
area it develops very quickly. It includes
numerous widely and deeply developed scientific
directions. Those who use the applied statistics and
other statistical methods, usually focused on specific
areas of study, ie, are not specialists in applied
statistics. Therefore, it is useful to make a critical
analysis of the current state of applied statistics and
discuss trends in the development of statistical
methods. Most of the practical importance of
applied statistics justifies the usefulness of the work
on the development of its methodology, in which the
field of scientific and applied activities would be
considered as a whole. We have given some brief
information about the history of applied statistics.
Based on Scientometrics of Applied Statistics we
state that each expert has only a small part of
accumulated knowledge in this area. We discuss five
topical areas in which modern applied statistics
develops, ie five "points of growth": nonparametric,
robustness, bootstrap, statistics of interval data, and
statistics of non-numerical data. We discuss some
details of the basic ideas of a non-numerical
statistics. In the last more than 60 years in Russia,
there has been a huge gap between official statistics
and the scientific community of experts on statistical
methods
The article analyzes the current state of virtualization technology, development trends, changes in approaches to the provision of IT services using virtualization technologies, and shows the ways and areas of virtualization technologies application in economic IT environments
