COMBINED FORECASTING OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE ECONOMY

The main statements of the methodology of forecasting of social-economic phenomena and processes in agriculture and the basic requirements to ensure realistic results of forecasting the development of the agrarian economy are considered in this work. The relevance of this topic conditioned on the need of developing a systematic and evidence-based development strategy for the agricultural sector of the country as a whole and on the regional level. In this regard, the study presents an analysis of the main indicators of the Program of development of agriculture of Russia and the Stavropol region, as well as their comparative characteristics, which allowed us to make conclusions about the region's share in the national indicators of agricultural development. The authors have conducted forecasting of the major indicators of Agriculture of Russia and the Stavropol region. The forecast covers such characteristics of agriculture, as the amount of output (production component), investments in fixed capital of agro industrial complex (investment component) and balanced financial result (resultant component). The composed scenarios of development of agricultural production in Russia and the Stavropol region reflect possible trends: inertial development of the industry, based on maintaining the current dynamics of development; pessimistic scenario anticipating slow pace of development of investment activity in the agricultural sector; optimistic scenario, based on the assumption that the creation of fundamental conditions for public and private investment in agro industrial complex. COMBINATORY METHOD OF NUMBERS′ FACTORIZATION

Problem having elementary formulation makes us look for its easier solution. So the combinatorial method of positive integer’s factorization is an attempt to do it. The combinatory method possesses simple algorithm, leading immediately to finding out all the factorizations and identification of all prime numbers on any interval of the positive integers. Prime numbers don’t carry any information except their own magnitude. Composite numbers, possessing divisibility properties provide possibility to discover the law of their distribution. The achievement of this purpose also completely solves the problem of finding out the law of prime numbers’ distribution

Photovoltaic devices are a promising solution to the energy crisis, because they generate electricity directly from sunlight, without producing CO2. While color-sensitized batteries are the most studied element, mainly due to its low cost and high efficiency solar energy conversion into electricity. COLOR WORDS IN THE LANGUAGE OF ECONOMICS

The article is fulfilled in the frames of modern linguistic studies where the cognitive aspects of language activities are actively studied, concept researches are conducted and is devoted to the study of color words in the design of color picture of the world of different language cultures and their role and function in formation of special language terminology. The authors analyze compound terms and their definitions of a new emerging trend of the economy – green economy, borrowed from the materials of UN organizations and Institute of Green Economy and reveal that the color word green participates in terminology formation due to metaphoric use, as an indirect nomination that gives way to sense increment. Color words bear assessment charge that is realized in terms formation through complex attributive combinations. The ambivalence of the semantics of color is demonstrated through opposite meanings and this allows conclusion that color words are connected with emotional and volitional state of a person, society and that they are perceived in a figurative, non-color, but psychological, emotional meaning and due to this ability they are able to form mental formation in professional field

COLOR MATTER GENERATION IN THE RICCI FLOW IN GENERAL RELATIVITY

In this article, we investigate the restricted problem of many bodies with a logarithmic potential in the general theory of relativity. We consider the metric having axial symmetry and containing a logarithmic singularity. In numerical calculations, we studied the properties of the gravitational potential in the problem of establishing a static condition in which multiple singularities retain the initial position on the axis of the system. This is achieved due to relativistic effects, which have no analogues in Newton's theory of gravitation. The motion of relativistic particles in a logarithmic potential sources distributed on the surface of a torus simulated. It is shown that the trajectory of the particles in these systems form a torus covered with needles. It was found, that the Ricci flow in the general theory of relativity could be born three kinds of matter - positive and negative energy density, as well as the color of matter, the gravitational potential of which is complex. It has been shown that this type of material is associated with the manifestation of the quantummechanical properties, which is consistent with the hypothesis of the origin of Schrodinger quantum mechanics. It is assumed that the most likely candidate for the role of the color of matter is the system of quarks as to describe the dynamics of quarks using the logarithmic potential, and the quarks themselves are not observed in the free state
