The article is focused on the question of reforming Russian public and private companies’ law and the various problems that accompany the reform of civil law. So it is noted that the Civil Code still maintain the existing division of legal persons for commercial and non-commercial, but offered no new legal entities. This is largely due to the fact that the legislator seeks only to remove the gaps. The author notes the lack of commitment of the legislator to offer promising models of commercial legal entities. However, the author notes that the elimination of errors only available legislation is not enough. For completeness of legal regulation it requires a new approach to the reform of civil law. We require the same approach for entrepreneurs as well. These subjects of civil and business relations need new models of business. Creating new models should be a subject to certain logic of their construction. The entire list of models of commercial legal entities must be built on the principle of scale. That is, each model of commercial entity must be subordinated to this principle on the basis of their economic importance

respect to the main economically valuable characteristics.
Combining ability with respect to “grain productivity”
has been studied among fourteen selfpollinated
lines of maize of early ripening and three
testers in the system of hybrid combinations. We have
proved that weather conditions have an influence on
the variability of the estimates of the combining ability.
We have identified the new self-pollinated lines of
maize SP 165 and SP 175, which are characterized by
invariably high evaluations in the effects of GCA (gi)
in different years. The new self-pollinated line SP 167
has got high variants of SCA (δ2si). The new lines SP
161, SP 163, SP 167 and SP 174 have been characterized
by the variability of the evaluations in the effects
of GCA. They are related to the first or second rank in
respect of GCA, depending on the year of the conducted
evaluation. These are SP 163, SP 164, SP 170,
SP 171 and SP 173 that have differed by their variability
of the variants of SCA (from the low variants to
the high ones). The highly productive testcross hybrids:
Madonna M × SP 165 (4.88 t / ha), Madonna M
× SP 171 (4.85 t / ha), Madonna M × SP 167 (4.80 t /
ha), T 7M × SP 165 (4.78 t / ha) have been obtained
based on the self-pollinated lines having invariably
high figures of GCA and SCA
Studied the investigation of the therapeutic effect of experimental mixture of four non-transducing E. coli bacteriophages and it combinations with probiotic, designed on the basis of the endemic Lactobacillus paracasei strain, previously isolated from pigs in this age of the local population in the state, the survival rate and laboratory parameters of pigs with post-weaning diarrhea. The most influence on the correction of E. coli dynamics has a combined oral administration of phage medicine and probiotic preparation established. The most influence on the dynamics of titer phages has not only the combined using (both oral and intradermal) of phage medicine with the probiotic preparation, but also an isolated ingestion of phage mixture

Plowing is the main and most energy-intensive way of primary tillage. The development and the introduction of the energy-saving ways of the primary tillage are of great scientific and practical interest. In the Azov-Black Engineering Institute, we have developed a combined method of the tillage and a tool using left-hand blades designed to handle the lower layers of the soil. The tool is designed for a layered tillage providing moldboard shallow and mouldboardless shallow (12 ... 18 cm) subsurface tillage using the cropping and the offset of the lower layer of soil in the direction of the daylight surface. The installation of the left-hand blades is designed to decrease the energy intensity of the technological process by reducing the weight of soil treated by the plow body. The aim of this study is to compare the energy assessment of the three ways of the tillage: - Plowing without skimmers; - Plowing with coulters being at the wall of the furrow; - Plowing with a left-hand blades tool. The study has been carried out using a graphical simulation of the shifting of the center of gravity of the soil layer. The assessment of the energy intensity of the technological process has been carried out by the capacity value consumed to shift the center of gravity of the treated layer of soil at the different depths of the tillage. The results of the study have showed that the change of the total quantity of the shifting of the center of gravity of the treated soil layer ranges from 0.43 ... to 0.67 m in respect of the two first-mentioned ways of plowing, while the same index in respect of the combined tool ranges from 0.37 ...to 0.55 m. The maximum power consumption of the process is also higher in respect of the two first-mentioned ways of the tillage. The power required to shift the center of gravity of the treated layer in respect of both ways ranges from 0.6 ... to 2.0 kW. , while the same index in respect of the combined method of tillage ranges from 0.3 ... to 0.9 kW
