Diseases cause great damage to agriculture, reducing
yields and decreasing its quality. The losses
are up to 20-30% of potential crop yields. Different
types of rust and powdery mildew cause significant
damage to wheat. Thereby, the growing of
varieties tolerant to these diseases is of great importance
at present. It allows solving such problems
as the improvement of stability of grain production
(especially in the epiphytotic time), improvement
of its quality and reduction of prime
cost of the product. Cultivation of resistant varieties
gives the opportunity to avoid a use of crop
protection chemicals and thus, to improve environment.
The researches were carried out in the
laboratory of intensive soft winter wheat breeding
and seed-growing of FSBSI ARRIGC after I.G.
Kalinenko in 2013-2015. The crop was sown in a
bare fallow. 275 samples of soft winter wheat from
the world collection VIR, Turkey (CIMMYT),
new varieties of domestic and foreign breeding,
varieties and constant selection lines of own selection
were the subjects of the study.
Favorable for disease development weather conditions
allowed evaluating collection samples according
to the degree of infection with leaf rust and powdery mildew under natural conditions.
According to a complex resistance to leaf rust and
powdery mildew we have distinguished the following
samples: ‘Nakhodka’, ‘1226/98’, ‘662/99’,
‘1366/08’, ‘Patriarkh’ (Russia); ‘Shestopalivka’(Ukraine);
‘Simonida’ (Serbia); ‘MV 15-04’
(Hungary); ‘Rialto’ (England); ‘Menestrel’
(France); ‘№42 CIMMYT’ (US). Thus, our conducted
study resulted in distinguishing the samples
of soft winter wheat which are resistant to leaf rust
and powdery mildew and are recommended to use
as a source of resistance and tolerance to these
pathogens. The samples with a combined resistance
to both pathogens are of particular interest

The inner structure of the category of measure, degree, and its relationship with other cognitive categories is discussed in the article. Isofunctional representations of syntactic constructions with the meaning of measure and degree allowing revelation of cognitive-syntax nature of investigated category are analyzed
There are many opinions on the question of what kind of society we live in at the beginning of the XXI century. Previously, it was believed that this is a post-industrial society. There was even an opinion that it would be a society of developed socialism or even a communist society. After that, the opinion on this has changed. First, modern society was called the information society, and then the society based on knowledge. The latest news in this area is that it seems that modern society is a digital society, that is, a society, based on digital technologies, digital communications, digital information processing and transmission technologies, as well as digital artificial intelligence technologies. In a digital society and science people must move to digital intelligent research technologies. In particular, the question arises as to whether veterinary medicine in a digital society should not also become cognitive veterinary medicine. This work is devoted to a detailed and reasoned (according to the authors) answer to this question. The methodology and terminology in this new field is not yet established and is not generally accepted. Therefore, in this work a lot of attention is paid to the logic and methodology of scientific knowledge, terminological issues and definitions of concepts
It is suggested to realize simulating of a system of irrigated farming by means of cognitive technologies. A cognitive map for interaction of irrigated farming system with the environment is developed. Re¬search principles for scenarios of system behavior of a simu-lation model are stated
In the article, we develop the methodology of strategic planning and management of the holding on the theoretical basis of automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis). This methodology provides scientific research of any holding by creating and researching its model. The methodology includes both the synthesis, adaptation and verification of system-cognitive models of the holding, and the use of these models for strategic planning and decision support for managing the holding, as a complex, multiparametric, nonlinear system. The relevance of the research is due to the special role of holdings and other corporate integrated structures both in Russia as a whole and, in particular, in the Krasnodar region. Despite obvious system advantages, holdings face a wide range of problems related to management efficiency, ensuring their sustainable functioning, etc. The proposed methodology offers ways to solve these problems and can be successfully applied in holdings and other corporate integrated structures of various regions, volumes and areas of activity, which determines the relevance of the research topic. The level of significance and scientific novelty of the Research consists in the development of conceptual and theoretical and methodological provisions aimed at managing the development of holdings. The expected results and their significance are that the methodology developed as a result of the Research can be applied by holding companies and other corporate integrated structures and will significantly improve the quality of their management
The application of classical forecasting methods applied to a diversified corporation faces some certain difficulties, due to its economic nature. Unlike other businesses, diversified corporations are characterized by multidimensional arrays of data with a high degree of distortion and fragmentation of information due to the cumulative effect of the incompleteness and distortion of accounting information from the enterprises in it. Under these conditions, the applied methods and tools must have high resolution and work effectively with large databases with incomplete information, ensure the correct common comparable quantitative processing of the heterogeneous nature of the factors measured in different units. It is therefore necessary to select or develop some methods that can work with complex poorly formalized tasks. This fact substantiates the relevance of the problem of developing models, methods and tools for solving the problem of forecasting the development of diversified corporations. This is the subject of this work, which makes it relevant. The work aims to: 1) analyze the forecasting methods to justify the choice of system-cognitive analysis as one of the effective methods for the prediction of semi-structured tasks; 2) to adapt and develop the method of systemic-cognitive analysis for forecasting of dynamics of development of the corporation subject to the scenario approach; 3) to develop predictive model scenarios of changes in basic economic indicators of development of the corporation and to assess their credibility; 4) determine the analytical form of the dependence between past and future scenarios of various economic indicators; 5) develop analytical models weighing predictable scenarios, taking into account all prediction results with positive levels of similarity, to increase the level of reliability of forecasts; 6) to develop a calculation procedure to assess the strength of influence on the corporation (sensitivity) of its member enterprises; 7) to finalize the software tools the ask analysis to the level of information technology, given its adaptation and development to predict actions in a diversified corporation
This article discusses the problem of methodological
support for the management of the recovery cycle of
Russian industry, which is caused by the
transformation of factors affecting the achievement
of the required parameters of competitiveness. Given
the low level of technological development, it is
proposed to rely on the concept of sustainability in
determining the strategy of re-industrialization in
Russia. As a theoretical platform of such a concept,
the ideas of intellectualization of enterprise
management are proposed, which were developed in
the foreign theory of industrial management. Thus,
the main factors influencing the stability of the
enterprise were correlated with elements of the
"ADACOR holonic" -architecture of management,
inspired by biological and evolutionary theories. An
empirical analysis of the impact of self-organizing
factors using the technology of cognitive modeling,
which revealed a significant impact on the company's
sustainability of environmental assessment factors.
The state is revealed under which the effect of local
stability within the limits of the parameters
"Diagnostics of threats" and "Unpredictability of the
environment" is achieved, which makes it possible to
form a complex of management actions to regulate
these parameters using the coenoses tools. The
proposed interdisciplinary approach, based on a
system of regularities of the physical and
mathematical order, will greatly enhance the
effectiveness of forecasting and the predictability of
enterprise development
A number of authors (Milaeva I. V., Zaitsev S. Yu., Dovzhenko N. A., Tsarkov D. V., Tsarkova M. S., 2015) have proposed a regression model and a method for indirect measurement of fat and protein content in cow's milk by its dynamic surface tension, which has a number of advantages over the traditional approach. The model reflects the objectively existing relations between the content of fat and protein in cow's milk and parameters of centigrams of dynamic surface tension at the interface of the milk/air. These relationships are revealed by the authors of the method wit mathematical processing of 112 empirical samples. For this purpose, they have applied regression and correlation analysis (in MS Excel). Since the content of fat and proteins in milk largely determines its quality, this problem refers to the problems of qualimetry. However, this problem of qualimetry also refers to typical problems of pattern recognition (multi-parameter typing and system identification), and therefore it is possible that the quality of its solution can be improved by the use of artificial intelligence methods, in particular cognitive and information technologies. Moreover, these relationships are quite complex. The use of intelligent technologies also creates additional opportunities for the study of the simulated subject area by studying its model. All this is of great scientific and practical interest for both researchers and practitioners. To solve all these problems in the work we have applied Automated System-Cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its software tool which is an intelligent system called "Eidos". A numerical example based on real data has been considered in detail as well
