The article consists of the results of scientific researches about modern state of grain and elevator business. It describes established trends in the government regulation of grain market. The author motivates the practicability of the state financial support for construction mini-elevator by the grain producers
The article deals with the problem of onimization of
proper names and common nouns in individual-speech
nominations such as the "Thomas" vacuum cleaner. To
study the question of homonymy of proper names and
common nouns and their recognition in speech we set
the problem of preserving the identity of the proper
name to itself in speech formations designed to
transfer this proper name to the sphere of other subject
correlations, the possibility of contextual and other
identifiers to switch the original proper names and
common names into a new sphere of naming for a
period sufficient for the appearance of a new usage.
The speech affiliation of these proper name component
nominations is stressed. It is concluded that the
inclusion of proper names in the speech
denominations, despite their mass character, are of an
occasional nature and very rarely serve as a basis for
the formation of homonyms - new common words.
Proper name as a part of an individual speech name is
not a proper name in the true sense, but only an
identifier, a formant of the value of singularity,
existing only as far as its name is preserved. With the
disappearance or transformation of this name, the
proper name identifier returns to its original state
The article examines the issues of competitiveness of production of fruit products. We carried out a strategic analysis of the competitiveness of the fruit industry of Krasnodar region
One of the main trends of the modern education
modernization is its aim to develop the students'
individuality. The development of the students'
individuality assumes implementation of an
individualization principle in teaching. In this work, on
the basis of the analysis of main historical and modern
definitions of a concept «individualization in teaching»
we have identified the following functions: adaptation,
developing, realization. Based on these functions the
maintenance of the concept of individualization in
teaching is specified in modern conditions. The
development of the individualization in teaching issues
is particularly relevant at a higher degree of basic
education, because the individualization of learning at
the senior high school is consistent with the age
peculiarities of senior high school students. Because of
the identified functions, purposes of individualization
in teaching at a higher degree of basic education are
specified
The article contains information that allows us to assess the importance of intermuscular abscesses in the range of indicators that affect the quality of pork produced in modern pig breeding complexes with flow technology. Calendar periods with increased rates of carcass rejection at a meat processing plant due to intermuscular abscesses were identified; the numerical value of rejection was established: from 2-3 carcasses from a batch in the "safe" months to 20-30 in the "unfavorable" ones. The article presents opinions of researchers on the causes of intermuscular abscesses are given; the importance of violations of vaccination technology is highlighted; an officially approved immune-prophylaxis scheme used at a large meat processing enterprise in the Krasnodar region. The analysis of the specialist's actions during the implementation of vaccine injections in growing animals was performed, and possible causes of process violations that can lead to the occurrence of an abscess were determined. The work justifies use of in vivo and post-slaughter ultrasound diagnostics of an abscess as a pathological object with certain characteristics. We have also noted the necessity of economic justification for the purchase of a mobile or stationary ultrasound device by a company
In the article we recommend 7 species of Stratiomyidae to be used as umbrella and conserved species for 5 landscape complexes of the North-west Caucasus and 4 species for 4 landscape complexes of the Crimea
The article is devoted to the studying and comparing
different points of view of teachers-musicians on the
problem of pupils' individual study. The work gives
basic principles of organization and building an
independent practice at the piano lessons
THE PROBLEM OF READING AND WRITING IN THE CONTEXT OF A POETICS AND PRAGMATICS OF PHILOSOPHICAL TEXTS
The article considers the problem of reading and
writing that is topical for the modern philosophy of
the text. Philosophical text in modern humanitarian
science is considered from the perspective of two of
its functions – poetic and pragmatic. The poetic
function of the text related to the structure of the text
and the cultural and social role of the author in the
process of "production". The pragmatic function of
the text assumes its "consumption" by the reader, as
well as the process of communication between author
and reader. This article describes the results of
research "the author function" in the humanitarian
culture of the twentieth century. Modern analysts,
such as R. Barthes, M. Foucault and Eco are talking
about the "death of the author", so the term “letter”
replaces the concept of text in modern culture. In this
regard, the role of the reader increases, not only as a
"recipient" of the text, but also as his collaborator.
The reader interprets the text, providing the space of
its cultural consumption and reproduction in modern
society. The key mechanism for such reproduction
can be called "hypertext" because it corresponds to
the understanding of the text from the perspective of
structuralism, and from the perspective of modern
information society. In the article we make a
conclusion about the necessity of further research in
this direction
In various applications, it is necessary to analyze
several expert orderings, i.e. clustered rankings
objects of examination. These areas include
technical studies, ecology, management, economics,
sociology, forecasting, etc. The objects can be some
samples of products, technologies, mathematical
models, projects, job applicants and others. In the
construction of the final opinion of the commission
of experts, it is important to find clustered ranking
that averages responses of experts. This article
describes a number of methods for clustered
rankings averaging, among which there is the
method of Kemeny median calculation, based on the
use of Kemeny distance. This article focuses on the
computing side of the final ranking among the
expert opinions problem by means of median
Kemeny calculation. There are currently no exact
algorithms for finding the set of all Kemeny
medians for a given number of permutations
(rankings without connections), only exhaustive
search. However, there are various approaches to
search for a part or all medians, which are analyzed
in this study. Zhikharev's heuristic algorithms serve
as a good tool to study the set of all Kemeny
medians: identifying any connections in mutual
locations of the medians in relation to the
aggregated expert opinions set (a variety of expert
answers permutations). Litvak offers one precise
and one heuristic approaches to calculate the median
among all possible sets of solutions. This article
introduces the necessary concepts, analyzes the
advantages of median Kemeny among other possible searches of expert orderings. It identifies
the comparative strengths and weaknesses of
examined computational ways
The author deals with problems of substitution of
senses and notions in the science and in the social life.
Such processes result not only in distortion of the
scientific worldview but also in absolutely undesirable
social cataclysms. However, this scientific problem
has not been yet worked out to sufficient extent, which
hampers preventing the mentioned distortions of the
real worldview and brings to unwanted consequences
requiring correlation and corrections. The question of
senses and notions substitution is not new in the
science but it has not been yet sufficiently studied. We
know that strictness of thinking must be dearly paid
for in loss of flexibility in revaluation of senses, which
makes you easily slip into dogmatism. It should be
noted that this keeps taking place both in the science
itself and in the life of society any science is called to
serve. So the science can be hardly imagined without
schools of thought. They ensure preservation of certain
knowledge, vision, approach and, finally, of a certain
school – they are traditions and authority of the
science. However, having passed their golden age,
when the founder used to be followed after several
generations by dogmatists whose genius and talent
were far from being so great, a school begins to
degrade producing scholasticism by substitution and
emasculation of senses and notions and finally
destructs itself. The collectivization in the USSR in the
30ies of the 20th century and so-called “extremes”
associated with it being that very substitution of sense
platforms in its pure form constitutes a rather
illustrative example of social manipulation based on
the substitution of sense platforms. These activities
relating to detection of senses and notions substitution
will also be developed in the future. The truth will be
approached as before through cleaning the knowledge
of the myth, through searching for the original sense or
the archetype separated from lie and fabrication,
cleaned of scientific dishonesty and political order
