APPROBATION OF ISSR DNA-MARKERS FOR GENOTYPING OF GALÁNTHUS WORONOWII LOSINSK.. AND ANALYSIS OF GENETIC STABILITY OF PLANTS, OBTAINED BY IN VITRO CULTURE

abstract 1331709088 issue 133 pp. 1166 – 1178 30.11.2017 ru 681
In the course of the work, 33 ISSR markers were evaluated for efficacy in the detection of genetic changes in regenerants of Galanthus woronowii Losinsk.. Ten markers were found suitable for genotyping according to the species under study. Five samples from the selected ten were analyzed for a sample of 20 plants of regenerants and a mother plant. The obtained data testify to genetic stability of plant material in the process of microclonal propagation

APPROBATION OF GENOTYPING METHOD OF WINE YEAST (GENUS SACCHAROMYCES) BY THE ANALYSIS OF INTER-DELTA GENOMIC REGION

abstract 1121508036 issue 112 pp. 481 – 491 30.10.2015 ru 1065
The study was performed to genotype some commercial wine yeast strains using the assay of Interdelta genomic sequences. Experimental parameters of PCR to identify were optimized and optimal simplified method of DNA extraction from dried preparations of yeast cultures was define. Proven method showed a high level of resolution and can be used for the analysis of genetic diversity wine yeast in combination with SSR-markers

APPLICATION OF SPECTROSCOPY IN NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE TO DETERMINE THE BAS IN PRODUCER PLANTS IN CULTURE OF IN VITRO AND IN SITU

abstract 0931309013 issue 93 pp. 200 – 210 30.11.2013 ru 1451
This article discusses the use of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy for the determination of biologically active substances-producing plants in the culture of in vitro and in situ. The same is said about the benefits of obtaining biologically active substances from plants in culture in vitro. Formulated a number of problems for theoretical study and experimental development basic principles on the use of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in pharmaceutical analysis for standardization and quality assessment of BAS

APPLICATION OF BIOLOGICAL PREPARATION DESTROIL FOR CLEANING FROM BLACK MINERAL OIL POLLUTED SOILS AND WATER IN MAIKOP REGION

abstract 0851301033 issue 85 pp. 418 – 428 28.01.2013 ru 1974
Oil products are among the most widespread pollutants of objects of environment. Near Maikop in 2008 the large center of black oil pollution was formed. This site became the range for studying of consequences of black oil pollution of soils and water objects under natural conditions. In the real work stages of a recultivation of the soils polluted by fuel oil on a site in Maikop are described. Results of application of a biological preparation Destroil for cleaning of reservoirs are considered. The obtained data allowed to draw a conclusion, that the application of the bacterial preparation Deystroil promoted decomposition of oil products before chemically neutral connections both in the soil, and in water objects

APOGEOTROPIC SHOOTS OF CEREALS

abstract 0981404062 issue 98 pp. 844 – 869 30.04.2014 ru 1256
Apogeotropic shoots of cereal different of wide range of types of shoots, noticeable differences on characteristic, features of development, their role in the herbage, the seasonal dynamics of crop formation, experiencing noticeable effect on the reaction conditions of soil fertility and humidity. Multiyear cereals in the process of shoot formation form the generative, hidden generative, elongated, short side and underground runners. Multiyear cereals are widely distributed throughout the world, including the tribe Antropogoneae, Chloridaeae, Maydae, Peniceae, Tripsaceae, Festucoideae and others that presented in different parts of the world, and perennial and annual forms. Many cereals are allocated notable longevity, which is largely determined by a wide adaptability to vegetatively propagate. Between northern and southern grasses differences are observed throughout the development of individuals, beginning with emergence. In the southern cereal first sheet has a lancet or ovoid shape and bent at a right angle to his vagina, it is the northern linear subulate form. Cereals are different typology of different shoots. Most large divergence is characterized with erect shoots in both groups of cereals

ANTICELLULAR EFFECTORS OF IMMUNITY AT AFRICAN SWINE FEVER

abstract 0621008024 issue 62 pp. 297 – 305 28.10.2010 ru 1959
Some optimal conditions to fix virus-specific anticellular effectors of immunity at African swine fever (ASF) were determined. Injection of an attenuated strain FK-135 at high doses enables registration of antibodies active in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity (ADCT) and primary cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) on days 3 and 6, respectively. After infection of pigs with a virulent strain F-32 not any immunity anticellular effectors were found
