BIOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF WINE MATERIALS FROM INTRODUCED GRAPE VARIETIES GROWN IN THE TEMRIUK DISTRICT OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1011407009 issue 101 pp. 136 – 150 30.09.2014 ru 1723
Introduced grape varieties such as Ancelotti, Bachka, Johanniter, Morava and Solaris which were grown in the conditions of Taman provided production of high yields of grapes with standard conditions of sweetness and acidity of grape juice that were useful for the technical processing of not only tableware, but also for special wines, in particular, dessert. Organoleptic properties of all the studied wine materials from grapes of these varieties were of high quality, which was con-firmed by their tasting evaluation. They are recom-mended for the preparation of organic (bio) wines. The "Biologik" wine in 2012 received a certificate of the high points at the international exhibition in Italy (Rome), and the wine from red grape variety Ancelotti for several years, winning awards from international wine competitions ("Yalta. Gold Griffon", "Gold au-tumn")

BEST AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY AS AN ELEMENT OF ECOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION OF PIG-BREEDING

abstract 1261702041 issue 126 pp. 582 – 599 28.02.2017 ru 584
The article analyzes the main factors of the negative impact of pig farms on the environment, for the characteristics of which are used criteria such as emissions of ammonia, methane, nitrous oxide, dust, loss of nitrogen and phosphorus in manure output, feed consumption and water consumption, economic evaluation, capital costs of reducing emissions, operational cost. The technical level, resource and energy consumption in the production of pork have been analyzed in a comparative perspective. The necessity of implementation of best available techniques in order to ensure environmentally oriented production growth has been provided. The importance of the development of technology selection algorithm and clarification the basic criteria for the selection has been emphasized. Also, there was detected the role of technical regulation for the prevention of excess pollution. The necessity of a comprehensive approach was proven for the implementation of NDT in the framework of environmental and industrial policies. Implementing NDT will provide the ecological modernization of pig production, which is confirmed by the experience of European countries, successfully implementing the concept of NDT from the 70s of the twentieth century. At the same time, not only economic measures should be used (exemption from pollution charges, grants and subsidies), but also the administrative tools (based on a valuation of NDT, integrated permits). Daylight technological regulation will provide "green" economic growth and will contribute to solving social and economic problems. Implementation of the project is not possible without the exchange of information, the definition of time and economic characteristics of the implementation of NDT, comparative analysis and classification technologies to NDT. In 2017, it has already been planned to publish the NDT reference "Intensive breeding of pigs,” while the implementation of best available technologies will become the basis of ecological modernization of the industry. The inclusion of the author to the technical working group on development of the handbook "Intensive breeding of pigs" allows to participate on-line in the discussion of topical issues

BALANCE OF NUTRITIONAL ELEMENTS IN SOIL IN DEPENDENCE ON CULTIVATION TEHNOLOGY OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS IN CENTRAL CHERNOZEM REGION

abstract 0771203094 issue 77 pp. 1111 – 1120 30.03.2012 ru 1367
This article reviewed the results of analysis of a balance of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in chernozem (typical black leached soil of Belgorod region) after two crop rotations by different cultivation technologies of agricultural crops. The balance of nutritional elements has been calculated and the optimal agro technology for deficitless balance of plant nutritional elements determined

ASSESSMENT OF THE NEW SOURSE MATERIAL FOR BREEDING EARLY AND AVERAGE MAIZE HIBRIDS

abstract 0791205001 issue 79 pp. 1 – 16 31.05.2012 ru 1927
The article presents the result of correlation analysis of harvest structural elements. They have been analyzed for their effect on the biological yield inbred lines. The distribution of inbred lines in terms of manifestation of each trait separately was made. The final step was the evaluation of hybrids and calculation of economic efficiency of their implementation. As a result of the work, three hybrid combinations of corn were selected, and studying in further strain testing was suggested

ASSESSMENT OF PHOTOSYNTHETIC ACTIVITY OF PAMYAT SIMIRENKO PEACH VARIETIES ON VVA-1 CLONAL ROOTSTOCK DEPENDING ON THE FORMING CROWN

abstract 1111507084 issue 111 pp. 1314 – 1324 30.09.2015 ru 958
The article considers the results of the evaluation of the photosynthetic activity of peach trees in intensive plantations on clonal rootstock VVA-1 in the formation of improved cupped spindle-shaped crown. It is established that in the formation of spindle-shaped crown all the parts of it have just the right lighting, the leaves contain more chlorophyll, they are more specific and have real productivity

abstract 0621008010 issue 62 pp. 119 – 128 28.10.2010 ru 2279
Researches on assessment of peach-tree stocks stability to soil pathogens (nematodes, fungi and bacterial diseases) and to the excess of lime and moisture as well were carried out in the conditions of scientific-industrial enterprises of Agromillora Cotalana (Spain). Adaptation level of studied stocks to marked stressors was determined upon the results of this work. The steadiest to them are allocated. Various parameters of grades of a peach in these conditions are estimated

ASSESSMENT OF CARBON-DEPOSIT AND OXYGEN-PRODUCING PART OF ARTIFICIAL FOREST PLANTATIONS OF THE KUBAN FORESTRY IN THE KARACHAYCHERKESSIA REPUBLIC

abstract 1211607103 issue 121 pp. 1677 – 1691 30.09.2016 ru 323
Currently, due to the risk of global warming because of increased concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, carbon-deposit function of forest ecosystems, thanks to which stabilization of gas composition of the atmosphere takes place, has great importance [1]. Forest is one of the main components of the biosphere. Forests protect soil from erosion, provide stability hydrological regime of rivers, supply atmosphere with oxygen, biologically active substances, purify of harmful impurities, create optimal environmental conditions and play an important environmental role. However, because of intensive anthropogenic influence (unregulated logging, technogenic environmental pollution recreation) forest ecosystems are experiencing stresses at which irreversible processes of degradation of communities of economically valuable main forestforming species of both natural and artificial origin take place [6]. Evaluating carbon-deposit function of forest plantations, CO2 emissions to the atmosphere through the soil respiration must be taken into account, which can vary within wide limits. Productivity of forests is largely driven by carbon dioxide, released from the soil. Soil carbon dioxide provides demand of forest plants for photosynthesis. With increasing intensity of soil respiration, positive balance is maintained [2]. Based on the method of V.I. Tarankov for evaluation of carbon-deposit and oxygen-producing functions of wood cenoses [2], similar research is carried out in RSI "Kuban forestry", the KarachayCherkessia Republic
