EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF NOISE AND VIBRATION OF THE BAND SAW FRAME SAWS AND WOODWORKING MACHINES

abstract 1241610047 issue 124 pp. 732 – 743 30.12.2016 ru 564
The article presents the results of experimental studies of band noise generation and multirip woodworking machines. The studies have shown that saw woodworking group, as well as metal, are general patterns in the formation of the spectral composition that allows to approach the development of practical recommendations to reduce sound pressure levels in the work area to the operators of sanitary norms. Of particular note is the fact that elevated levels of noise generated by the cutting tool. The effect of changes in process parameters, in particular, the depth of cut and feed to levels of noise generated by the tool. For example, increasing the depth of cut in half leads to an increase of sound pressure levels at 5.8 dB (theoretically obtained value is 6 dB), and supplying a halving of the sound pressure levels reduces by 5 dB. High enough for engineering purposes convergence of theoretical and experimental sound pressure levels and the fact that the calculated values above experimental, allows the calculation and design of the system to reduce the noise under consideration in the machine is, only in service but also in their design

EUROPEAN SANCTIONS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON RUSSIAN FOREIGN TRADE IN CRUDE OIL (CASE STUDY OF NOVOROSSIYSK COMMERCIAL SEA PORT)

abstract 1281704042 issue 128 pp. 575 – 590 28.04.2017 ru 564
This article focuses on crude oil trade development between Russian Federation and European Union with relation to port of Novorossiysk performance for the period of 2010-2015 taking into consideration restrictive measures imposed by European Union. Literature review on the topic of economic sanctions on Russia and other countries and impact of these measures on economy of these countries is given in the article. After analysis of crude oil trade volumes between Russia and European Union through port of Novorossiysk it is possible to conclude that decrease in crude oil trade started two years before the introduction of restrictive measures. Current values of international trade indicators can be under significant influence of sanctions, but the general trend of decline started before that, and this trend can be connected with other then political factors. Another conclusion is the fact that sanctions made an impact on growth of crude oil turnover, but at the same time this indicator was negative for almost a decade before, making it possible to consider the factor of sanctions as significant, but not decisive

OPTIMIZATION OF THE SOWING AREA STRUCTURE UNDER THE CONDITION OF THE PRESERVATION OF THE SOIL FERTILITY AS A FACTOR OF THE EFFECTIVENESS INCREASE IN AGRARIAN PRODUCTION

abstract 1151601074 issue 115 pp. 1169 – 1179 27.01.2016 ru 565
The significance of humus content in soils of the Krasnodar region is decreased. Losses amount is 0,03- 0,05 % every year. The main means of preservation of soil fertility is the introduction of such organic fertilizers as manure. The availability of manure’s use has decreased significantly in connection with the reduction of livestock in agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region. It causes the necessity of searching of other ways of replenishing of soil fertility. The challenge is to ensure a positive balance of organic matter in soil without application of manure. The reproduction of the soil fertility can be achieved at the expense of proper selection of agricultural cultivars in the crop rotation and provision of optimal structure of sown areas. The modeling of the structure of sown areas using the developed economic-mathematical model allows to determine the optimal composition and the areas of crops for maximum gross or net income with a positive balance of humus. It is proposed to use the general indicators of economic evaluation - gross or net income, increased (decreased) in the value added of (left) humus to assess the effectiveness of land use. The calculations were made on the example of the Ltd Company “Vorontsovskoe” of Dinskoy District, they may be adopted for any agricultural organization

A NEW MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR OPTIMIZING FRACTURE LENGTH IN THE IRANIAN OIL SAND RESERVOIR

abstract 1191605009 issue 119 pp. 147 – 158 31.05.2016 ru 565
Creation of hydraulic fracturing in the physical structure of the reservoir rock is one important way to improve the productivity of oil and gas wells. These artificial channels increase ability of the reservoir rock for conducting hydrocarbons to the wellbore. In this study a new approach has been proposed for optimization of fracture half length in hydraulic fracturing operation. Also, this new method that is a combination of various fracturing geometry models has been proposed for modeling the hydraulic fracturing geometry. We have shown that there is a reasonable agreement between the result of pseudo 3D fracture geometry model and the predicted results from the proposed approach

INFLUENCE OF COMPLEX COMPOSTS ON PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF ORDINARY CHERNOZEM

abstract 1211607136 issue 121 pp. 2136 – 2164 30.09.2016 ru 566
During the last century, in the biosphere occur expressed processes of soil degradation due to anthropogenic influence, which seriously change of top layer of soil. The agricultural landscape is allocated of noticeable accumulation of various wastes at expense of growing of food crops and grazing of farm animals, as well as due to mineral wastes generated in process production of building materials and fertilizers from natural raw. According to physical and chemical characteristics of wastes of plant origin and natural-raw wastes constitute a non-toxic highly dispersed connection with an admixture of different undecomposed organic and mineral substances. Specificity of physical state is determined there of high dispersion, which is represented by system particles of colloidal substances distributed in various environments. Colloids of natural-raw wastes are characterized by a low rate of diffusion; do not penetrate finely porous membrane of cell structures, different very nonequilibrium insolubility and specific chemical composition. For example, phosphogypsum is characterized by high concentration of sulfur and calcium, and trace amounts of entire table of D.I. Mendeleev. Organic wastes are made by variety of chemical compounds and high concentration of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and other organic substances

abstract 1321708121 issue 132 pp. 1465 – 1477 31.10.2017 ru 566
The work was carried out in the scientific-research laboratory of the chair of Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Biophysics of Kuban SAU, the aim of which is the search of optimal conditions of obtaining the hydrolyzates of lactic acid bacteria by thermoacid and enzymatic ways. The pure cultures of microflora of gastrointestinal tract of quails − Lactobacillus agilis, Lactobacillus intermedius and Lactobacillus salivarius were the object of researches. Under conducting the thermal acid hydrolysis there were used the same correlations of bacterial mass and water as well as procedures of clearing of hydrolyzates. The variable conditions were рН, temperature and time of hydrolysis. When carrying out the enzymatic hydrolysis in this study there was used the enzyme from the group of muramidase lysozyme. The amount of enzymes and time of carried out hydrolysis were the variable conditions under obtaining the enzymatic hydrolyzates. In the process of researches there were studied: qualitative content of total protein, peptides with М.м. < 1500, protein and peptides with M.m. > 1500, aminoacids and as well as GMDP (glucosaminilmuramilpentapeptide). On the basis of carried out experiments there was stated that according to all components of biologically active substances the thermal acid way is more effective than enzymatic. The maximum accumulation of BAA in hydrolyzates by different ways was revealed at destruction of cells Lb. intermedius. Content of GMDP in thermal acid hydrolyzate was higher than in enzymatic on 0,028 g/100 ml (51,8 %)

The article touches the problem of studying the procedure of granting housing to refugees and IDPs (internally displaced persons) as well as their family members. The procedure of granting housing to refugees and IDPs is a very important process, being one of the general stages of the modern border policy of Russian Federation. The Standards of Housing Code and Code of Federal Regulations, which secure legal status of these categories of citizens, are analyzed In this article. The authors analyze criteria of giving the refugee or IDP status to a citizen, the procedure and conditions of providing housing to these categories of citizens. Based on the studies, the revision of the Standards of Housing Code, particularly, the expansion and supplement to the notion «accommodation» is offered, also it is offered to combine the general regulations on the procedure of providing accommodations to the refugees and IPDs. It is also substantiated in the article that there is need to amend the notion of specialized housing fond. The authors consider reasonable to clarify what are the other accommodations of different status that can be provided to refugees, IDPs, and their family members. The proposed changes in housing legislation will let us simplify and adjust the mechanism for implementing the housing regulations in legal relationships in providing housing for refugees, internally displaced persons and their families
