To increase the validity of conclusions about the impact of environment on quality of life we need to move from generalities to the application of quantitative modeling techniques. This requires the joint processing environmental databases and databases depicting various aspects of quality of life. These databases need to be handled not just together, but in a comparable form approach, technology and methodology; and we need to implement them in one software system. For the first time in the environmental studies it has been planned to be done with the application of the ASK- analysis and the system called "Eidos". In this work, we set the goals and the objectives of the application of the ASK-analysis to study the effect of environmental factors on the quality of life of the population of the region. The article reveals the urgency of this study; the requirements for the method of conducting the study, the choice of research method, the contents of the objectives of the study. The proposed work is at the edge of mathematical ecology and mathematical modeling of quality of life (which refers to mathematical and instrumental methods of Economics), resulting from expected synergies, consists in obtaining of new knowledge in these fields, that is relevant to both ecology and economy. This knowledge will make it more meaningful and justified for the application of environmental criteria and concepts in the economy
Objective: To improve the consistency and effectiveness
of strategic planning and forecasting in
modern conditions it requires development of the
existing classifications of types of planning, strategies,
forecasts and forecast methods. This study examines
the introduction to problems of spectral
analysis of the macroeconomic dynamics of key
world and Russian sugar subcomplex. The article is
devoted to forecasting the activities of integrated
manufacturing systems of sugar subcomplex in agro
industrial subcomplex. As well as to the practical
application of economic-mathematical methods
(based on spectral analysis) to control the economic
parameters of the integrated industrial systems of the
sugar subcomplex, oriented to meet the needs of the
sugar production of the population not only of individuals,
but of the regions and the country as a
whole. Discussion: Procedures to identify and study
the dynamics of periodic components of the development
of the agriculture segment agriculture are
based on methods of spectral analysis of random
processes. The article describes the performed experiments
with various kinds of non-stationary time
series of agricultural sector and food industry sugar
sub-complex. The article presents results of numerical
experiments with the spectra of time series of
sugar production, sown areas, gross harvest and
yield of sugar beet and sugar cane country. Systematic
ideas and methods underlying the spectral analysis
were shown. The article also assesses the results.
Results: The algorithm developed by the author
for the adaptive method of spectral analysis was
implemented by the author in the context of a specific
software product, namely in MS Excel format.
The results of the empirical research confirmed the
possibility of practical use of developed models in
forecasting likely scenarios for the development of
sugar sub-complex in the interests of integrated production
systems. The results are illustrated by numerous
graphs based on real data. We have also
built projection of latent structures of sugar subcomplex in the macroregions. It is revealed that each of
the macroeconomic time series can contain at least
from 2 to 9 harmonics (cycles) of different kind and
strength of impact on the trend
The article discusses the results of the pragmalinguistic
experiment. Since language game is a result of
speech creative work, which manifests the individuality
of a linguistic personality, the politician can intentionally
use language game and thereby consciously
form his attractive image. The politician, who uses
different kinds of language game, makes some personal
characteristics building up the portrait aspect of
effective political image more distinguished and thus
affects the election decision of the voter. It has been
studied whether language game influences such characteristics
as determination, insistence, persuasiveness,
emotionality, confidence, energy, sense of responsibility,
dedication, trustworthiness, honesty, a
certain hardness, decisiveness, autonomy, adherence
to principles and assertiveness. It has been concluded
that language game influences 11 of the 15 characteristics,
this fact confirms the hypothesis
The article studies dynamics of losses and the change
of composition of essential oil from split coriander
fruits. It is found, that in the fractions of split fruits,
extracted from long-stored commercial lots of raw
materials, mass fraction of essential oil is two or three
times lower than in whole fruits. In the composition of
essential oil from split fruits the content of valuable
components - linalool, geraniol, geranyl acetate is
slightly higher, and the content of undesirable
hydrocarbons and camphor is lower. It is shown that
from freshly split fruits, which were stored in a thin
layer in the open air, the oil was intensively lost in the
first three days, the losses reached 86 %. At the same
time, the composition of the oil changed: the content
of most volatile components - hydrocarbons decreased
several times and the content of high-boiling linalool,
geraniol, geranyl acetate significantly increased, which
increased the quality of the oil smell. The change of
composition is determined not only by the ratio of
components volatility. The content of relatively high
boiling camphor almost half decreased. This could be
associated with less ability of fruit tissue to sorb and
the ability of camphor to be easily sublimated.
The content of volatile n-cymene over time increased
with a simultaneous decrease in the content of γ–
terpinene, which confirmed predominantly chemical
way of n-cymene accumulation in coriander essential
oil in conditions conducive to oxidation. It is
recommended to separate the split fruits as soon as the
raw materials come to the plant and to process
immediately. Essential oil from split fruits can be used
to adjust the composition of individual lots of oil in
order to improve their quality, and to provide
extraction of valuable components – linalool and geraniol by vacuum rectification method
In the given article, we describe an approach to the
formation of learning environment optimal structure
based on logical price tools using through statistical
assessment of universities rank distribution. The
actuality of this approach is based on the analysis of
modern methods to the formation of the university
landscape and assessment of a number of systemic
problems of universities’ structure transformation,
which consists in the disproportion reinforcement and
reducing the variety of educational programmes and
research schools, which prevents its effective
development. The postulates of institutional university
transformations based on the pragmatic paradigms
providing stability and progressive development of the
system in its self-development and evolution process
are proposed as a methodological concept of using the
statements of the cenoses theory. The logical price
analysis of the Russian universities structure in 2015
conducted above has confirmed the proposed
hypotheses, showing statistical coupling of university
environment elements, their relatively systematic
instability and structural imbalances. The educational
system assessment as a cenosis allowed to reveal
points of the required impact factor, state intervention
direction in the distribution structuring, possible
limitations associated with the implementation of large
universities support programmes. The proposed
approach has a high level of reality objective
assessment and may be used when making long-term
strategic decisions
The article deals with the problem of transgression of
Kazakhs of Bukey horde on the territory of Lower
Volga frontier. Transgression of the frontier territory is
a way to adapt to the new conditions of existence. The
author pays attention to Bukey horde, where the new
frontiry space is formed by the interaction of the
various ethnic groups. Having come to the new land,
and interacted with the Russian people and the Russian
authorities, the Kazakhs turned out in the alien cultural
landscape. Kazakhs` mentality is being changed
against the background of the collapsing patriarchal
way of life. Bukeyev inhabitants life was transformed
by the alteration of social norms. The way of life of
Bukey Horde was changed and they had to adapt to
new realities. The author of the article gives examples
of Kazakhs` transgression using archival date
In the general complex of mechanized works when
growing potatoes, potato harvesting is one of the main
operations. The efficiency of potatoes growing at the
farm largely depends on harvest quality and crop
retrieval. When harvesting potatoes with potato
harvesters their productivity largely depends on the
state of potato haulm. In a case of evolved and laid
haulm the harvesting machines productivity falls
sharply due to working organs clogging and in some
cases their work is not possible at all. Therefore, to
facilitate the work of potato harvesters it is necessary
to remove potato haulm before harvesting. But the
process of haulm removing is very laborious, including
several operations, such as mowing, raking and
transportation, each of which is performed by a
separate machine. The appearance of domestically
made rotary-type machines like KIR-1.5, UBD-3 and
BD-4 at the end of 1950-1960 made it possible to
mechanize the harvesting process of potato haulm. But
it was noticed in the operation that rotor machines
have a number of drawbacks caused by imperfections
in the rotor design, its kinematic regimes, lack of
balance and some others. Therefore, studies aimed at
improving the design of rotary-type machines seem to
be very important. To achieve this goal some
theoretical and experimental studies and lab and field
tests of the modernized four-row shredder have been
carried out. When studying methods of mathematical
analysis and elements of classical mechanics were
used. Some modern methods were applied in the lab
and field tests. The modernized haulm shredder BD-4
was tested at JSC “Avangard” in Ryazan district
Under the current conditions, it is very important to
boost the production of pork and improve its sanitary
and hygienic quality for the successful handling of
problems subjected to import substitution of meat
products. This can be reached by means of
strengthening of food reserve. For that purposes, in the
frame of two experiments yacon tubers in combination
with enzymatic agent protosubtilin GZx have been
introduced in the intakes of fattening pork stores
instead of fodder beat, and various doses of carbitox
adsorbent have been additionally added when
superfluous background of heavy metals was
observed. During the 1st experiment, the substitution of
fodder beet with the similar quantity of yacon tubers
has allowed the animals of experimental group to
outweigh the ones from the control group on 7,5% in
the terms of gross formation of body weight, and to
gain 100 kg of body weight for 7 days ahead of the
animals from control group as well. Additionally,
fodder costs per product have been reduced and the
morphological and biochemical values of animals
blood have been optimized. Based on the data from
2
nd experiment, it has been defined that the better dose
for feeding of adsorbent carbitox was 2,0 kg per tonne
of concentrates thereby the animals of 3rd experimental
group had reasonably higher body weight gain and
thereby higher feed-conversion ratio by products.
Therewith, the animals intermediary metabolism has
been speeded up due to optimization of morphological and biochemical values of blood and reduction of
heavy metals content in blood serum, in other words
level of zinc, lead and cadmium was not exceeding
maximum allowable concentration
Process of crediting has productive and consumer
character, and expresses the movement of the
commodity and monetary capital in his continuous
circulation. The productive form of the credit is
connected with features of use of the received
financial resources in production for the purpose of
obtaining again created consumer cost. The article
describes the methods and forms of mortgage
lending in the system of financial and credit relations
and their impact on reproductive processes of social
development. The authors have proved that
realization of housing policy of the state has to
combine the principles of the budgetary financing
and regulation of market processes of the relations of
distribution and redistribution of the loan capital.
Thus, a significant place in the financial relations has
been taken by a mortgage loan, which requires longterm
and cheap financial resources at an acceptable
cost for its development
