The article presents the results of laboratory
modeling of gleyisation and its effect on the
biological properties of soils with stagnant regime in
ordinary black soils. Gleyisation is a complex
biochemical process that occurs under oxygen
reduction conditions. Anaerobic microorganisms, the
presence of organic substances, and the constant or
prolonged waterlogging of individual horizons or the
entire soil profile promote gleyisation. Model
experiments revealed that gleyisation increase the
total number of bacteria and suppresses number of
actinomycetes, micromycetes and growth of fungal
mycelium. Gleyisation decreases the activity of
oxidoreductases and increases the hydrolases
activity. In addition, the second content of humus
slightly increases and active acidity (pH) changes to
neutral. Accumulation of large amounts of iron oxide
(II) in soil is revealed
The article presents the architecture of decision
support system for the adequacy of the level of lending
to small agricultural companies, which implements in
its functionality the complex of models: the
optimization of selling price of products, the efficiency
mark for using of credit funds of single-product and
multi-product companies by determined and fuzzy
methods, assessment of the system stability of the
enterprise. The system has the ability to work remotely
using cloud computing, in which computing resources
provided by the Internet users in the form of "online
service". The article substantiates the need for the
development of decision support systems for the
adequacy of the level of lending to small agricultural
enterprises. We have compiled requirements for the
development of an appropriate system and identified a
set of models to be implemented in the DSS ,
described the relationship between them and the
technique of working with them. We have also defined
names of the input and output data at various stages of
working with the DSS as well as the generalized
algorithm of the system. Based on the above, the
article proposes and describes the architecture of
decision support system. It is concluded, that the DSS
is an interactive automated system that uses a model of
decision-making, providing users with efficient access
to data and provides them with a variety of
opportunities to display information
Today, in Russia, there are many processes of
reforming local government. One of the most pressing
issues in this area of legislation is the institution of city
manager. This article contains the distinctive features
of the voting of City Manager, requirements for a
candidate for the position, rights, duties and powers,
opinions of scientists on the issue in the sphere of local
government, City Manager abroad, the question of the
legal status of City Manager in the Kuban region and
our own position about the problem. The purpose and
objective of this work is to study legislation in this
area, display trend developing, drawing up the positive
and negative aspects of local government reform. We
used a number of different levels of laws regulating
relations of Municipality. For example, such as 131-
FZ about Local Self-Government, the Criminal Code,
the law on local self-government in the Kuban region,
as well as sentences of courts of different instances. A
distinctive feature of this article is the responsibility of
City Manager, and exactly what is waiting for if he
breaks the law, and also judicial review
The article discloses a feature of graphic ornamental
motives of embroidery in clothing and household
decoration, typical for the North-West region of
Russia in the XVIII century. The semiotic status of the
Russian clothing and household decorations with
decorative ornaments embroidery with figurative
ornamental motives as a group of functionally related
items have remained very high, having both utilitarian
and sign pragmatics for millennia. Despite the sociohistorical
processes, changing the external shape of
the suit, the symbolism of embroidery patterns
remained unchanged and continued to exist until the
twentieth century. In connection with the political
events, readier subjects and fine motives can be traced
in the Russian folk embroidery due to the resettlement
of Novgorod in the XV century. This is the way from
Novgorod to Arkhangelsk and the path from Veliky
Novgorod to Vologda where Novgorod settled,
keeping their culture. It is proved, that there is a
correlation between the zoomorphic pendants, amulets
female ornaments of the tenth century and plot
embroidered with iconic ornamental motives of the
North-West region of Russia. People piously observed
the laws of their fathers and grandfathers. The
embroidery from generation to generation has been
portraying images of ancient mythology. The most
common images in the northern Russian embroidery
were the goddess of Mokos, Rozhanitsy, birds, horses,
moose, deer, and wild animals and plants, depicted in
subject compositions. The zoomorphic motives are
also the images of flying dragons, symbolizing
lightning, they are often found in Russian folk tales.
Fire Dragon was considered the protector of property
and fire. The people’s attitude to fire was special: it
was called "You sir, the King-fire", and it was
regards’ a god. One of the main roles in the
embroidery is given to the technical side. Counted
Russian embroidery stitches do not only recreate the
image, but also express its essence

The current state of the industry and high level of development
of technologies dictates the requirements to
various electromechanical converters of energy and
electric drives. Constantly there are new requirements
to these types of devices and their characteristics that
lead to creation of more and more difficult devices of
the electric drive and control systems which example is
cascade systems of electric drives. This type of drives
solves part of problems of the modern industry. However,
creation of such devices requires development of
new approaches to design and creation of cascade systems
of the electric drive and its components where one
of the most complex challenges is determination of
parameters of electromagnetic system. In the article, a
new approach is given, in finding electromagnetic parameters
of components of the operated cascade asynchronous
electric drive, proceeding from the applied
types of the electric windings distributed in space. This
approach is realized at creation of the program complex,
which is part of system of automatic design
This article discusses the different approaches to the classification of transnational criminal organizations, analyzes the model of transnational criminal activity. We have also presented convincing arguments about the need for delimitation of concepts such as "international criminal organization" and "transnational criminal organizations." Comparing transnational criminal association with major legal corporations in scale, structure, organization, the author substantiates the conclusion that the use of management principles to build the most "effective" management structure of transnational criminal organizations
The most important physical properties that characterize the substance are density and saturated vapor pressure (SVP). These parameters are required for the development of new technical processes in the petroleum and chemical industries, design of pipelines, pumping and fuel equipment, etc. Existing methods for calculating of density near and on the saturation lines are imperfect, and finding of the analytic dependence of SVP of petroleum products from all defining parameters associated with great difficulties. The purpose of present work is an experimental research and development of methods for calculating the density (specific volume) near and on saturation lines, and saturated vapor pressure of gasoline straight-run fraction derived from petroleums from three fields: Mangyshlaksky, Trinity-Anastasevsky and West Siberian. The choice of objects for research is due to the necessity of creating methods for calculating of density and SVP of oils obtained from various hydrocarbon group composition petroleums. Area of state parameters in the present work by temperature (20 ÷ 320°C) and pressure (0,03 ÷ 30 MPa) provides the ability to research gasoline fractions to supercritical regions. Measurement of density and SVP of petroleum fractions performed with help of a specially created for this purpose experimental installation
