The aim of this article is to define the criminal law prevention of family offences committed while intoxicated. The qualitative and quantitative indicators of family offences committed while intoxicated were shown. We have proposed to amend existing
legislation in order to increase the effectiveness of the criminal law prevention of family violence crimes committed while intoxicated. Criminal law prevention of family offences committed while intoxicated is methodologically built on the following positionscomparative-legal and socio-political, general and private scientific and statistical information. In our view, the main point needs to be done to identify the causes and conditions conducive to family and domestic crimes committed while intoxicated. We have to identify the main qualitative and quantitative indicators of family offences committed while intoxicated and define the basic efficiency of criminal law prevention of family violence crimes committed

In the present article the main research results of
investigation of the means of pre-milking and postmilking
treatment of cow udder and dugs are presented.
The treatment of cow udder dugs produces great effect
on the milk quality, the incidence level of mastitis of
cows in the herd, extension and pathogenic agents
transmission from sick to healthy animals; and also
udder treatment provides hygienic protection of udder
dugs. Tree concentrations of detergent of chloride
dioxide were tested. Whereof, dilution of detergent with
concentration of 90 mg/l chloride dioxide proved
effective disinfective effect in pre-milking treatment of
udder dugs. The developed medication for post-milking
treatment of cow udder dugs presented high preventive
efficiency against mastitis and provided longer hygienic
protection of cow udder dugs after milking

The state support of small business is actual in modern reality as small business is most vulnerable and capable to the most dynamic development. The existing measures of the state support are constructed according to the principles specified in the legislation are extensive and many-sided. Nevertheless, there is a number of shortcomings which overcoming is capable to increase efficiency of the state support of subjects of small business. Material and technical resources form a large part of the
costs in agricultural production and determine the level
of intensity of agriculture, productivity and
competitiveness of the industry. The most important
role in agricultural production is played by transport
operation, from productivity and quality of which
directly depends the volume and the grade of final
products. More preferable is tractor transport,
particularly for on-farm transport, taking into account
the impact of navigation systems on the ground.
Continuous growth in the saturation of tractors carried
out around the world, improves the performance of
tractor transport aggregate by increasing their capacity and speed, either on the road or in the field. However, if
you increase the saturation of tractors, it encounters
problems related to the deterioration of the
controllability of the tractor and transport unit. The
reduced controllability leads to an increase of damage to
transported agricultural products owing to increased
oscillatory processes in the system of "road – trailer –
tractor – operator" when driving on-farm trails,
deteriorating the smoothness and braking properties.
Especially sharp these questions relate to transportation
of easy-to-damage agricultural products at farm
transportation. The feature of data traffic lies in the
sharp drop in grade products (products receive
numerous mechanical damages, deteriorating its quality,
and lose marketability and accordingly reduced its cost).
Influence on fruit and vegetable products of unfavorable
factors can lead not only to a dramatic loss of quality at
the time of transportation, but also reduce the resistance
during further storage. To solve the problems emerging
when increasing the saturation of tractors, we have
proposed devices, allowing reducing negative impact on
the production of elevated oscillatory processes, to
increase the permeability and straightness of movement
of tractor-transport unit
In the article we have shown the characteristic of
conditions for effective functioning of enterprises of
different forms of management, which includes the
following elements: preferential loans, government
subsidies, preferential taxation, price regulation. It
justifies the position of the authors about the need to
strengthen the regulatory impact of the state on the
development of the rural economy for the formation of an

Since there are many alternatives to artificial intelligence systems, there is a need of assessment of the quality of mathematical models and systems of artificial intelligence that support these models. This work is aimed at studying and developing standard methods of using the database of UCI repository to assess the quality of mathematical models of systems of artificial intelligence. The aim of this work is the development of methods for assessment of the quality of mathematical models of artificial intelligence systems for the classification of animals by external evidence-based database of the UCI repository. The objectives are: systematization, consolidation and expansion of theoretical and practical knowledge in the discipline of Intellectual information systems and technologies; study of "Eidos" intelligent information system; solving the task with the use of "Eidos" intelligent information systems. The object of research is the "zoo" database of UCI repository. In the first Chapter there is an overview of the theory to the solution of the problem, identification of problems, the original data, tools and metrization scales. In the second Chapter of the work we present the solution of the task. In the conclusion, the results of the work have been made; the conclusions on the achievement of goals and objectives have been given

We discuss the problem of estimation the effectiveness of scientific activity, the advantages and disadvantages of estimates based on bibliometric databases and citation indices, we show the basic role of expert technologies. Communicative tolerance is connected with many properties and spheres entering the structure of a personality. We have selected such ones which are influenced by the level of communicative tolerance. They are intellectual, valuable-orientation, ethic, esthetic, emotional, sensory (perceptional), energetic-dynamic, algorithmic, characteristic and functional spheres of a personality. These personal factors concerns to the pivotal one determining the life way and activity of a person, its professional condition, activity in promotions of the carrier, execution of professional duties, interaction with colleagues and surrounding people. The manifestation of the mechanism of psychological emotional expression of personal differences of communicative differences of communicative tolerance allows singling out such types as (situational, typological, professional, general communicative tolerance) which are possible at communication with the manifestation of definite behavior signs and moods. The communicative tolerance influencing the personal factors of a student-manager, touches intellectual, valuable-orientation, ethic, esthetic, emotional, sensory (perceptional), energetic-dynamic and functional spheres. The essential part of a soil cover of the Republic of Adygea is occupied by gray forest soils. Thus they still remain a little studied, including concerning their resistance to chemical pollution. Contamination of gray forest soils of Adygea with Zn, Cd, Mo, Se causes deterioration of their biological properties. In most cases, the degree of reduction of the values of biological indicators is directly dependent on the concentration of pollutant in the soil. According to the degree of toxicity to the biological properties of the investigated elements form the following sequence: Se > Zn > = Cd > Mo. Biological parameters investigated in research (activity of catalase and dehydrogenase, cellulolytic ability, abundance of bacteria of the genus Azotobacter, radish root length) may be used for purposes of monitoring, diagnosis and regulation of chemical pollution of gray forest soils Zn, Cd, Mo, Se
