OPTIMIZATION PROCESS AS A WAY TO CREATE PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL ENVIRONMENT

abstract 1261702023 issue 126 pp. 304 – 314 28.02.2017 ru 562
The article describes the national education paradigm, which considers the process of learning-education as an important mechanism contributing to the formation of students’ personality according to their abilities and needs. The problem of a modern teacher consisting in optimization of educational process based on the student’s individual needs is considered. Etymological analysis of the term "optimization, which allows defining its understanding is produced. The basic criteria of optimality derived by different authors are described. The article also examines such psychology section as an educational psychology. It is said about the structure of modern Russian education system, which includes four interrelated and interdependent elements. The article draws conclusions about the necessity of designing individual educational trajectory to satisfy the specific individual educational needs. The basic principles of the Russian educational system and in accordance with it, the educational process in terms of constructing the optimization strategy are considered

OPTIMIZATION OF WHEAT GRAIN PROCESS GERMINATION CONDITIONS

abstract 1511907017 issue 151 pp. 200 – 210 30.09.2019 ru 199
The article discusses the need to control the technological parameters of wheat germination. A method of intensification of this process is proposed by pretreatment of grain with ultrasonic effect using the ULTA-0.63 / 22-OL apparatus UZTA-0.63 / 22-OL, Biysk. We have evaluated various modes of ultrasonic processing of the grain and their effect on the germination energy and the total number of nested and sprouted grains. We have also conducted optimization of grain processing conditions during germination. Based on the technological capabilities of the device and the optimal modes of ultrasonic exposure, the following exposure parameters were determined: 340 W and 5 minutes of exposure (soft wheat grain) and 397 W and 6 minutes of exposure (grain of durum wheat). The authors note that the intensification of this process significantly depends on varieties and qualities of wheat grain, since the process is complex and depends on many parameters. The use of ultrasonic treatment allows intensifying the soaking process and reducing the duration of this technological operation up to 6 hours for both samples of grain of soft and durum wheat. At the same time, for the necessary moistening of the grain, a ratio of water and grain for 1: 1 is sufficient, since there were no significant differences in the intensity of grain moistening

OPTIMIZATION OF WELL PLACEMENT IN WATERFLOOD PROJECT IN "X" FIELD NIGER DELTA, NIGERIA

abstract 1171603090 issue 117 pp. 1370 – 1381 31.03.2016 ru 581
Water flooding used in secondary oil recovery to level up reservoir pressure can be enhanced in order to fit the reservoir conditions with the aim to optimally recover oil. One of the important optimization variables to realize this aim is optimal well placement. Various methods have been suggested for this problem. Among these is direct optimization, although accurate, is difficult due to the number of simulations required. Optimal placement of up to six injection wells was studied at the X field in western Niger Delta of Nigeria. Injection rate and injection time was also optimized and net present value (NPV) of the flooding project was used as the objective function. In this case study, it is shown theoretically and by means of Eclipse 100 that according to the basic elementary reservoir characteristics, optimal oil recovery is strongly dependent on well placement pattern and injection rate. Simulation results show that good sweep efficiency can be achieved with a regular pattern with an optimal well position

OPTIMIZATION OF THE SOWING AREA STRUCTURE UNDER THE CONDITION OF THE PRESERVATION OF THE SOIL FERTILITY AS A FACTOR OF THE EFFECTIVENESS INCREASE IN AGRARIAN PRODUCTION

abstract 1151601074 issue 115 pp. 1169 – 1179 27.01.2016 ru 565
The significance of humus content in soils of the Krasnodar region is decreased. Losses amount is 0,03- 0,05 % every year. The main means of preservation of soil fertility is the introduction of such organic fertilizers as manure. The availability of manure’s use has decreased significantly in connection with the reduction of livestock in agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar region. It causes the necessity of searching of other ways of replenishing of soil fertility. The challenge is to ensure a positive balance of organic matter in soil without application of manure. The reproduction of the soil fertility can be achieved at the expense of proper selection of agricultural cultivars in the crop rotation and provision of optimal structure of sown areas. The modeling of the structure of sown areas using the developed economic-mathematical model allows to determine the optimal composition and the areas of crops for maximum gross or net income with a positive balance of humus. It is proposed to use the general indicators of economic evaluation - gross or net income, increased (decreased) in the value added of (left) humus to assess the effectiveness of land use. The calculations were made on the example of the Ltd Company “Vorontsovskoe” of Dinskoy District, they may be adopted for any agricultural organization

OPTIMIZATION OF THE RELATION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES AND PROBIOTIC MICROFLORA IN THE RECIPE OF COMPLEX FEED CONCENTRATE

abstract 1481904032 issue 148 pp. 153 – 160 30.04.2019 ru 449
Providing the population with basic foodstuffs, sources of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and other essential nutrients is one of the main issues of ensuring the security of the country, while the requirement for food safety is paramount. Production of feed additives (concentrates), which improve feed conversion, while being natural and safe for animal health, acquires the greatest importance in the conditions of intensification of agriculture and increasing the competitiveness of livestock farms. Probiotic microflora, which, in competition with pathogenic, displaces the latter from the gastrointestinal tract, can be considered as one of the effective methods of controlling undesirable microflora in the digestive tract. In world science, research is actively conducted in the direction of searching for effective probiotic cultures. A promising way to increase the effectiveness of the use of probiotic feed additives is their addition to prebiotics, for example, including vitamins (antioxidants) and mineral substances (selenium). The purpose of this work was to determine the optimal ratio of biologically active substances contained in the feed vitamin-mineral concentrate, and probiotic microflora contained in the feed probiotic additive Bacell-M, for the development of complex feed concentrate. Using the Harrington's desirability function, the optimum ratio of biologically active substances and probiotic microflora in the recipe of the complex feed concentrate is determined, ensuring the maximum reduction in the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase in the blood serum of experimental animals, which characterizes the normalization of barrier organs
