The article subjected to a detailed analysis of the norms of a number of Federal laws, fixing the liability insurance for members of self-regulatory organizations. The author shows the benefits of liability insurance of members of self-regulatory organizations in comparison with another way to ensure property accountability is the compensation Fund of the self-regulatory organizations. It turns out the legal nature of the contract of insurance property liability of the members of self-regulatory organizations, types of property risks in the insurance contract that applies to the members of self-regulatory organizations. It is noted that the issue of liability under contracts of members of self-regulatory organizations in the Federal law "On self-regulating organizations" not resolved, fixed only need to create a personal and (or) collective insurance. In practice, insurance agents offer to insure the contractual liability as liability for injury that, according to the author’s opinion, is not complying with the law, including the standards of article 931 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The issue of the conclusion of the construction contract of property insurance liability of members of self-regulatory organizations is also discussed by the author, as well as the necessity of the using in such a situation the rules of the Law "On insurance" about the contract of financial risks insurance. The necessity of changes and amendments of the current legislation of the Russian Federation on insurance property liability of members of self-regulatory organizations is proved by the author

On the example of the Tomsk area, the algorithm for the risk forest management calculation is approved by the author. The article presents the results of a study of higher education institutions in the Krasnodar region based on the use of an integrated approach, identifies priority aspects of the development of universities. The level of the educational institution was calculated taking into account educational, research and international activities, staff and infrastructure. Information about the level of assessment of educational institutions is used by university applicants when they choose a particular institution. The work was carried out on the basis of monitoring the performance of educational institutions of higher education in the Krasnodar region in 2018. During the integral assessment, standardization methods were used to compare the indicator with the reference and linear transformations, as well as the method of additive convolution and the method of calculating distances. The studies showed the level of each institution of higher education, the ways of their development are highlighted. Thus, the assessment of higher education institutions, carried out on the basis of an integral indicator, covers almost all aspects of educational institutions, it allows you to quickly and objectively get an idea of universities, identify weaknesses and strengths, the results of the development of the main components of higher education institutions, and identify the reserves necessary to ensure its sustainable and effective development

This article is devoted to consideration of questions of
agro-industrial integration. Agro-industrial complex is
a difficult dynamic system, including different
branches of a national economy. In this work, the
scheme of agro-enterprise functioning is submitted.
The scheme was constructed with use of so-called
“black box” model. The agro-enterprise significantly
differs from the enterprises of other branches by a
number of signs of. It is connected with the fact that
agricultural production is characterized by high degree
of uncertainty. Tasks of the uncertainty analysis, and,
as a result, different risks of the agroenterprises are
actual. Development of the effective mechanism of
risk management is also an important task. In this
article, the features of risk classification in agroindustrial
complex, including the specific risks, are
considered. The agroenterprises actively use
integration mechanisms for decrease of possible
consequences of a risk event. There are vertical and
horizontal integration. Structures of the integrated
agro-industrial production systems, which construct
taking into account vertical and horizontal
communications, are considered in this article. The
most effective is vertically matrix integration in which
the diversification mechanism of business is
considered. The feasibility of the risk assessment with
due regard for integration communications is proved

financial statements. Reforms of the national
accounting led to reduction of reporting forms informativeness
and removal of transcripts. There was
an obvious need for the formation of statements that
reveals a wider range of indicators. Thus, integrated
reporting can be such information array. Integrated
reporting is the accounting tool, the information array
about the organization. Integrated reporting includes
such positions, as: a set of indicators characterized
the economic, social and environmental aspects of
the entity; the corporate management system that
allows interested users to track the process of entity’s
value creation and to form an opinion about its economic
value. This type of reporting will be able to
shape in accordance with the proposed methodological
document "Rules of integrated reporting formation".

about the organization, historical information, environmental
information, social information, innovation,
internal control system, decoding of the financial
statements, analysis of financial condition and
financial results
The article deals with theoretical aspects of
integrated reporting, which represents a new level of
corporate reporting. We have defined the conceptual
framework of integrated reporting: objectives, tasks,
conditions for successful implementation and showed
the fundamental differences between traditional and
integrated reporting. We have defined the basic
principles of integrated reporting and presented the
statistical data on the preparation and publication of
the domestic companies of integrated reporting. It is
concluded that the overall picture of the status of
public reporting in Russia is rather negative. We have
dfined the main directions of activities in the area of
integrated reporting, which will contribute to the
speedy transition to preparation of integrated
reporting in order to obtain competitive advantage
