VARIETY OF MICROORGANISMS GROUPS LIVING ON BERRIES OF GRAPES

abstract 1111507103 issue 111 pp. 1583 – 1592 30.09.2015 ru 1056
The wide variety of microorganisms has been identified in many wine-making countries on the berries of grapes. These are yeasts of different families, forms and kinds, bacterium, mold fungi. In the article, we present the results of investigating species composition of microflora of berries of white and red types of grape, which grows in different economies of the Krasnodar region and the republic of Abkhaziya. The sowings onto the elective media were conducted for the development of entire spectrum of yeast. The grown colonies after preliminary microscoping were separated into the cultures and subjected to testing according to the culturalmorphological signs, being guided by determinants and benefits. It was established the specific variety of microflora on the surface of the berries of grapes of all investigated types, without dependence on the place of their growth. Obtained data showed that the group of yeast, which constantly is present in the complex of the epiphytic microorganisms of grapes of Saccharomyces, Pichia, Hansenula, Hanseniaspora was characteristic for all types of grapes in all investigated regions. The heterogeneity of the taxonometric composition of microflora is shown. Prevailed yeasts were of family Saccharomycetaceae, form Saccharomyces vini. A quantity of yeast of Saccharomyces vini decreases in a number of Myskhako-Caucasus-Fanagoriya, that as a whole will be coordinated with the climatic conditions. Only the type of Pinot nuar grapes had yeasts of Brettanomyces Dekkera. On the berries of Cabernets and Karaburnu we have discovered yeasts of Schisosaccharomyces acidodevoratus, causing acid-reduction. On the berries of the grapes, which grew in joint stock company APF “Fanagoriya” we haven’t revealed the presence of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus brevis and yeasts of the form of Schisosaccharomyces acidodevoratus. In the same farm the smallest quantity of yeastswreckers is noted, which we the forms of Pichia and Candida. In the microflora of Cabernets, Risling and, especially, Karaburnu grapes, we have found lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus brevis. Lactobacillus plantarum. Among the bacteria the total quantity of coccic flora composes - 56 %, the rod-shaped - 44 %. Two types of active acetous bacteria are identified – Acetobacter aceti and Acetobacter xelinum. Especially high was their surface concentration on the berries of Kachich type of grapes

The article presents a computer program for estimation of economic efficiency of investments in car service companies. Estimation of economic efficiency of investments is the most important problem on the development stage of creating the project, modernization and development of production, including car service. Car service is one of the most intensive developing sectors of Russian economics due to increasing amount of vehicles, and therefore, it is a significant part of works and services that compose the gross domestic product. At the same time, investments in companies of car service are risky, because wrong prognosis of economic efficiency can lead to unprofitability of the company or inadmissible time of investments payback. For reducing risks of incorrect investing we have designed a special computer program for estimation of economic efficiency of investments in companies of car service. It can determine different efficiency indicators and take into consideration all the different payments and required investments. The results of the program operation are outputting in forms of the informative table and the plot of the really project estimating. Visual Basic for implementation in MS Excel is the language of realization program, because it doesn’t require additional license

DESIGN SOLUTIONS FOR NOISE PROTECTION OF THE POPULATION

abstract 1091505012 issue 109 pp. 183 – 194 29.05.2015 ru 1057
The article is devoted to the solution of actual problems of protection of the population from noise production facilities. It shows the various fundamental technological approaches to the implementation of noise protection measures. This work conducts a comparative assessment of technical solutions aimed at reducing the levels of radiated noise, providing increased noise impact on the territory, from the gas distribution station (GDS). Production facilities everywhere are equipped with noisy equipment. If the noise level from the object in a residential area exceeds the permissible levels (RC), they sound events. The most common design decisions noise protection for today are: sound design; noise screens and barriers; insulating housings; sound cab. The article discusses the insulating properties of different coatings, composition and device of acoustic screens. It describes the course of the design work noise-reducing measures aimed at reducing noise levels in a residential area adjacent to the territory of one of the gas distribution stations (GDS). The description of the algorithm calculations, selection of materials for the implementation of activities, the combination of technical solutions that have practical novelty. The article is an exploratory in nature. At each stage of the embodiment of the design decisions were changes in the level of noise and the sound spectrum in the frequency range of 31.5 to 8000 Hz, evaluation of the effectiveness of the protective measures and the analysis of the influence of acoustic impact on the population. The results were presented for the year of research. The results of the research indicated graphically demonstrate the advantages of the proposed solutions for reducing noise levels in a residential area

ISSUES IN IMPLEMENTING MARKER BASED TRACKING ON MASS MOBILE DEVICES

abstract 1131509032 issue 113 pp. 430 – 444 30.11.2015 ru 1057
Tracking is a vast field of research associated with navigation, robotics, and virtual environments (virtual reality). Tracking for augmented reality requires higher level of precision, increased range of action, as well as work with a wider variety of input data. It is important that augmented reality technology requires tracking in real time, which also complicates the task. Correct visualization of objects in three-dimensional space requires six degrees of freedom tracking: three position values (x, y, z) and three angles (rotation around the respective axes) to determine the orientation. To solve this problem, different approaches and sensor types are being used. In this article, we present a brief history of the development of tracking technology and analyze the current approaches to implement the process of tracking on mass mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. We also describe some issues in implementing optical marker based tracking for visualization of large scale models

INFLUENCE LECITHIN AND RADIAMULS SORB 2345K ON THE RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF CHOCOLATE MASS

abstract 1131509043 issue 113 pp. 580 – 590 30.11.2015 ru 1057
Lecithin and sorbitol tristearate (Radiamuls Sorb 2345K) are the emulsifiers used in the manufacture of chocolate products. The effects of various blends of lecithin and Radiamuls Sorb 2345K when added in concentrations up to 14 g / kg on the rheological properties of molten dark and milk chocolate were determined by rotational rheometry. The results show that regardless of the total amount of emulsifier, yield strength, both dark and milk chocolate most effectively reduced by applying a mixture of approximately 30% lecithin and 70% RADIAMULS SORB 2345K. Regardless of the concentration of the emulsifier proportion RADIAMULS SORB 2345K in the mixture can be reduced to 25% without a significant increase in equilibrium viscosity milk chocolate. With respect to the total emulsifier dosage in the range of 4 to 6 g / kg, the lowest values were found for the viscosity of the mixture letsitin- Radiamuls Sorb 2345K 50:50 for dark chocolate and milk chocolate to 75-25, respectively. when using the mixture of lecithin-SORB RADIAMULS 2345K there are various possibilities for adjusting the rheological properties of chocolate, confectionery coatings and fillers on fat basis. The results obtained show that the confectionery mass flow can easily be adapted to the specific processing needs, thereby improving product quality and production efficiency increases

abstract 1111507115 issue 111 pp. 1743 – 1754 30.09.2015 ru 1058
The article presents a model for choosing a variety of alternative solutions, in which we have a subset of turns or more alternative options, based on the use of the Bayesian approach, based on the formulated concept of security functions as a priori estimate of the effects of the decision. This reduces the projected parameters and, therefore, increases the values of security. Thus, the considered indicators of data protection reflect the essence of Bayesian approach to decision making and management of GIS, so it allows to generate optimal decision rules
