ON THE FORMATION OF CONTRACT WARRIOR’S PERSONAL READINESS FOR THE LEADERSHIP

abstract 1091505076 issue 109 pp. 1078 – 1089 29.05.2015 ru 1059
The ongoing reformation of the Russian Federation Military Forces is aimed at creating an army and a fleet appropriate for XXI century and able to protect the country from threats. As well as resupplying military bases with modern weapons and vehicles, an important component is to change parameters of professional military training and competence of military specialists. Specialized requirements are applied to the supplying of military bases, ships and squads with contract military personnel. Modern military forces need highly qualified professionals possessing developed skills in organization, command, psychology, pedagogics. Leadership is a socio-psychological ability inherent to humans. In Russian science the term “leader” is defined as a gifted, charismatic personality who is able to unify people to reach some common goal. Any group needs guidance to reach its goal that is why groups choose the leader from among themselves. No group, especially military, can exist without leadership. At the same time leadership is always a question of influence which the leaders exert on their subordinates, and it depends on correlation of leader’s personal qualities with qualities of those under his command and on the situation in which the group finds itself. Not every contract soldier possesses developed leader skills, which necessitates the organization of psychological and pedagogical preparation in conditions of military service. In this article the program of formation of contract military personnel‘s readiness for taking leadership in military actions is analyzed

COMPATIBILITY OF VARIOUS DOSES OF ECOVENTURA AND LIMESTONE IN FEEDING OF REPLACEMENT YOUNG DUCKS

abstract 1141510010 issue 114 pp. 133 – 143 30.12.2015 ru 1059
The research is aimed at studying the compatibility of different doses of ecoventura (TU 9283-199- 10514645-13) and limestone in the diets of rearing of ducks of "Blagovarsky" cross and the impact on productive performance. As a result of scientific and economic experience obtained data on the dynamics of live weight in groups of rearing ducks indicate that ecomentors in combination with limestone have a growth promoting effect and a positive effect on the growth of ducklings. Best growth depending on dose administration of ecoventura and limestone in feed composition had a rearing ducks III (ecomentors (1,0%) + limestone (3,0%) by weight of the feed) and IV experimental groups (ecomentors (1,0%) + limestone (3,5%) by weight of the feed). The results of the study measurements (body length, keel length, breast width, chest girth, chest depth) and indices stature (massiveness, the meat content, arizonia), which were higher in males and females when fed with mixed fodder with the introduction of ecoventura and limestone in an amount of 1.0 and 3.5% respectively. Introduction to feed composition of ecoventura and limestone in an amount of 1.0 and 3.5%, respectively had a positive impact on exterior indicators of rearing ducks

TRANSCRIPTOMIC ACTIVITY OF ESTROGEN-REGULATORY GENES IN MALIGNANCY UTERINE TISSUES

abstract 1151601017 issue 115 pp. 294 – 304 27.01.2016 ru 1060
Uterine cancer is the sixth on prevalence of cancer among women in developed countries. Hyper-estrogen level by endogenous or exogenous origin plays the leading role in this disease pathogenesis. This study purpose was investigating the expression of genetic loci responsible for the estrogen reception and metabolism to better understanding of the molecular mechanisms of uterine tissues malignancy. We investigated the relative expression of genes (CYP1A 1, CYP1A 2, CYP1B 1, CYP19A, ESR1, ESR2, GPER, STS, SULT1A and SULT1E1) by real-time PCR in tumor and conditionally healthy uterine tissues of 27 female patients in Southern Russia aged 38-72 years with histologically confirmed diagnosis of uterine cancer. It is found that transcription activity of these genes during malignancy of uterine tissues depends of female patients age and the stage of tumor cells differentiation. It is found that malignancy change in the transcriptional activity of investigated genes in uterine tissue depends of patients age and stage of tumor cells differentiation. Particularly, it was found, that changes of gene transcription balance of enzymes that provide sulfation and hydrolysis of steroid sulfates is depending of patient age and the degree of tumor cells differentiation. In addition, the sinking of gene expression of nuclear estrogen receptor ESR1 as lowering cell differentiation of tumor tissues. We have also shown gene expression of nuclear estrogen receptor ESR1 decline as lowering cell differentiation of tumor tissues

RESEARCH IN MICRODEFICIENCY OF POLYMERS (RUBBERS AND RUBBERIZED FABRICS) USING EXPRESS TECHNIQUE OF ASSESSMENT BY THE SORPTION AND WEIGHT METHOD

abstract 1181604048 issue 118 pp. 817 – 826 29.04.2016 ru 1060
Macrodeficiency of polymeric materials, including the pervasive one, is a consequence of the development of initial microdefects which appear in polymers both due to external factors and during their processing. In the article, the problem of the detection of structural microdeficiency of various polymeric materials through an assessment of their structural parameters is solved. The considered materials possess approximately identical degree of crystallinity (60 – 66%), but different density. The express assessment technique of polymeric materials microdeficiency by the sorption method with the use of the academician M. M. Dubinin’s theory of volumetric micropore filling is developed and evaluated. On the basis of a quantitative assessment of sorption processes in polymeric materials, including elastomeric compositions – rubbers and rubberized fabrics, the existence of the initial local microdefects arising in the course of synthesis is established. In real polymeric materials, including elastomeric compositions – rubbers and rubberized fabrics, the existence of the initial local microdefects arising in the course of synthesis is established (the number of microdefects n varies from 1x1017 sm-3 to 6x1019 sm-3 , and the rated linear size k – from 2 nm to 7 nm). The general reduction of microdeficiency in rubberized fabrics in comparison with initial rubber is revealed and rationalized

THE SUBSTITUTION OF SENSE PLATFORMS IN THE PROCESS OF PHILOSOPHICAL UNDERSTANDING OF SOME ISSUES OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

abstract 1101506016 issue 110 pp. 263 – 274 30.06.2015 ru 1061
The problem of correlation of senses and notions in the science, their substitution and the birth of so-called pseudo knowledge is the issue which is more than ever burning in our times of perturbations and big changes. Biological sciences could not avoid these problems as well. All the more so because they stayed for many years under significant pressure of the ruling ideology of those times, of the state and of the governing party machineries. That is exactly why Darwinism as such requires a profound analysis in terms of contemporary achievements of the science, inclusive of philosophy. The analysis of knowledge which is available now and has been accumulated for many centuries of development of the biological science allows finding logical contradictions, possible substitutions of sense platforms, i.e. the birth of pseudo knowledge, which needs to be ascertained and suppressed. The appearance of such branch of the science as biophilosophy exceedingly aggravated the situation due to a number of big methodological shortcomings of this branch which still remains to be a non-science. As it cannot facilitate studying the organic world and, the other way round, even confuses such studying by applying an anthropomorphous matrix to the world, while the ethic and the aesthetic cannot only be attributed to the human mind, the situation becomes pretty complicated. At the same time, the philosophic envelope of the biological science is often filled with various kinds of ideology which makes no contribution to the objectivity of knowledge
