abstract 1161602070 issue 116 pp. 1033 – 1045 29.02.2016 ru 701
An important question is increasing objectivity in evaluation of current and residual knowledge of students on the subjects. Based on these assessments, teachers will adjust the work program and calendarthematic plan on discipline, forms and methods of teaching in order to ensure a high level of knowledge, allowing making necessary competence and skills of future specialists. The article proposes the evaluation system of students ' knowledge and determines their rankings, taking into account the qualifications of the teachers who taught their classes. Knowledge assessment might be defined as just one discipline, or as all the across disciplines for a semester, academic year and study period. The knowledge of students on discipline is estimated on the results of the test tasks based on current estimates obtained in a semester, and examination grades. We have reviewed the quality assessment system of students ' knowledge and determined their rating; it will increase the credibility of the evaluation. In addition, it increases the effectiveness of the educational process, since the evaluation of students ' knowledge and skills of teachers, will help heads of departments and deans to make decisions about the professional development of teachers, showed poor results

The proposed agro technology for the cultivation of soft winter wheat contributes to the reproduction of fertility of leached Chernozem of the Western Ciscaucasia. As a result of application of fertilizers in the arable layer of soil hydrolytic acidity decreased by 21.8%, humus content increased by 10.3%, mobile phosphorus - by 54.8%, mineral nitrogen by 10.3% and potassium - by 9.6% compared to the control. Studied agricultural technology allowed to increase the yield of winter wheat to 81.8 kg/ha and protein to 15.3 per cent, of gluten, to 27.8%. We have noticed exceeded concentration of mobile phosphorus in the upper soil horizon (1.5 MРС) in the cultivation of wheat after alfalfa, which contributed to reduced grain yield. Under conditions of prolonged application of fertilizers and pesticides reduced the content of mobile forms of trace elements - copper and zinc. The content of mobile forms of Mn, Cu, Zn, Cr, Ni, Co, Pb and Cd below the limit values of environmental and Toxicological regulations clayey and loamy soils for agricultural purposes. The trend of accumulation of cadmium in the green mass of plants (~ 1.2 MPC) and winter wheat grain up to 1.5 MPC for baby food

PRAGMATIC ASPECT OF SEMIOTIC APPROACH TO FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING AT HIGHER SCHOOL

abstract 1231609075 issue 123 pp. 1077 – 1090 30.11.2016 ru 700
The success of communication in the learning environment is provided by the organization of educational process in such a way, when it is most comfortable for students to demonstrate their knowledge and for teachers to control this knowledge. Semiotic approach allows taking into account the diversity of individual intelligence profiles within a particular educational system. Such an approach includes the selection of the content, the organization of students’ activities and the system of assessment. The development of cognitive competencies allows teachers to eliminate the difficulties which can be caused by the large amount of information, its comprehension and the ability of students to express their opinion by means of complex linguistic structures. The semiotic approach involves the use of variant and invariant tasks that can ensure the success of the situation for students with different levels of training. The assessment technology is based on the principle of semiotic result. It is realized through the use of score-rating system, which is applied within the current, intermediate and final control. This system enables the students to receive a total positive rating for a certain period of training. As a result, such a student avoids taking the exam. It creates a positive motivation for students to learn foreign languages without a stressful component of assessment, which results in a high efficiency of the educational process

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE USE OF "GORLINKA" MUSTARD PROTEINCONTAINING FEED CONCENTRATE IN FEEDING OF BROILER CHICKENS

abstract 1181604085 issue 118 pp. 1319 – 1332 29.04.2016 ru 699
This article presents the results of using "Gorlinka" mustard protein-containing feed concentrate, instead of sunflower meal in the feeding of broiler chickens of the cross of "Cobb-500". The studies were conducted in the conditions of Krasnodonskaya Poultry farm of the Ilovlinskiy district of the Volgograd region. Replacing sunflower meal with a product of processing of oilseeds which is "Gorlinka" mustard protein-containing concentrate, in the feed mixture in the experimental broilers had a positive impact on the productivity, physiological state of the birds, product quality and economic performance. The use of this mustard protein-containing feed concentrate in feeding of meat birds contributes to the increase of live weight by 3.46-of 6.65% and slaughter yield by 1.38-1.98% and improvement of quality indicators of the carcasses. Morphological and biochemical parameters in experimental broiler chickens in all the groups were within the physiological norm, which indicates a normally occurring redox processes in the poultry organism. However, adding "Gorlinka" mustard proteincontaining feed concentrate into experimental feed for broiler chickens contributed to the increase in the content of total protein, calcium, phosphorus in blood serum in comparison with analogues from the control group that received sunflower cake. As a result of the research, the economic effect in the experimental groups was up 710,40-1085,53 rubles

STATISTICS OF FUZZY DATA

abstract 1191605004 issue 119 pp. 75 – 91 31.05.2016 ru 698
Fuzzy sets are the special form of objects of nonnumeric nature. Therefore, in the processing of the sample, the elements of which are fuzzy sets, a variety of methods for the analysis of statistical data of any nature can be used - the calculation of the average, non-parametric density estimators, construction of diagnostic rules, etc. We have told about the development of our work on the theory of fuzziness (1975 - 2015). In the first of our work on fuzzy sets (1975), the theory of random sets is regarded as a generalization of the theory of fuzzy sets. In non-fiction series "Mathematics. Cybernetics" (publishing house "Knowledge") in 1980 the first book by a Soviet author fuzzy sets is published - our brochure "Optimization problems and fuzzy variables". This book is essentially a "squeeze" our research of 70-ies, ie, the research on the theory of stability and in particular on the statistics of objects of non-numeric nature, with a bias in the methodology. The book includes the main results of the fuzzy theory and its note to the random set theory, as well as new results (first publication!) of statistics of fuzzy sets. On the basis of further experience, you can expect that the theory of fuzzy sets will be more actively applied in organizational and economic modeling of industry management processes. We discuss the concept of the average value of a fuzzy set. We have considered a number of statements of problems of testing statistical hypotheses on fuzzy sets. We have also proposed and justified some algorithms for restore relationships between fuzzy variables; we have given the representation of various variants of fuzzy cluster analysis of data and variables and described some methods of collection and description of fuzzy data

INNOVATIVE CULTURE QUINOA (CHENOPODIUM QUINOA) – THE PROSPECTS OF GROWING IN THE KRASNODAR REGION TO PRODUCE FOODS HIGH NUTRITIONAL VALUE

abstract 1211607062 issue 121 pp. 1001 – 1015 30.09.2016 ru 698
Healthy nutrition is the foundation of the nation and the most important factor affecting the length of human life. Therefore, the search and the use of new sources of food are important. One of such source is the ancient culture of quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa), known as a "qinoa", "quinva" or "rice quinoa. The uniqueness of the quinoa is its chemical composition, the absence of anti-nutritional substances and unpretentious in growing and harvesting. Currently quinoa is grown in more than 70 countries. In Russia, quinoa is not cultivated, although the presence of different agro-ecological zones of the plains to the highlands allows it to grow. In April 2014 quinoa was first planted in the Krasnodar region. In September, quinoa whisk acquired red and yellow. The seeds have a size of between 1 and 2.5 mm. Preliminary calculations yield was approximately 39hundredweight / hectare, which is the basis for the introduction of quinoa in a mass planting. Thus, quinoa can be grown in Russia in the Krasnodar region, thereby ensuring its own raw material base for development of new specialized foods (gluten-free) and prophylactic (high nutritional value) destination

THE MECHANISM OF HUMAN EXPOSURE TO THE MAGNETIC FIELD OF THE EARTH AND THE SUN

abstract 1271703006 issue 127 pp. 138 – 149 31.03.2017 ru 698
There is a discussion about the question of the mechanism of the action of the magnetic field of the Earth and the Sun on the human body. It is noted that in the 21st century an international conference on the subject "Man and electromagnetic fields" is regularly held, as well as the international congress "Weak and superweak fields and radiation in biology and medicine". This indicates the importance of studying the effect of electromagnetic fields on the human body. Participants in these conferences and congresses give a lot of experimental data on the influence of various factors on various biological objects. However, there is no theoretical justification for the influence of these fields on the human body. In this connection, in order to solve this problem, the article analyzes the atomic composition of the human body. It is shown that the human body more than 60% consists of hydrogen atoms. On the example of a hydrogen atom, the interaction of the magnetic moment of an electron of an atom with an external magnetic field is considered. This leads to a precession motion of the electron's orbit. Taking into account the fact that photons rotate around electrons in atoms and the temperature is determined by the bulk density of photon energy, the appearance of precessional electron motion will lead to an increase in the frequency of oscillation of photons and, consequently, to an increase in their energy and body temperature. This is confirmed by the fact that the body temperature changes during the day, and, it is minimal in the morning and increases by the evening. The chemical elements of the human body, related to different groups of magnets, are analyzed. It is noted that the external magnetic field has the greatest influence on the state of the human body through a ferromagnet - iron. It is concentrated in the blood, up to 60% in hemoglobin. It is a complex iron-containing blood protein, an integral part of erythrocyte - red blood cells, oxygen carriers. Under conditions of an increase in the intensity of the external magnetic field or the immobile state of the body, the orientation of the individual erythrocytes will increase due to their iron atoms in the direction of the external field. This will lead to the pooling of erythrocytes into clusters, that is, to the formation of unique magnetic domains with a significant increase in the viscosity of the blood and a decrease in its circulatory ability. The last is confirmed by the fact that in people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, heart attacks and strokes most often occur in the early morning especially during periods of solar magnetic storms
