IDENTIFICATION OF TYPES AND MODELS OF AIRCRAFT USING ASC-ANALYSIS OF THEIR SILHOUETTES (CONTOURS) (GENERALIZATION, ABSTRACTION, CLASSIFICATION AND IDENTIFICATION)

abstract 1141510099 issue 114 pp. 1319 – 1370 30.12.2015 ru 675
The article discusses the application of automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), its mathematical model which is system theory of information and its software tool, which is intellectual system called "Eidos" for solving problems related to identification of types and models of aircraft by their silhouettes on the ground, to be more precise, their external contours: 1) digitization of scanned images of aircraft and creation of their mathematical models; 2) formation of mathematical models of specific aircraft with the use of the information theory; 3) modeling of the generalized images of various aircraft types and models and their graphic visualization; 4) comparing an image of a particular plane with generalized images of various aircraft types and models, and quantifying the degree of similarities and differences between them, i.e., the identification of the type and model of airplane by its silhouette (contour) on the ground; 5) quantification of the similarities and differences of the generalized images of the planes with each other, i.e., clusterconstructive analysis of generalized images of various aircraft types and models. The article gives a new approach to digitizing images of aircraft, based on the use of the polar coordinate system, the center of gravity of the image and its external contour. Before digitizing images, we may use their transformation, standardizing the position of the images, their sizes (resolution, distance) and the angle of rotation (angle) in three dimensions. Therefore, the results of digitization and ASC-analysis of the images can be invariant (independent) relative to their position, dimensions and turns. The shape of the contour of a particular aircraft is considered as a noise information on the type and model of aircraft, including information about the true shape of the aircraft type and its model (clean signal) and noise, which distort the real shape, due to noise influences, both of the means of countering detection and identification, and environment. Software tool of ASC-analysis, i.e. Eidos intellectual system, provides identification of the type and the model of airplane by its silhouette, as it was shown in a simplified numerical example

ABOUT IDENTITY OF THE RUSSIAN MODEL OF CIVIL SOCIETY: NONTRADITIONAL VIEW ON TRADITIONAL VALUES

abstract 1181604064 issue 118 pp. 1050 – 1060 29.04.2016 ru 675
This article focuses on actualization of mainstreaming of research the problems of development of native civil society within the conservative direction, based on historical civilizational identity of Russia. Comparing main postulates of russian and west civilizations their historically formed priorities in spiritual, political and economic spheres are showed. Based on them and on critical assessment of attempts to adapt the western model to Russian reality, authors consider that the nature of the problem of similarity between Russian reality and model civil society is in only west orientation of civil society theory, which does not suit to stable features of Russia as specific civilization. Trying to find an optimal model of civil society, authors refer to an idea of core values of native civilization. A number of historical issues, which influence on positive development of civil society in Russia, is showed. In order to solve them it is suggested to take measures, the realization of which depends on implementation some functions by civil society together with the state. It is concluded, that Russian society during its history can be reviewed as a civil society within its traditional value

LEGAL NATURE OF CORPORATE AGREEMENT IN THE RUSSIAN LAW

abstract 1181604021 issue 118 pp. 386 – 396 29.04.2016 ru 674
Legal consolidation of the corporate agreement institution in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation allowed the participants of business companies to implement and manage corporate rights in accordance with this agreement. However, reception of the institution and the lack of uniform court practice gave rise to many doctrinal disputes about the legal nature of the contract. The article presents the opinions of scientists on the issue of what rules of areas of law regulate the corporate agreement, whether it is separate or complex legal institution. The authors consider that the corporate agreement is governed exclusively by the rules of civil law. The corporate agreement is not a contract or an obligation in the traditional sense, however, it should be subjected to the general rules of obligations and contract law The corporate agreement has features of the unnamed contract, but despite this, it should be recognized as an independent civil law named contract. It is needed to ensure that, in addition to the general rules of the Obligations and Contracts, the rules of a treaty on the rights of participants of the limited liability and stockholders' agreement are applied to the corporate agreement

TECHNOLOGY AND ORGANIZATION OF SOCIO-CULTURAL ANIMATION FOR EDUCATION COLLECTIVISM IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

abstract 1171603005 issue 117 pp. 122 – 129 31.03.2016 ru 673
Collectivism is defined as a moral quality that manifests itself in the sense of camaraderie, of community responsibilities before him, the ability to subordinate personal interests, if necessary by public. This indicates that the processes of development of the individual and the collective are inextricably linked to each other. The development of the individual depends on the development team, its level of development, the existing structure it business and interpersonal relationships. On the other hand, the activity of children and adolescents, their level of physical and mental development of their capabilities and the ability to determine the strength and impact of educational staff. Ultimately, the collective attitude expressed by the brighter, the more active team members, the more completely they use their individual abilities in the collective life. But their abilities and inclinations individual child may use and disclose in the sociocultural animation, where all activities and is aimed at this. Focus on individuality, free environment, the discovery and the development of personal qualities and skills, the formation of outlook implies a sociocultural animation. The article discusses the technology and the organization of socio-cultural animation, which has a specific purpose - education of collectivism in children and adolescents. Building animation programs, preparatory work, the most important task, and more used to create "animation product"

THE STUDY OF HRM SYSTEMS: MARKET ANALYSIS, SELECTION AND IMPLEMENTATION FOR MEDIUM-SIZED AND LARGE BUSINESSES

abstract 1151601043 issue 115 pp. 707 – 729 27.01.2016 ru 672
The article reveals the basic concepts, purpose and classification of HRM systems used to manage the organization's staff. The analysis of the international and Russian market of HRM-systems and selected alternatives (seven information systems) of this class focused on the Russian practice of large and mediumsized businesses has been performed. The process of implementing an information system involves selecting the system that best suited to the needs of the business. For this purpose, there were developed evaluation criteria of information systems and their importance for the company. This stage of research was conducted through a survey of experts from among the University staff and practitioners. As a result, we have obtained the matrix of evaluations of alternative information systems of HRM and selected class "1C: Salary and personnel management 8". Research demos of the selected HRM system allowed developing a functional model, presented in the form of complex diagrams of cases of modeling language UML 2.0. The developed diagrams clearly reflect the allocated subsystems and their functions, as well as the relationship between the actors of the process and system functions. Summarizing the experience of implementing similar systems, we composed a smartchart showing the main stages of its implementation. The results have practical value and can be used by companies of the considered business segment as specific recommendations

MATHEMATICAL AND NUMERICAL MODELING OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MORPHOLOGICAL, BIOCHEMICAL AND TRACE ELEMENT COMPOSITION OF BLOOD OF HEREFORD BREED CALVES AND THEIR SIZE

abstract 1431809033 issue 143 pp. 49 – 88 30.11.2018 ru 672
The researchers obtained data on the morphological, biochemical and trace element composition of the blood of bull-calves of Hereford breed of different sizes. In this regard, scientists and business executives have three natural questions: 1) whether it is possible to predict the size and thus the meat productivity of bulls using these blood indicators; what are the strength and direction of the influence of certain values of blood indicators on the size and weight of bulls; what blood indicators are similar in meaning, and what are different and how much (to what extent). The article is devoted to the reasoned answers to these questions by applying modern methods of mathematical and numerical modeling to solve the corresponding problems. The results of the study can be used by anyone, due to the fact that Eidos the universal automated system, which is a tool of ask-analysis, is in full open free access on the author's website at: http://lc.kubagro.ru/aidos/_Aidos-X.htm, and numerical examples of solving the mentioned problems with the use of artificial intelligence technologies are placed as a cloud Eidos-application #133

MODERN DEVELOPMENTS IN THE FIELD OF SUPERTHIN CRUSHING OF FOOD FIBRES

abstract 1301706073 issue 130 pp. 993 – 1004 30.06.2017 ru 671
In this work, we have analyzed the multiple literary sources and summarized the material regarding beet dietary fibers. Their composition, physicochemical, physicomechanical and hygrothermal properties were studied. The study of the particle-size distribution showed that the content of the insoluble fraction exceeded the content of the soluble fractions in all the samples. The use of the secondary products of processing of the plant raw material is also critical; they allow improving the preventive properties of products and enriching them with dietary fibers, protein, and mineral elements. The properties and quality of the raw material are, to the large extent, determined by and depend upon its granulometric composition, that is, upon the size of particles that compose this object. The authors determined the granulometric composition of the studied nutritional supplements. It was found out that the use of the combination of the impacts together with the abrading impact led to the intensification of the process, a decrease in the milling time and the uniformity of the obtained granulometric composition. The choice of the vertical mill as milling equipment in combination with the metal balls added to it to increase the efficiency of milling and uniformity of the granulometric composition of beetroot fibers was proved experimentally
