The author’s concept of improving the efficiency of the use of information ressources in
the international brands management in the global consumer market is considered. The idea of the concept is to create a new intelligent automated marketing information system of the organization and management of information resources and their adequate (semantic-linguistic, logical and statistical analysis) use in the management of international brands in the global consumer markets. The core of this system is a domain ontology that potentially makes possible to control and transfer an experience in the marketing environment. It is concluded that with further development of the concept, in particular on progress in the structuring of information and knowledge of the subject area, with success in the selection and formation of rules of logical inference, and from the success of the presentation in their native form will largely depend on building an effective intelligent automated training of marketing information systems
In the region, there is a problem of effective management of the pharmaceutical benefits under the benefit programs and the implementation of the therapeutic process. In health care in prescription health products of preferential category of citizens we have more than five different software developers involved that doesn’t allow controlling the prescription at all levels of health administration of the region. In order to form information flows into a single space it is necessary to have an integrated software product involved, both in the prescription, and in their service. The article presents a review of existing systems for issuing and servicing of preferential recipes, and prescriptions for controlled medicines, in the context of healthcare of the Krasnodar region, including considered the variety of products offered by different developers. The concept of integration of existing systems, which will allow overcoming the difficulties associated with fragmented solutions in automation preferential drug provision. The structure of the concept has a level structure and represents a complex of methodological, theoretical, methodical and applied provisions and means providing opportunity of consideration of self-understanding by the individual of ethno cultural identity and also detection of regularities of self-understanding by the individual of ethno cultural identity in different conditions of life of an ethnic group. The methodological level includes the main scientific approaches and the principles. The general-theoretical level includes basic theoretical provisions of the concept. Concrete and theoretical level includes theoretical-phenomenological model of self-understanding by the individual of ethno cultural identity, isomorphic concept "self-understanding of ethno cultural identity of the individual" which in its theoretical part represents a system of the statements allowing to allocate and conceptualize self-understanding phenomenology by the individual of ethno cultural identity. This article considers the problem of development of
audit activities as a practical view, and the concept of
evolution as science. We have summarized the
reasons for appearance and existence of audit, which
are the following: separation of powers between the
management and the owners of economic subjects;
there is not confidence from the external interested
users to information about the safety of financial
statements; it is necessary to obtain the assurance of
economic safety as additional factor of stability.
There is a detailed interpretation of definition the
"audit", considering the current economic realities,
from the position of the sphere of scientific
knowledge and from the position of practical
activities in the part of verification reports by the
independent experts and as an element of economic
safety of the company and the country. The trend of
market development for audit services was defined
and aimed for its consolidation. The perspective of
development does not connect with the classic audit
of accounting reporting, but it connects with
development forecasts for the company. The audit
should "look into the future" of each client, which
must be recorded in an audit report for improving the
quality. The author offers a new paradigm of broad
understanding of the audit as a form of independent
monitoring, which allows to develop and to realize
the concept of auditing business that meets the needs

The identity of the property increased risk to the objects of civil rights is proved in the article. No doubt the necessity of separation of static and dynamic units in the civil-law mode of real things of increased risk. However, currently these components are not sufficient for full civil and legal characteristics. Suggestions for improving the structure of the real objects of civil rights are proposed by the author. The article considers the civil-law regime of real estate high risk as a legal phenomenon of a systemic nature. Risk is a system element of the regime particularly dangerous real estate. Different types of risks in the content of the legal regime of these things are interconnected in a close relationship. Value category of "risk" in the legal regime associated with compensation for damage caused by its operation. Another part of the problem associated with civil-legal regulation of property rights to such objects of civil law. The author's understanding of the structural elements of a civil-law regime of such things and their interrelations is proposed. This representation of the structure of civil-legal regime of immovable properties increased risk allows to take into account particular things as objects of civil rights in all sections of civil reality
The review examines research unusual properties of
RNA. RNA has the ability to act as both genes and
enzymes (ribozymes). This property could offer a
way around the «chicken-and-egg» problem: genes
require enzymes; enzymes require genes.
Furthermore, RNA can be transcribed into DNA, in
reverse of the normal process of transcription. These
facts are reasons to consider that the RNA world
could be the original pathway to cells. The general
notion of an «RNA World» is that, in the early
development of life on the Earth, genetic continuity
was assured by the replication of RNA and
genetically encoded proteins were not involved as
catalysts. There is now strong evidence indicating
that an RNA World did indeed exist before DNAand
protein-based life. RNA has multiple functions.
Among these, "messenger RNA" carries genetic
information from DNA to protein formation. RNA is
often a single-stranded spiral, but also exists in
double-stranded form. In 1998, Craig Mello and
Andrew Fire discovered through their studies of the
roundworm C. elegans a phenomenon dubbed "RNA
interference". In this phenomenon, double-stranded
RNA blocks messenger RNA so that certain genetic
information is not converted during protein
formation. This "silences" these genes, i.e. renders
them inactive. The phenomenon plays an important
regulatory role within a genome. Recent years have
been perhaps the most fruitful period yet in terms of

We have revealed the main reasons for interruptions
in power supply to consumers of electricity. To improve
the reliability and the efficiency of power supply
for responsible consumers, we have proposed to
develop energy efficient combined energy-saving
systems for uninterrupted power supply with use of
renewable energy sources. The article lists major
principles of the development of such systems; it
shows the necessity of constructing a generalized
schema that contains the possible types and the
sources of electric power converters. It also reveals
the modern requirements to systems of uninterrupted
energy supply. To improve the operational and technical
characteristics of the uninterruptible power supply,
it has been proposed to use a new circuitry that
includes a contactless power generators, the direct
frequency converters used to stabilize the voltage and
frequency of the current generators of wind turbines,
static converters made with the use of single-phase
transformers with rotating magnetic field, universal
static converters that can operate in the regimes of
known types of converters. The article presents features
of the modular construction of systems of uninterrupted
energy supply and optimization of their
structural decisions on key performance criteria. It
shows the algorithm of synthesis of structural designs
of combined systems of uninterrupted power supply.
An important step for further research with the aim of
improving operational and technical characteristics of
the combination of uninterrupted power supply systems
is the mathematical modeling of physical processes
in power circuits of the system in both normal
and emergency modes of operation
