In the article the problem about appointments (backpacks) in various and more general statements is shortly examined: 1) the size of cargoes and volumes of backpacks; 2) the various utility of cargoes depending only from cargoes, but identical to all backpacks, and various expenses for their placing, and also restrictions on the resources, connected with backpacks, spent for cargoes at their placing; 3) various utility of each cargo for different backpacks, various expenses for placing of cargoes and various resources of owners of backpacks. The technology and an application technique of systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - the "Eidoses" system for the solution of generalization of non-meeting in the literature before problem of the appointments, providing automatic forecasting of degree of utility of cargoes for different backpacks on the basis of signs of cargoes by the decision of a problem of recognition with application of the model based on base of precedents
In the article the definition and the content of the concept of ecological safety are considered. We have investigated the socio-political aspect of the contents of the concept of ecological safety, and also the structure of the contents of the concept of ecological safety. forces influence and the cross-sectional shape of
the slide on its deformation for various types of
processing. We determined the optimal shape of
the cross section of the slider to increase stiffness
and reduce deformation of the slide in metal
cutting
The study of the thermo-physical properties of liquids gives an opportunity of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of condensed matter theory, phase transitions and critical phenomena. To forecast the thermo-dynamic properties of liquid natural hydrocarbons one must know the basic heat-physical characteristics in a wide range of condition parameters. We have researched specific isobaric thermal heat capacity of gas condensates of Oposhnyanskoye, Solokhovskoye, Bukharskoye, Rybalskoye, Stavropolskoye, Schebelinskoye and Yubileinoye deposits theoretically and experimentally. These substances were in liquid phase on pseudo-critical isobar in the range of temperatures from minus 40 till 100 °C. In the article the findings of the investigation are presented. The mean relative experimental error doesn’t exceed ± 1.5 %, with reliability 0.95. The universal equation expressing specific isobaric thermal heat capacity as the function of temperature and molar mass has been obtained. It describes specific isobaric thermal heat capacity on pseudo-critical isobar for investigated natural hydrocarbons with the mean relative error, which does not exceed ± 1.65 %. The use of the equation for the calculation of specific isobaric thermal heat capacity of the substances of other deposits is recommended
The article is concerned with the features of Lavandula’s
angustifolia vegetative propagation with methods of the
propagation by herbaceous cuttings and of the annual
woody cutting. The dependence of Lavandula’s varieties
Sineva and Vdala rooting of cutting and the cutting grafting
period and the age of the mother plantation was
established. In the fixed years, the rooting rate of cuttings is
58-67%. The maximum annual hardwood cuttings rooting
was observed from the fifth to the seventh year of the
cuttings’ workpiece (75-77%). The highest rooting rate of
green cuttings belonging to Vdala sort (80%) is observed in
the 3-4th years of use the mother plantation. The best result
for rooting rate by the annual woody cutting showed
Lavandula’s mother plantation, which belongs to Vdala
sort and was being cultivated from 3rd to 6th year. The
rooting of Lavandula’s angustifolia cuttings depends on
weather conditions; during drought years the rooting of
green cuttings is considerably reduced. During Lavandula’s
rooting cuttings it is necessary to take into account the
biological characteristics of each variety

This article discusses several key aspects of this
theory: a comparison of approaches to decisionmaking,
the pitfalls of voting, and the methodology
of decision-making, management responsibility. We
have considered a simple example of a problem of
decision-making in the management of the
organization: selection a model of a new car to run
into a series. Criteria for making a decision, which
put forward by the four experts-theorists,
contradicted each other. The Board of Directors
decided to issue a vote. We have considered the
"reefs" of voting. In the production and realization
of administrative decisions we distinguish four
levels. The first and most important level, which
determine the success or failure of administrative
